What does everyone think? Super-strong (and I'm talking Hulk/Juggernaut here, not someone crap like Rhino) or Super Campy (soon, Batman, I will have stolen all of the rain in Gotham! MWAHAHAHAHA!)?

I will say that the number of times I expect Listhen himself to appear in battle is incredibly small. For the most part it will be servants of his.

Do what you want. Generally, we try to stay away from the camp, and keep this a semi serious gme, but if you can make camp work, go for it.

I might even go with my original idea, a ghost powered villain called Phantasm, who would use is powers of possession, invisibility and lack of physical form to best even the strongest heroes.
