- This is going to be a bit cruel, but choose between using the lightning element or having the Kōryū (Sword). The blade is an absurdly powerful fire based weapon. Lightning Element with Hell Stab, LRA, and all chidori variants if the breaking point. Choose one, and I'll decide if I want to make any changes with the remainders. I'd much rather it be the lightning element personally, seeing as personal experience has shown that you abuse the Uchiha jutsu copying powers, and I'd rather not have you with two elements to steal jutsu from.
- Fire Release: Dragon Flame Release Song Technique: Is a Madara technique, and I believe it should have the same limits as the others.
- Katon: Zanka no Isshisenshi Fire Release: Remnant Flame of the Dying Warrior: You may want to fix the range. I doubt an attack that vaporizes people like how you described is short range. What is the range in meters or is it a shockwave like attack?

Ok, so except for that ONE REALLY BIG thing the rest is really simple. Hey, you've improved at not making me cry in a corner every time I look at the character sheet.

I agree with what conrar says, but all I see is a ton of ways to instantly kill somebody with no preparation or handseals and relatively low cost. Add that to a physically weak person somehow having high agility and being able to wield anorexic Samehada, in addition to LRA, and I kinda disapprove on many levels.

-he has put the Weight seal on the melody arms rather than prayer beads and he zips up the vest instead of touching the chest. It increases the weight on the melody arms exponentially, I went with 10X as a simple number to work with. Each melody arm is a sound weapon that weighs 50 lbs. and when the seal is activated they each weigh 500 lbs. The vest is weighed to 100lbs and the seal activated shifts the weight to 1000lbs.
The main purpose is to train under first gate where his strength is multiplied by five and the weights are multiplied by 10. He just found a way to use his enemies lack of training against them.

I'll drop the stunning field from death knell and lower it to an A instead of an S. and if the items weight too much I'll make them lighter.

Personality:

Tokuisei like most men of the Nara clan is laid back, but quite smart. A Genius if you will, not doing much in terms of activity, but he keeps fit and enjoys activity when he is doing it. He also loves the thrill of outwitting his opponent and achieving "checkmate". Apart from that he enjoys reading, and is almost always seen reading a book of some form or another, recently having been more into medical books, and interested by the medi-nin of his clan. He also has a tendency to be flirtatious around women, just because. However, whenever anything is offered to him, there is no chance of him accepting, he must earn it, and even then, his standards of earning something are far higher than that at which one would expect. He would place a challenge difficult for even him before he would accept anything. His greatest fear is that of failure to do right by his people, and that is what held him back for so long.

History:

Tokuisei had always been an exceptional mind all through his life, smart and by no means a pushover in a fight due to sheer intelligence. His intelligence was noted by his clan, having be smart even for that of a Nara. But then, even with intelligence that rivaled that of all others in his clan, he didn't strive to acheive. And would have rather sat around doing nothing, or sleeping than be put in a position of power.

He was offered the position that he holds now, the position of clan head. But he denied this, and this was at the young age of eighteen. "I want not for power, I just wish for happiness for myself and our clan, you all know this, and I have no reason to take power into my own hands. You all know I'm lazy, you all know this. And even then I don't know how this world works, how to handle the diplomatic affairs we may face." His denial droned on for a few minutes, and then they left him be.

Months passed after that denial, and the Nara found themselves with another, 'no name' clan at their throats. Though the nara had intelligence, this other clan had two things on their side, their numbers, and brute force. Tokuisei would have stayed out of the dispute. But not now, his little sister, a mere thirteen at the time had been taken by them. "Unforgivable." Those words are the ones he called out as he walked into the encampment of the clan seiging the Nara.

His bow in hand he called out, challenging the entirety of that clan to battle at once, not once fearing for his life, just wanting to protect the happiness of his family, to protect the happiness of his clan. His enemies filed after him, he had little choice in defense, jumping back he throw down several flash bombs, only for a volley of arrows to take out the disoriented barbarians.

The battle carried on for near three hours. Tokuisei tattered with wounds, near dead but pushing on through sheer strength of will. Most of the fighters were dead or incapacitated, and Tokuisei had nothing left to give. "Onee-chaan." He called out, his voice faint as he did so. He didn't care. He pushed on.

