Vigilant recruit

This is my first Role-Play on this site. I hope it works. So here is the set up.(I hope I did this right.) If anyone has any suggestions or questions on anything. I am open.

Five heros and five villains. Each hero/villain. Each has their own rival. And the main plot is the villains come togetter. To fourm alliance to accomlish there goal. That's the villains idea of what ever they want. But has to be a bit real. Like one villain controls the street gang. The other controls same but in another city. Another can be killer or smooth mob like from any comic series. Like scarcrow, joker, but cannot have the same look. Or idea.(I hope that makes sense?) Hero's CAN'T have the same outlook like batman, punisher(but not like the heros theselfs. Custom hero like kick ass)the heros also fourm a alliance. One of the hero's trys to take them out by him/herself. But he realize's that the villains alliance are too strong. In which they must come togetter and the biggest battle will begin. I'm not sure how the fight scenes can happen. Unless in each post both the villain and hero can make post and meand a few others can judge. Being a neutral judges. As of right now you can draw or go in deep detail what your hero/villain looks like. The template for the info for your hero/villain will be posted below. The first couple of post to start out. As to be how your hero/villain came to be. The city will be Champion city. No one has met no yet. That will come later.

I am looking for Neutral Judges to judge the fight scenes (post) to determine who wins. Judging by the way its typed. Spelling and grammer. Details. And best fight. The winner of the fight will post how they won. The two rivals can work on what they say by Private message. To say something heated/witty to each other.

Hero Name:Massacre
Weapon(s):Magnum Rolver, cold steel kitana
Gadgets:Smoke screen, flash bang, stun gun.
Fighting moves:

Bio-Bryan Brooks was born in Champion City. His father a wieder. His mother
a waitess. Bryan went to a public school, but never was popular. Never had
any friends other then clark and Bruce. He enjoys playing the acoustic guitar.
More then anything. On october 31,2010 on a sunday his little cuzin was shot.
When he was taking her trick or treating. Robbed by two gang members. Bryan was
also shot, but lucky he lived. But it was on March 15 2010 Monday that chagned
his life. His parents killed as his father was picking up his mother from work.
He received a call. Of the terrible news. Never finding out who killed his cuzin
or parents. He wonders off into the night. to find answers. He lives to make sure justice will be done. Whatever the cost..
