Personality: Sadistic in nature, Valor loves nothing more then to call physical pain to others. He rarely speaks, and when he does, it usually quick and to the point, not wasting time with words when they are not necessary. Very loyal to whoever he is fighting for, but will not give his life for them- He would rather the world die then he die, really.
Tools: He has a more advanced version of the scouter, as most soldiers wear. It is sleek and obsidian in color, and attaches to the ear. It is much more resistant to damage, and rather then have a glass screen, its a holographic interface. It is extremely high tech, able to communicate two ways, display a large database of races and in general is a direct upgrade of any previous versions. The hologram is purple.

Power Level: TIER 7
Abilities:
Ki-Fists: Two energy balls are formed, acting as fists, which will punch and beat the opponent into submission. If they are blocked or grabbed, they will make a small explosion.
Split Ends: Shifts into two seperate persons for a very short period of time, around a second or so, allowing the use of double abilities (Instant abilities can be used for twice their normal power). This ability makes him incredibly weak afterwards for a moment or two.
Flash Blaster: A point blank blast of energy, it is high in damage, nearly instant, very short range and very high in cost.
Ki-Hands- A beam of energy is fired out of the palm. This beam of energy can actually grab and fling the target around, much like a strengthened hand.
Energy Vortex- A vortex of energy is fired from the palm, which will grab and manipulate small-medium power energy blasts and items and fire them back in beam form.
Explosive Crusher- This popular combo of Valor's starts with a quick punch to the cheek, before grabbing the opponent by the shoulders and slamming their jaw down onto his knee. If these attacks are both successful, he will tip their chin back up, and then fire 10-20 mid-sized ki blasts point blank into the opponents face.
Platinum Blaster: A large ki ball that splits into multiple ki balls mid-flight, causing extreme destruction. (Although, whether its effective or not is up to debate...) They can also stick to surfaces, like charges, and explode when needed.
Basic Ki Manipulation: Full power energy waves, very slow telekinesis and grasp of ki and flight all follow this set.
Advanced Ki Manipulation: Multiple City Leveling full power energy waves, faster telekinesis, Ki Sensing, Power Control, and afterimage techniques.
Ultimate Ability: If Valor is loosing a particularly hard fought battle, he has his trump card, Galactic Inferno. He tosses his hands into the air, charging up a ball of purple energy nearly double his own power level, before flinging it forward at the opponent. It is massive in size, and very hard to control or clash with. If someone does manage to 'clash' with his ball of energy, he has the ability to send shocks of power into the ball to overwhelm the foe. If it simply hits, misses, or is blocked, Valor will end up spent and completely defenseless for the remainder of the battle.
Fighting Style: Valor's fighting style is heavily dependent on his ki-based attacks. He will use every trick in the book, and is highly advanced at ki manipulation of all sorts. In addition to this, he is quick on his feet, and of average 'Physical' strength. Although, despite all these strong sides, his defenses are weak and nearly worthless if actually in physical combat. Although he is good at dodging attacks, any that hit will usually hit hard.