As day turned to night he returned to his clan, but it wasnt him who brought him back. In the arms of the hostages that were taken, women of the Nara who had chose not to learn to fight. He woke up two days later. To the members of the clan, he was the strongest and their new leader. He denied once again. "I only did it so save my little Onee-chan." He said, and his life went on, twenty years old.

As the days, months and years passed, Tokuisei grew stronger, and gained even more respect from the villagers. And as he grew older, his life still changed. He knew he could lead, but he didn't want to, not yet. He didn't deem himself fit yet for the job. But now, the current leaders health was fading. And their was only one they would accept as a new head. And he knew that it was his job to take over.

Even so, if the spot was just offered to him, he would deny. But, He thought of a way that he could accept. He approached the leader of his clan, on thing in hand. Knelt down before the man he would not even dare address by name. His head bowed he laid out what he carried. Then was adressed by a man he greatly respected. "What do you have for me Tokuisei, speak you know I hold not liking of honorifics and am just the same as you, or even the youngest child in our clan. We are equal. And you know that." Tokuisei nodded and looked at the man before him.

"Taishou-sama, boss, you and I know that the days on your life grow shorter every moment, and you know the villagers, and you yourself would not accept any other as leader other than myself. But I cannot accept such a position, even if I fended off our enemies, or am wiser than all the rest in our village, something you yourself claimed I am. I say today I am not ready, and that you exceed my strengths by a thousand years of experience. I could not take your place, and I fear I would lead the ones that you have worked you entire life to protect to their ends. So today, I ask you, If I would be the next leader, help me prove to myself I have the ability to have our people thrive. Help prove to myself that I can lead our clan."

What was before him was a large shogi board. The clan leader chuckling as Tokuisei set it up. "Shogi? But that board is massive." Tokuisei nodded. "Taikyoku Shogi." Tokuisei said. "Your one I havent beaten before in the regualr game of shogi, but this, this game will be more difficult than all the rest. I've yet to play it, but we both know what all the pieces mean, what they do. If you let me win and I'll know, and we'll just play again. But If I beat you and see that you havent let me win, I'll accept the position. But If I truly cannot defeat you, I do not deserve the honor, and I beg of you to appoint a different successor, and if you will not, my life will end. I could not take the seat as leader knowing I couldn't surpass my predecessor if for even a moment."

The Man looked up, in the corner of his eye there was a bit of a tear, and he wiped it away. "I know its not the most effective way, but this will be a challenge to both out wits, and the way this goes will decide my fate." Tokuisei took a deap breath, then they both locked with a glare. Bowed their heads and readied their minds. "Best of luck, you will be a great foe." The match began, the master taking his move first.

As the battle could not end in a single day, They left the board ready as the game began. Days passed and word spread out of the match. Eventually, the match becoming public and spectators coming to watch near every day as the game continued on. A month passed and the game seemed to be finally nearing an end, and Tokuisei had seemingly lost, is king would be in checkmate the next turn no matter what Tokuisei did. "I'm sorry Tokuisei." The master said as he made his move. But Tokuisei looked up with a grin, the next turn mattered not to him. "Why? I've just won." He moved his peice ahead, and that was it. "Checkmate."

He had won, there was no way for his master to escape. And that was it. "Your king is in check, and any move he makes will jeapordize his life, none of your peices can move, they to are all in check. You have the superior force, I have the superior positioning. Not one of my pices can be captured at this time, but all of yours can. Any move you make results in loss, and a strengthening for mine. I bid you great game, you truly were a great foe, Taishou-sama."

As his master looked over the board, he couldnt beleive his eyes, he had noticed tokuisei setting up something as such. He noticed that Tokuisei had not taken his forces unless forced. But now, Tokuisei had not only checkmated him, but pinned every single one of his peices. And the man known as the Clan leader couldnt help but begin to laugh amazed at how he had lost, not only his king, but had every last piece availible pinned. "You truly are the one to lead us now, Tokuisei."

