ALSO: Yes. Man of Steel. As someone who hates Superman purely on principle, I will say I enjoyed the movie, as a movie, though not as a product of DC/Syncorp. It was aesthetically pleasing, and not just in the obvious way, and I have a huge fuckin' lady crush on Amy Adams, who was only kind of annoying as Lois Lane. Also, it's *real* hard not to be attracted to the Prince Eric of superoverratedheros. Especially when he's all...rugged and shirtless and not bitching about having super powers.

But it was so long. They pulled a LoTR, I swear, I thought it was going to end, like, three different times.

It felt incredibly short to me.
