The Suroku clan has always been at home within Kumo. As the few clans that have developed such Chakra Natures like the Storm Release and Tempest Release, they have gained a major dose of respect from the Raikage, but most of the citizens within the village itself. Furthermore, the leader of the clan, Kairo Suroku, has even been up for the Raikage position. The Suroku’s have always proved to be valuable in the battlefield as they have been merciless with their efficiency.

It’s true over the years that the Suroku Clan has dwindled down, but that has not ceased any form of strength on their side. If anything, it has made their will to strive into greateness even stronger. They are of stubborn nature. They are all lazy to some degree, and even though they sometimes will appear to be ignorant to some degree, they are all wise in their own rite, as it is evident from Kairo’s own persona.

Always masking a good portion of his face with a red bandana, Kairo appears to have a very decent, slim figure on him. A slightly tall body height seems to grace him as he appears taller than most ninja, but not being anything towards freakishly large. It goes with his slim figure. On that note, he does seem to have a very slim figure, but he does have a somewhat nice muscular tone underneath it all. His eyes and hair sort of invert each other. His skin tone is fair with a slight tan present. While his eyes hold a rather deep red shade, his hair is royal blue, though some think that it’s more towards the navy-blue shade. Either way, he definitely holds a darkish blue shade of his hair, and it appears to be shoulder length in a half-wavy, half-spiked style.

Kairo’s style of clothing kind of fits his entire persona. It’s semi-lazy, but still retaining a relaxed, and efficient nature. On the torso, Kairo has a rather interesting torso attire as it appears to be having a dominance of blue, with different shades appearing on it. The design on the shirt has an outlining of silver. the hues of blue can range from normal, eye rape blue to navy blue. Over his torso, and going to the ground is a black trench coat that appears to be made from some type of leather, but it looks cottonish. That could give the indication that it has a false-leather look. His pants are of normal black shade, and seem to be the same as his trench coat. Keeping his pants up is a golden belt with a purple gem in the middle. His boots are the same shade as his bandana that covers his lower portion of his mouth, and they have a golden gem in the top-center and a ripple-like engraving in the center-center of his. That ripple-like engraving is white. Lastly, Kairo’s headband is on his head.

Personality:
Sometimes, Kairo has a tendency to act a little ignorant to the feelings of others as represented within his choice of words…or rather his lack of proper words to use in conversations or even greetings with people. The prime example of this is when he’ll address the Hokage, and not even use “Lord” or “lady” in front of “Hokage”. He will simply call him or her by their first name or even a nickname he knows them by. It’s not that he knows said Hokage on a personal level, but just he prefers to do that. On the topic of what Kairo chooses to say, he also can be a tad sarcastic at times, which obviously stems from a little trait of his that could be well described as being a little twat.

While it has already been mentioned, a second time of mentioning that Kairo is ignorant is needed. This is because it manifests into the aspect of being lazy. Ignorant is deprived from the word “ignore”, which means to not pay attention, which Kairo does. Going off of that alone, it would be pretty obvious to say that Kairo is lazy, and chooses to be ignorant most of the times. However, there are instances where his laziness will take a breather. In the very moment it does, it’s shown that Kairo is highly intelligent, and can be quite helpful and wise. Though, when laziness comes back, Kairo will snore, especially when in meetings.

So you want to know a little about me? Well, grab a pint and relax.

Q: So, Kairo, was life growing up hard? Was it easy?

A:
Well Mr. Question Guy, life for me was actually not all too bad. I think it’s safe to say that I came from a good home, with good parents, blahblahblah. I won’t say that I didn’t have my fair share of troubles, cause I know I did. I was able to be a Genin at the age of eleven. From there, I had a sensei that I HATED. He was such a twatcock, and not the good kind. However, I did have a team member by the name of Koki Atsushi. He was actually pretty cool, and that’s really saying something especially coming from me. He was a douchcock, yes, but not as bad as my sensei at the time.

Q: Okay, you mentioned becoming a Genin at the age of 11. Am I right to assume that you became a Chunin soon afterwards?

A:
Heavens no. I fucking sucked. I didn’t achieve Chunin rank until my third year, and that would make me a chunin at the age of fourteen, right? Yes, fourteen definitely is the right one. Next question please.

Q: You’re quite the character. What led you to being so profound in vulgarity?

A:
Seriously bro? SERIOUSLY? I kid, I kid. Honestly, I was raised like this. My old man was...how you say? A potty mouth? Yes, that’s it. He definitely had a tongue on him. That’s not to say he wasn’t my role model growing up, cause he was. It’s just sometimes he would throw the F-bomb about three times every minute. Yep, it was that often. SO, I just spit it out whenever I feel like. Does that answer your question?

Q: Yes, that does. So, after you became chunin, what was going through your mind?

A:
Honestly, nothing really changed. Aside from actually being a rank higher, I wasn’t really feeling any more special or whatever you want to call that feeling. I kept my morals as they were, and that’s all there is to it. I guess if anything, I felt a sense of accomplishment, and the feeling of actually getting better, and dangerous missions kind of was there too. Other than that, nothing really special.

