The former Shinra HQ had been a real pain to redecorate and get fully back to buisness. Some of the lights still weren't working properly, but other than that everything seemed fine. For the past two years the so called Neo-Shinra group had dedicated itself in peace keeping duties in and around Midgar. Though they had perhaps used more force than what was necessary at times the group had nonetheless made a good job at keeping the peace and the number of new recruits has been on a steady rise.
The people in the lobby numbered roughly a hundred - though there were atleast four times more personell currently working under the Neo-Shinra banner. Alya took a deep breath and made her way to the front of the group where she turned to face them. "You all know why we are here today - and you all should by now know of what will happen today." Her voice was slightly shaky at first, but soon gained much more strenght "For two years we have kept the peace without getting anything in return. In my opinion it has to change! Though we will still keep the peace the time has come for us to regain control over this city and the surrounding areas." The dark haired woman placed his right hand on the long hilt of her katana and unseathed it with some difficulty while glancing around the group. "You all knew this day would come and agreed to my plan - still I'm not forcing anyone of you to go along with the plan, so if someone of you wishes to leave do so now. I'm not stopping you, but just remember that from that point onwards you will no longer be a comrade of mine - or the Neo-Shinra." Alya lifted the sword to rest on her shoulder and smiled brightly "Our reinforcements will arrive tomorrow - that's when the plan starts."
