“Your story may not have such a happy beginning, but that doesn’t make you who you are. It is the rest of your story – who you choose to be.”
"Illuminate a world that will try to bring you down."
I think it's rather free-form, if anyone wanted to post something they would have done so by now. I usually give some heads up when I want people to take a look at my posts and include something from it in their next one. Example: Joytex, homeboy, Cornelis and Toelin need to chill kna' wut'm sayun'?
That makes sense. Just making sure no one felt left out. Know how easy it is to slip through the cracks in a larger RP.

Name: Selina Brax
Age: 27
Afilliation: Citadel Security (Zekara Ward)
Rank/Position: Inspector (Investigation Division)
Appearance:
Biography:
The first entry on any dossier of Selina Brax begins with the fact that she existed off the grid until turning up in an arrest report in the Shalta Ward of the Citadel by Constable Garrus Vakarian at the age of fourteen. Vakarian theorized in the report that the young teen's origin might be a 'duct rat', though doubtlessly a veteran of the ducts and that hard life if true. True or not, the story has spread and assumed by most to be truth. Even if directly asked, Brax is likely to offer no more than a devilishly silent look.
Selina still contends the charge of that arrest, the charge of 'vagrancy', to be weak. Though these days it's typically to tease Vakarian. Brax's short stint in C-Sec jail only resulted in introducing her to professional criminals, and soon the rumored rat was being used as a messenger and courier. Despite her name and face being added to various organized crime databases once again the sheer immensity of the Wards allows for Selina to fall off the grid once more except for brief glimpses over the years. Though such glimpses proved little more than she was still on the Citadel over the years, one pattern began to be identified: Selina Brax was rising in the criminal underworld.
The very next mention of Selina Brax is her application to the Citadel Security Academy, an application sponsered by Inspector Vakarian. Internal Affairs later notes the curious timing of the application; less than a week after Vakarian makes a large bust on several notable members of an organization claiming the name 'Murder, Inc.' In the report following the Murder, Inc. bust Vakarian makes mention several times of an 'embedded asset.' Internal Affairs' theory is that Brax was the 'embedded asset', and in exchange for the assist Vakarian would sponser Brax's application to the Academy. The theory would be the basis for the 'High Interest' status Selina had in IA for her first three years of service.
The theory would also lead the former Chief of Internal Affairs and then Deputy Executer to assign a young Selina to the Investigations Division under the Vice Department. Whether divine wisdom or a lucky guess, Brax's appointment to the Vice squad would establish a young rising star in the ranks of C-Sec. Though known to avoid armed confrontation at all costs, few officers found themselves in more dangerous situations than Detective Brax. Said to have the 'best worst luck in history', Brax has been stabbed and shot several times. She had been hurled by more biotics than most officers can have claimed to come into confrontation with during long careers. She has broken her ribs so many times surgery was required to replace them. There were five para-ceramic fibers holding Selina's left hand together at one point, before the Systems Alliance got ahold of her.
Despite the position of the Citadel Council, Vakarian's exploits with Commander Shepard had led to a change in Selina's own life: Selina contacted several Systems Alliance 'friends' she had gathered over the years with an interest in 'opportunities' the Alliance might have for someome with her skillset. The Alliance's answer? To take elements of the Cerberus Lazarus Project and begin to mold highly screened candidates for a 'Marshal' program, an answer to the Citadel's SPECTRE program. The specifics of the program have been lost in the aftermath of the war, only Brax's basic participation in the Marshal program's 'front' screening known today.
After the defeat of the Reapers Selina retired her Alliance commissioned and returned to the Citadel. Like nearly every Citadel officer with years of experience left on the force, she was off the Citadel when nearly everyone on the station was killed or lost, the official story of the incident still yet to be written in stone. With a larger human presence in C-Sec Selina has found herself with an even brighter future than before, recently being promoted to Inspector and assigned to Investigations Command in the Zekara Ward.
