The story begins at the beginning of the year. Each of you arrive on a charter bus to the school, You were allowed to bring two large bags and a smaller one. As you pull up you see the school towering over a deserted field. You see the sign that says "Tendrix High School For Extraordinary Teens". As you unload, two men unload your bags and you gather them. A voice comes over the intercom inside the bus loading/unloading, "Welcome new students to Tendrix High, we are hope you had a safe trip and will feel comfortable at our school. Your first task is to find your room and move in. In 8 hours we will be meeting in the auditorium to introduce you to the upperclassmen. Please use the time until then to get to know each other."

Maxine gathered her bags - all three bags bulging with books and gadgets - and sighed as she glanced up at the sign. As if she needed any more reminders that she was 'extraordinary'. She'd rather hoped that her parents had appreciated her high grades and decided to let her stay at home, even if didn't ever notice her - but no. As soon as the flyer had arrived, they were adament that she needed to get her personality 'quirk' under control - as if it wasn't already.
The actual school seemed quite nice; the building was clean and grafitti-free, surrounded by a pleasant, empty field, which was a vast improvement on her last school. But it was meeting the people that she dreaded most of all. She wasn't what people would call a 'people' person and her introverted nature had only increased since the discovery of what she could do. Even now, she felt herself glance automatically down at her watch (one of her personal creations) more out of nervous habit than actual need to know her internal body temperature. Everything was normal, save for a spike in her heart rate.
She glimped around at the other students getting off their own buses, trying to keep her chin up and act confident.

Marrick slung both of his bigger luggage bags over his back and grasped the smaller one in his left gloved hand... He had enjoyed the bus ride. Mainly because it was calm and quiet, something that his life lacked after being stuck in the house with his three little brothers... He was hoping to meet new people and maybe learn a thing or two here. After pondering for a few moments, he eventually took the last few steps through the doors of the bus, towards the school... After a minute or two, he started jogging towards the school, because he found his belongings to be a little heavier then he first thought... He might stand out because of this-But he didn't really care...

Frosche was unnerved. Her ability to disperse her atoms was one that she did not enjoy. Mostly because she had only recently obtained it and she wasn't any good at controlling. Not being able to control what belonged to her. That was her biggest pet peeve of all. It was just like all her pets refused to obey her or preferred other people.Or when people make decisions for her. It was as bad as not having a power at all. She practised and practised her ability -only to have successfully disperse and reform the atoms of her fingers. She had done this from the moment she had been accepted at Tendrix High to the moment she had actually arrived. She was getting frustrated. But didn't give up.It was in her nature to succeed. Naturally.

Luke: I payed next to no attention to the school, nor the scenery, or any of the amazing things that stood before me. I was too focused in conversation with one of the spirits whom I had summoned earlier, before the trip began. I soon realized however that all my fellow classmates had departed the bus. I quickly got up out of my seat and watched at the spirit left. "We- we're here already?" I muttered to myself. A small gust of wind blew, and the few leaves on the concrete sidewalk moved gently across my feet.

Maxine dragged her luggage up the large, imposing stone steps of the building and paused at the top to catch her breath. She wasn't exactly spoilt; just not accustomed to physical labour. She heard the loud voice boom across the intercom explaining about what to do now and she grimaced. She had eight hours to socialise?! Looking around, she already saw people interacting and laughing together, as the early formation cliques emerged. There was something unappealing about toddling off to the nearest geek group again and so she remained, struggling under the weight of her bags, like an idiot, alone.

As the bus rolled to a stop, Grey opened his eyes and stood up, watching as the others filed out. They all appeared normal enough, except one girl had rainbow-colored hair. Still, nothing seemed to be "extraordiany" about them, but he was sure he'd get to see everyone's gifts soon enough. Grey took out one of his earbuds as he stepped off the bus then went to collect his luggage. After the announcement Grey finally looked around the campus. He was disappointed he didn't see any woods around, but he saw the dorm building and headed in that direction, putting his earbud back in. He began to hum along to the song quietly as he walked, taking in every part of the campus and trying to guess what each building was for. The whole school was enormous, and Grey wondered just how many gifted teens there really were.

Sara stared up at the school with a bored look on her face. So, this is it huh? Interesting. When the 2 guys grabbed her bags she tensed until she felt her pet snake come to rest by her legs. She petted Blake's head before walking into the school. Her whole aura screaming 'Don't mess with me.' From her raven black hair with fiery red streaks, to her black knee length converse. No one caught her eye except a girl with rainbow hair. Cool but too bright.

Marrick quickly reached the entryway of the School without looking back. He then proceeded down the halls to find his room... Unfortunately he must have missed as he thought he had scoped through the entire building and still seen no sign of it...

He then decided to ask the next person he saw for directions.
