GMs- Chairman Stein and Snippy
This RP, as of now is rather skeletal, but there is not much room for a Backstory. As The Walking Dead already has a story.
The Roleplay takes place in the Western United States, yet due to indecision interested players must request to be in either Oregon or California.
Most of the roleplay is developed by player action, and does not exactly have a drive established by the GMs.
As for the concept of a backstory, the most is practically that the walkers migrated across America and into the West Coast. Your character starts out a typical day until the walkers become evident, therefore starting your escapades. All characters will be in the same general area, and band together as survivors. This does not mean you must trust the group, then again, this also does not mean they trust you. Characters start with blunt weapons if any, no firearms or projectile weapons in the very beginning. Characters should be aged roughly 13 to 65, If you wish to be older or younger please notify the GMs first. If you have any questions go right ahead and ask us, we hope to see you soon!
"Go on! Run! But don't drop the banana."
"Why not!?"
"Good source of potassium!"

In a country ruled by an autocracy, with a completely enslaved press, in a period of desperate political reaction in which even the tiniest outgrowth of political discontent and protest is persecuted, the theory of revolutionary Marxism suddenly forced its way into the censored literature before the government realised what had happened and the unwieldy army of censors and gendarmes discovered the new enemy and flung itself upon him.

Question: How much (if any) knowledge of the series is needed to RP this?

Thank you Jaxi for an amazing signature. ^
I would say we need perhaps two more people and we are ready. We will most likely get the OOC up sometime today as well.