The master admitted it, and conceeded to defeat. Asking for Tokuisei to come to back later that night, some matters he wished to speak to the man about. And a gift he had for him.

"Meian, A bow that means Light and Darkness, It will protect you, and our clan. And you can rely on it for strength, Passed down through all of our leaders if suits you more than any of us, as you, you actually no how to fire it. So while you may be just a man who wishes he didnt have this responsibility, the strength of all of your predecessors is held with in that bow, their hopes and dreams. Their strength and the times it has shown the light and passed through even the thickest darkness with us. We'll always have faith in you Tokuisei, And together with your people you can continue along to happiness ahead."

Tokuisei accepted with no regrets. The strength of all that came before him. It was a little cheesy he knew, but he couldn't help but appreciate the fact of what this very bow had seen. It was something that all that came before him had owned. Maybe there was no truth to his predecessor had said. But even then, it gave him the confidence he needed to lead the Nara. Here a new man stood, Twenty-nine, the day before his birthday. Tokuisei Nara, New leader of the Nara Clan.

Strengths: Exceptional with a bow, and has many tricks up his sleeve, can quickly overwhelm an opponent with attacks from the side, in their face, behind, and above. While still moving. Once he has a chance he can easily paralyze and execute an opponent. Has stealth on his side, and is a decent sensor. Hinders enemies vision with constant flash, and explosive tag use.

Weaknesses: No ninjutsu aside from immobilization/clan ninjutsu. Genjutsu abilities are non-existant, and is below average with taijutsu. Chakra reserves are quickly depeleted using some of his staple abilities.

Description: By infusing his arrows with his own chakra beforehand, they are given the effect of his shadow techniques. By using these to pierce the enemies' shadows, they are paralysed in place. To pierce the shadow, it is necessary to avoid the target just barely. Since it is more difficult for the enemy to notice it than a shadow running across the ground, this ninjutsu compensates for the weak point of the similar Shadow Imitation Technique, being its limited effective range. Description: The Shadow Imitation Technique allows the user to extend their shadow on any surface (even water) and as far as they want as long as there is a sufficient area. Once it comes into contact with a target's shadow, the two merge and the target is forced to imitate the user's movements. Therefore, the two can throw shuriken at each other at the same time if the user desires that (of course, to prevent hurting themselves, the user just has to have the shuriken holster in a place where you don't normally have it, like the back, so that the opponent draws nothing when the user draws a shuriken). If the target is out of range, the user can produce a better light source to increase their shadow's size or rely on pre-existing shadows for their shadow to freely travel through. It's also possible to split one's shadow, either to trap more opponents at once, or to create a distraction. The shadow can also be attached to people without binding them, letting the "victim" move freely. Doing that has the purpose that the person, the shadow was attached to, makes contact with a third person, to bind the latter one with the shadow.

Description: A ninjutsu from among the Nara clan's secret techniques that uses materialized shadows to attack and bind, instead of merely immobilizing and controlling like the Shadow Bind Technique. The user changes the shape of their shadow into several sharp needles and controls each separately. They can then attack several targets simultaneously and at the same time snatch away their ability to move by sewing them stuck with the shadow threads. Because it is a physical attack, it is impossible to capture someone without harming them, but on the other hand, since the speed of invocation and the time of duration are excellent, it can be used when urgent restraint is required.

This technique is usually used to go through the target and capture them, but depending on the opponent, it can also be used as an attack to bring them down. This special characteristic finds its greatest effect when used as logistical support. After this technique hits someone, it can then be directly transformed back into the Shadow Bind Technique.

These materialzed shadows can be created out of his, or non-human things shadows. Such as the shadow from a tree or rock. Allowing for sneak attacks from behind should the enemy not pay close attention.

Description: Similar to the Clone Technique, this technique creates clones of the user. However, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original.

Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the actual person even by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance.

Most of his clones are outfitted with explosive tags for a bang when they "break".

Someone with low physical strength cannot be agile? That makes no sense. :s
You can kill someone with a knife in close combat by stabbing them. Insta-kill! We're ninjas, we kill quickly and silently. Isn't that the point?
That's not Samehada you dork it's an oversized torch.