Q: You mentioned the missions? Can you give some examples of how they were like?

A:
There were so many. I definitely have a lot of favorites, but there was one in particular that really stuck with me as my favorite. It was me alone going to retrieve a lost scroll that contained several forbidden jutsu. I was just sixteen at the time, and this was my first A-Rank mission. I had gathered a good amount of intelligence from several sources, and this was at a time when I was beginning to get a grasp on my Kekkei Genkai. The mission itself had me go against an Uchiha. Holy shit that was a tough battle. The bastard had a Mangekyou, so it really put me to the test, but this one was weak with his genjutsu. Kind of ironic right? Yup, I agree. I honestly didn’t think I would get out alive, but I was able to, and even secured the scrolls from his possession without getting any major injuries. Actually, this mission was what promoted me to Jounin, and I believe that’s saying something, am I right? Of course I am.

Q: Wow, so a Jounin at the age of Sixteen, quite the accomplishment, isn’t it?

A:
Yes, it is actually. I felt happy, actually, but kind of disappointed because I’m not really one for responsibility, but it is what it is. *shrugs*

Q: Indeed. Now, isn’t it true that somewhere within the last seven years, you have been up for a possible role as the Raikage? Tell me about that.

A:
Honestly, I don’t want to, but if I must, I will. It goes like this, good sir. I have garnered a good amount of respect from any people, but my laziness, as some had pointed out, has halted me from doing pretty much of anything that would be related to Raikage or whatever. Honestly, though, I’m not really interested. I’m happy where I’m at. Plus, all that fucking paperwork would not suit me well. Need I go back to how informal I am towards people? I don’t think I need to.

Q: Well, that is a good reason. In any case, some last few words for our readers?

A:
Fuck bitches, get money. That is all.

Tenryuken(Heavenly Dragon Blade)
Though appearing heavy, this Katana is actually really and light. It’s design contains that of a dragon throughout its sheath and blade. It’s hand guard is also of dragon type as it is of a dragon. The sheath and hilt have a nice bright red shade to it, almost crimson at parts. The bottom of the hilt has a golden part, as does the blade itself. The katana as a whole isn’t really long or heavy, which makes it perfect for Kairo.

These special kunai are unique to Kairo only as he carved them himself in respect to Urami. They are red and black in color, and have Japanese markings of the dragon, and even have a dragon symbol on them.

Special Traits

Ishino Tekina(Three Side; striking body);

A style of Taijutsu in which Kairo utilizes his chakra elements to benefit his body’s physical attributes. His wind-natured chakra gives KAiro an extra boost of how accurate, and how precise his attacks will be to an opposing foe. From his training and multiple battles won, Kairo's strength and defense are enhanced. As far as Kairo’s Lightning-natured Chakra goes, it is pretty obvious that this chakra grants him a boost in speed. All of these enhanced attributes contribute not only to his taijutsu, but also his Ninjutsu. By utilizing each to their own property, Kairo can deliver blow with high on-contact impact, and with near-perfection accuracy.

Chakra Reserves
Now this is something that's interesting. As a high Jounin, it's pretty obvious that Kairo will contain high amounts of chakra. That much should be pretty clear, so clear that it shouldn't raise question on his ability to build chakra on instant. However, as some would be surprised by this, Kairo seems to not be able to grasp on the balance to which chakra would be executed when performing high-ranking jutsu. As such, it would appear he holds decent chakra reserves, but that doesn't make up for his ability to use other ways of fighting. But, as the facts should be strait, Kairo has, as stated, decent chakra reserves.
Tempest Chakra
Just one of the rewards that comes with his Kekkei Genkai. This chakra, in its core, is a hybrid of water, lightning, and wind chakra that holds all properties of said chakras. In appearance, its of crimson-red color, and it has a gust of wind always within it, and static electricity. It's sort of like how SSJ2 is in terms of appearance, but crimson-red, and not gold.

It, in the essence, acts as an extension of Kairo himself, and each motion he gives will prompt the acceleration of Lightning Chakra to strike at the direction he points at.
Weakness: This tech requires Kairo to keep a steady flow of chakra at a high level, which could eventually put a strain on him over a certain amount of time. He can use it in conjuction with other jutsu, but Kairo runs the risk of depleting his Chakra reserves quite a bit, and even possibly damaging his chakra network in the process due to it running into the lines of Kinjutsu.

Weakness: The buildup time of the jutsu is the real kicker. It takes about a minute of charge up time and half a minute of recharge, but it does not make Kairo immune to moving, just sluggish.

Description: In this jutsu Kario begins by clapping his hands together, with each finger touching , and his arms are placed to as if he were praying to Buddha or something. Lightning starts to surge through Kairo’s hands after a few moments, and his hands slowly break apart as a due process of the lightning just surging through every bone. As Kairo’s hands break apart from their previous closed position, pure, and static lightning is connected to both hands, and by the hands being separated a wavelength of lightning connected to both hands stays visible. Then, as Kairo twists his hands outward facing his opponent(s), the lightning disappears for a brief moment, then shoots forward in a single line of lightning chakra.
Weakness: Like in the previous jutsu, charge up and charge down time are one minute and half a minute respectively.

