When I finished The Inheritance Cycle (Eragon). The ending was rather dissatisfying, and left a few loose ends.
I don't know what to put here right now.

I used to like that series.
Then I realized how incredibly flawed it was.
Now I just sort of think about it and laugh.

The magic system was fascinating. Some characters were interesting too, and didn't get enough exposition (Angela the Herbalist). The world-building wasn't so bad either. It almost would have made a better RPG than a book series.

The Soul Eater (anime) and Death Note (manga) have made me feel this way, yes.... which is pretty impressive for Death Note since the ending had already been spoiled for me yet it still gave me feels. @_@

    Read the manga.

It follows the anime pretty much up to the end of the Jack the Ripper arc, then branches off with it's own plot and practically becomes it's own series with the same characters. No joke.

...And even then, some of the characters are radically different between the manga and anime. Like the Queen. Literally a completely different character in the manga, as she has little connection to the plot and is used mainly for comic relief. She looks totally different, too.

And then there are some characters that are anime-only and manga-only. Like the entire Trancey household, plus Pluto, are all anime-only, but then, all the characters from the circus arc (which included whom I believe is the second-hottest character in all of Black Butler), as well as a good number of humorous minor characters are manga-only.

It really is like a completely different series. But if you want more Black Butler, I highly suggest you check it out. The majority of my favorite Black Butler moments are from the manga, including some arcs that shake you to the core and I can't believe weren't included in the anime.

(Sebastian has a different catchphrase, though. That is a warning.)
