Um here's storyline ^^UU

"Matthew Williams, pretty much only known as Canada, is... well, Canadian! No one ever seems to notice he's there during the world meetings. Especially when he goes missing. Did Russia perhaps kidnap him? Or worse, if that's possible?

The one person to notice, is the American. Alfred says nothing till after the meeting.