Weakness: This tech takes its toll on Kairo as it drains his chakra reserves quite a bit, and has a four minute recharge time before can use another Kinjutsu

Weakness: While this jutsu has cutting properties, it’s severely weak at its base stage, and by increasing the amount of chakra.
that goes into it will automatically require Kairo to input more chakra into it. The veil itself is also prone to the Fire Element.

They are shot out to all directions, which means they are capable of hitting multiple targets. They give a slight shocking sensation upon contact.
Weakness: Dodging is an option due to distance between Kairo and his opponent(s). There's also the aspect of Kairo not being able to control the said lasers due to his lack of vision outside of the thick, black cloud.

Description: As soon as he claps his hands, Kairo gathers in both palms of his hands, medium-sized spheres to which he centers in focal in the middle of his palm. The appearance of how the chakra is gathered looks like little crimson colored , chakra needles that gather at one point until they form a pure-chakra orb. As soon as they reach the spherical shape, Kairo tosses them up into the air, and then follows them. He spins himself allowing his chakra to guide both orbs, and performs a moonsault-like maneuver to wich he kicks both spheres in a one-two kicking action, and both spheres are launched at the enemy, eventually closing end at tremendous speeds.
Weakness: The time needed to prepare alone will provide a fifteen second window of opportunity.

Size: Fifty feet from nose to tail, and seven feet from the bottom of his belly to the top of his back
Unique Traits:
Urami bares a talent for Weather Manipulation as his own inner chakra is able to present itself in the chakra natures of Wind, Water, And Lightning. Like his master, Urami too holds talents of Tempest Release, though he’s not able to use it efficiently. That’s why he just sticks to his own chakra natures.

Another thing that Kairo and Urami share is a bond that knows no bounds. Through that, they can telepathically communicate as Urami talks with a very heavy tone, and sometimes he’s hard to understand. It's due to the bond they share, that both would be affected by a genjutsu. If Kairo is in one, then urami is.

Urami is moderately fast, and can fly at same speeds, but he walks slowly.
Jutsu:
Crimson Lightning
This is Urami’s signature attack. By opening both of his mouths, he channels chakra into the center where the mouths meet, and by releasing it in a powerful bolt of crimson lightning chakra, he fires it at near great speeds to which it literally looks like a crimson lightning bolt.

History:
Urami, as well as the entire Arashi Dragon clan, have been an exclusive summon for the Suroku clan for over two hundred years. All members of the Arashi Dragon Clan have chakra natures ranging from fire to wind; lightning to water; light to dark. Heck even some have advanced chakra natures. As for Urami, he himself has a moderate affliation for Lightning. Even though he's not the leader of the clan, he's still moderately high in the food chain. Some would consider him the tenth in line out of the several hundred, but the grandmaster of the Arashi Dragon Clan has been known to be as powerful as the Ten Tails of legend. Kairo and Urami had indeed known each other for a long time. Such a long time has developed a grand bond that ties them for infinity.

Almost all of your custom justsu either need more handseals or an adjusted weakness.

Static tornado: if it is a high drain than keep it a high drain and limit the number of rounds it can be maintained or state it can not be used in conjunction with other jutsus due to the constant drain.

Power spark: it seems to resemble the Hyuga one blow body technique with the lightning elemental attached to it.

Revenging shock: Man made lightning is slower than real lightning so nothing can be fast as light.

Twisting torrent: Really good, excellent, this should be the standard for all of your powers. Only small shift is that the tornado should only be capable of one function at a time, two at the most.

Wind veil: you say its weak at its base stage, thats it, as it is a d-a technique, perhaps you should break it down into more hand seals mean more power.
Dog-boar=D a weak but useful to brush away un-empowered senbon and equivalently weak lightning jutsu.
Dog, boar, dog, rabbit=C Able to blow away un-empowered kunai and empowered senbon and cut paper, fabric or exposed enemies who get too close.
Dog, boar, dog, rabbit, dog, tiger=B Able to blow away even empowered kunai and can cut on earth or wood techniques like a physical blade.
Dog, boar, dog, rabbit, dog, tiger, dog, dragon=A Fully empowered wind barrier that surrounds on all sides from all but the most brutal of lightning attacks.
Don't forget that wind is weak to fire.

Parading bullet barrage: seems like a mix between the water bullet and the vacuum sphere. I would think that the more chakra you put in it, the longer you need to build up the chakra as well so there might be a gap where you cant talk or use other justsus while building up the power for the technique to use it as a b-a technique.

Black cloud: it sounds like it is a weak but broad range attack intended to paralyze multiple opponents. Add the fact that he can not see out of his cloud as well and this is a solid technique.

Spiraling sphere kick: Sounds like a double rasengan he can use at ranged opponents. I like the blatant fifteen second window, a clear solid opening.

Dark tempest: what exactly is it supposed to do? is it a manner to gather large amounts of extra chakra to himself or a boost to be performed before the next attack?
