I have decided that when Necro threads are closed, AS LONG AS THE THREAD ISN'T DISRUPTIVE, then I will initiate the Guru Clause. If you can make a new thread, that seriously makes me LOLZ, and does not include cat images **A weak spot for me**, then I will reopen the thread. The issue with Necro threads is that is slows down newer threads with stuff that isn't OLD. So, if you can make a new one and actively promote new threads and such, your thread can be reopened. I think that is fair enough. ^.^
Sooo.. make me laugh!
Please VM me about it if you want to initiate the clause so I can look out for it. ^.^
