The Namekian let her take her time. She was obviously disoriented. couldn't blame her, really, being blown halfway across... Wherever they were. He just kept studying her, making shure she didn't go into shock or worse. He could knock her out if it did happen, but with her mental health out of balance in this place, nothing good would ever come from it.
Suddenly her eyes turned down and widened considerably. When the green man looked down he too saw a pool of red in the partially melted snow. The color of blood, he'd seen it too many times to be unsure of it. He kept an eye on her while she went through her entire body to find the wound, and found it on her leg. He felt bad for letting an innocent... Well, semi-innocent at least, get hurt, but at the same time proud that he'd saved her life. Looking at the wound on her leg, she wouldn't have survived the blast on her own. It had even been a close for him...he ripped a piece of his turban off and usd it as a bandage to dress the wound. It wasn't pretty, but it woud have to do until they could get it properly looked at.
Then the questions came, Lots of them and all at once, he didn't get a chance to answer them until she neede a break to breathe.
"I don't know the answer to any of those... Yet, but if I'd have to guess I'd say were on either the north or the south pole, it's certainly cold enough for it..."
Silence followed, then the wind picked up and made Kasha shiver.
"We can't stay out here, if we don't find shelter soon you could freeze to death." there had to be something nearby, a cave, a rock-formation, something to block the wind. He stood up and looked around, but could only see snow and ice. By the way, could she even fly? He'd never seen her do it and perhaps she should leave it. considering her loss of blood.
"I'll scout around, see if I can't find some kind of shelter. You stay here, I can move around faster on my own, and you should just stay as still as you can, you've lost some blood there." He got ready to take to the sky when he saw just how bad her shivering had become. He took off his cape and laid it around her shoulders. Sure, it was weighted, but considering her power level a hundred kilograms wouldn't bother her much.
"There, that should keep you warm for a while."
"but, won't you get cold?" She asked.
"Nah, it'll be a while longer before I'm in any danger. I'll be back soon." And without a word he took to the sky and before long he was just a small dot in the sky.
Snow, ice, rocks, snow, ice,...
"Hello? Kami?" There was a voice only a mother could love.
"Oh, it's you Piccolo."
"What do you want, King Kai?"
"Well, I have some good news and some bad news, which would you like first?"
"Allright, do you have any idea where you are?"
"Not exactly, but if I had to guess the blast threw us all the way out to the polar region."
"Not even close."
"Boy, you're not even in the same galaxy!"
"Well, when you deflected that attack, it crashed with several other powerful ki-attacks, created a maelstrom of energy that sucked in its surroundings and then exploded. Everyone close to that thing ended up somewhere else. Yamcha, the lucky devl ended up just a mile away, Tienshinhan woke up on New Namek. I haven't been able to find the rest of the gang yet, but they're probably even further away from earth than you. And you're the lucky ones... Some earthlings didn't make it..."
"Let me guess, that was the bad news?"
"Nope, the good news are, you landed on a planet with a suitable climate and atmosphere. The bad news is... As I said, I haven't found Goku yet, so rescue from there can take a while."
"Darn it, just what I needed... Look I'm a little busy now, I need to find some shelter for Kasha-"
"Long story, no punchline, let me know when you find Goku."
And then he was alone again. He flew for a good minute or so, which a his speed meant several miles, before he found what he was looking for. A queer rock formation had resulted in a nice open space, protected from the elements. They should be able to hold up in there for a while, and so turned back to get Kasha.
A minute later he touched ground again, just beside the pile of snow that had gathered on Kasha's backside.
"I found a cave, it's not far from here, but I don't think you should be moving around too much..." He looked around for something Kasha could use a crutch, but as he expected there was nothing. "I'm gonna have to carry you there, if you try to walk there you could open up that wound again and bleed out, and I'm not answering to Trunks how i let his friend die."
The tone he used demanded obedience and without complaints Kasha allowed herself to be lifted of the ground. He held her in his arms, formed a shield around them both using ki and took off at great speed.
Below them the landscape passed to fast, but seemed as unchanging as the sea. No matter how far you looked in any direction all you had was snow, ice and a few rocks here and there. One thing was different though, in the distance the Namekian could see what appeared to be a wall of thick fog, but he'd spent enough time on the snowy plains on earth to know what a snowstorm looked like. They would be able to get to the cave allright, but then they would be trapped there for some time.
They got in to the cave and the green man placed Kasha on the floor. There was some vegetation right outside and he quickly gathered as much as he could carry and brought it inside. Less than a minute later the storm was upon them, the wind was howling as it passed the cave's opening and some snow blew in, but thankfully it stopped just a little bit inside instead of filling the whole cave.
"As long as the wind doesn't change, we can hold out here for a while." The Namekian said and began to organise the wood he'd brought into a small pile. A small, concentrated ki-blast set it on fire and instantly the cave lit up and the temperature rose several degrees.
