It was time. For over a thousand years the Werewolves, or Lykae as they called themselves, had been at war with the vampires. And for a thousand years the war never wavered to one side or another. He had enough. He was tired of the endless war, losing brothers and comrades in arms. The general to the Lykae army staged an attack that would tip the balance of the war and finally end this. In the middle of the day, while the vampires slept, he and five others snuck into the vampire king's castle, one that no one would think was possible, and beheaded him and his whole family. All but one. He had killed hundreds, thousands of vampires. Yet when his claws hesitated over the princess, a baby no older then a couple of months, he found that he couldn't finish the job. Despite his comrades arguments, he took the baby from the castle, determined to raise her as his own. A vampire child who would not kill or drink from a single soul and instead would drink from blood that is given to her in packets and glasses. Blood of animals.

Over a hundred years passed sense then and she had grown from a baby to a beautiful woman. A woman who could catch the eye of any male. Even the man who raised her. Yet she knows that she has eyes for the great general who protects her from everything. But what she never expected was her past he had hidden from her, only shown by another vampire who wishes to take her away from everything that she knows and loves. Even the great Lykae who, unknown to him, has feelings for her.
