Am interested and will apply.
Probably going to go for engineer. Not calling dibs or anything, just giving a heads up :]

Okies, here's my CS. Please let me know if this does/doesn't work for your RP and if I can change anything to better fit.
Name: Erreur Emard
Age: 24
Gender: Female
Role: Engineer
Background
In a scattered world such as Tempest, one could imagine that fame is ever-so-difficult to achieve. While in no way “renowned”, the name Emard has been referred to here and there amongst the many pilots to traverse the skies. The head of the family, Alois Emard, has earned himself quite the reputation in some of the more remote parts of Tempest. Such a reputation, however, would be described as anything but grandeur. For while Sir Alois may be considered one of the best ship engineers of his area, he is better known for his gambling addictions, alcoholic weaknesses, and ever-so-famous playboy atrocities with the ladies. While many would look upon Alois’ lifestyle as shameful and lackluster, the man himself envisions his way of life as nothing short of epic. He is indeed a man who lives by the moment and regrets nothing.
Well, almost nothing. After all, gambling debts can be paid off through tough work and hangovers can be cured through crude concoctions. The adventures with the ladies, however, can produce some irreversible results. One such result was the product of a no-good, albeit attractive, courtesan. Alois was cornered into taking in this product and “lovingly” named her Erreur Emard. While a daughter had obviously not fit into Alois’ lifestyle, he found the girl to share his gifts for engineering and came to appreciate the extra help in his line of work. Unfortunately, their god-given and natural skills in mechanics were not all they shared in common. For Erreur Emard had inherited her father’s flighty and quirky personality, albeit in a different way. Customers would describe her as “odd” and “mentally off”. Erreur, however, simply does not understand the indifference of others and their satisfaction with their stand-still lives upon the Tempest towers. Above all else, she desired to move.
It was this particular desire that drove Erreur to volunteer on taking the short trip from their place of business to a rather sparsely populated island. Alois had recently signed in the repairs of some high-standing elite’s grandiose cruiser and required materials native only to remote places such as these. Erreur never understood the mindset of the rich and why their ships were composed of such intricate parts that were all but necessary. Still, she took the opportunity to travel from the ordinary; never wanting to remain stationary.
Personality
Erreur is most definitely a quirky individual. She has unfortunately inherited her father’s nonchalant attitude towards life’s responsibilities and tends to live by the moment as she selfishly sees fit. Erreur’s main character flaw is selfishness. This is not to say that she doesn’t care for others or their feelings, but rather that she simply tends to fear her own boredom above all.
The young engineer hates anything that does not change and detests the stale life that the people of Tempest have become accustomed to. She has the firm belief that human beings are meant to be in motion and that humanity itself makes no progress unless they are constantly being pushed forward. It is this ideal alone that drives Erreur's entertainment in life. That being said, Erreur can be quite the pleasant company surrounded by the out-of-ordinary crowd so long as they can put aside her somewhat lack-luster social skills. She will even be noted to put others above herself, if such an opportunity arises that she could bring about an observable drastic change in an individual. She loves to see goals achieved, as long as they are are extreme and out of the ordinary scope of the regular tenants of Tempest.
Appearance
Skills:
Erreur has inherited the skills of her father’s trade and is more than an impressive engineer. Her "Tinker Toys" were the guts and fluids of the various ships to traverse the Tempest skies. As a result of this upbringing, Erreur has become a very capable engineer in the repairs and upkeep of all sorts of ship designs.
Fighting Skills:
Erreur does not consider herself much of a fighter as she finds such activities to be outside her zone of interest, to say. However, she has found, upon traveling the more dangerous zones of her tower's area, that the tools she carries upon herself make for a great self-defense makeshift club. While small in stature (short!!!), Erreur is considered unnaturally strong due to her manually laborious endeavors in ship repairs and maintenance.
Equipment: Toolbelt with whatever random tools (go figure) she deems necessary at the time of day. A pair of awesome high-tech goggles (if this is allowed - asking permission) that allow her to zoom in and out in magnification to her desire to perform better examination of parts as well as pull up any programmed saved or programmed documents (such as blueprints, maps, manuals).
Magic: to be determined as instructed.
