Powers: Her physical and mental abilities had been enhanced slightly beyond human limits, she has been enhanced by biotechnology that makes her body resistant to aging and disease and heals at an above human rate. Her agility is greater than that of an Olympic gold medallist and can coordinate her body with balance, flexibility, and dexterity easily. She possesses exceptional durability, strength, endurance, and stamina. Her reaction time has been similarly enhanced and functions with the peak of human efficiency and capability, bordering on superhuman level. It is possible for Lily to dodge a bullet even at point blank range.
Personality: She hasn't had much chance to explore her personality but she can say for certain that she is stubborn and hot-headed. She will fiercely stand up for what she believes to be right with loyalty being something she was taught to be extremely important. She has a very dry sense of humour, favouring sarcasm over all others. However don't expect to see her smile. It's just not something she does; not naturally anyway. She also has a strong sense of pride and dignity, even if at times it seems to manifest in abnormal ways. However she is able to act any part perfectly.
Bio: Lily was found in Europe on a raid of a base, where a group of children of various ages were found in isolation. It didn't take long to realise they were being trained into a life of espionage and assassination. The mission wasn't hugely successful, the key members behind the base had escaped but none of the children were killed so they took it as a necessary evil. Looking at the files kept, they could tell the children were all orphans from a young age and had been injected with a serum that changed their physiology to peak-level, making her as strong, agile, fast, and durable as a human can possibly be without being classified as superhuman. It was decided that the younger children would be placed into foster families as they had been less institutionalised but the older ones were placed into schools across the world which had the facilities to deal with the unexpected - just in case.
