    ernest smiled and said" im ernest nice to meet you and this is my slave maia" he said as he gently touched maia's head making her blush but ernest said " im sorry but i need to go see a friendemy of mine" before he walked away leaving the three of them and he reached the cave and said " im back but when i said i came in peace i truly mean i come in peace the only way ill attack you if you attack me first" he said as he walked to the injured feline and he sat next to her saying " i can heal you a little if you want?" while ernest was with the girl maia tilted her head at chey and asked "what are you i havent seen any thing that can change like you?"

    Akira raised her head, stopping her bathing session. She sighed, looking away. "I would never injure someone purposefully. I only defend. No need for you to waste energy on healing me. I am the last one. I. Am. Alone. I don't belong." She limped over towards the entrance, her head slightly dropped. "I'm sorry for being so hostile towards you." she murmured, shifting back human and collapsing. Her hair fell over her eyes, and she started to cry, her body shaking with each sob. "I shed unnecessary blood. I have disgraced mother nature. I don't deserve to live..."
    Being dyslexic has been hard for me, but now, I am starting to break through its barrier.

    ernest caught her and held her in his arms saying " i understand the whole feeling like you've failed your purpose that's how i feel now and when i even fell to the point that i sacrificed my own men in order to make peace with another kingdom but just because you failed this once doesnt mean that your useless" he said as he bit his wrist and muttered a few magic words as he touched her wounds allowing the wound to slowly close then he said " and as far as being the only one of your kind i doubt you'll need another person of your species to rebirth your people hell you could probably repopulate with the forsaken kin of the frozen lands or a blood reaper....but what im trying to say is that im not going to sit here and watch a race of beutiful creatures such as yourself go instinct and i can say that i did nothing to atleast try and stop it" he said before he finished the healing spell by kissing her forehead giving her some of his own strength

    The slightly younger girl stared up at him, her green eyes shining. Her whole body still shook. More tears raked through her body. The shifter girl buried her head in his shoulder, deciding he would be the only comfort she'd get. She only needed comfort. She wanted love, not hate. Friends, not enemies. She took a deep shaky breath, begging her mind to calm herself down. It really didn't seem to work at all. "I-I'm s-sorry...I-I'm such a-a burden..."

    ernest smiled and said " dont worry its okay im here for you" he said with a smile before he stroked her hair gently like she was a cat or something but as he sat there he felt sorry for her and asked " hey how would you like me being your mate i promise that i wont hurt you or anything" he said with a kind smile

She smiled slightly, something she hadn't done in forever. "Are you only asking because you feel sorry for me?" she asked softly, her smile beginning to fade as realization hit.

    ernest smiled and said " no because i think your a beutiful girl and i would hate to see a creature like you sad even if it cost me my life i want you to live and atleast be happy" he said with a smile as he gently touched her cheek then he said " but the choice is completely up to you you dont have to say yes but either way i will be here for you" he said with his smile never falterring
