Age Appearance: 19
Sexuality: Heterosexual
Nationality: Rindaros
Appearance:
Bloodline/Clan: None
Personality: Juliet is very sheltered and can count the times she has gone outside on one hand. As such she is very naive and trusting, believing the best in everyone. She is an incredibly kind soul and full of boundless curiosity. She has yet to truly experience the world and because of it has an innocence that is poised to be lost. Despite her inexperience she is brave and resilient, facing a great deal of emotional wisdom and fortitude.
Nurturing and loving, she can be very selfless and often goes out of her way to help others that are in need. She is very conservative and reserved, having perfect etiquette and manners even in the most stressful of situations. She is not afraid to speak her mind and often stands up to people twice her size if she believes she is in the right.
History: Juliet was born to two very high standing nobles in Rindaros, her father a direct advisor to the king and her mother a famous socialite. She had every luxury a child could ever want and had a very easy and pampered childhood. However, her care free life took a very different turn when she was 6 years old. She was walking with her family in the park when a cat pounced on a bird that was pecking away at the ground. The cat sunk its teeth into the bird and tossed it around before attempting to strike a killing blow.
Juliet didn't allow it to and shoo'd the cat away. The cat hissed at her before scampering off and she immediately dropped to her knees to see the robin struggling to breath. Her father and mother crouched down near her and tried to comfort the girl, telling her that sometimes bad things happened and that they are out of our control. Her father was about to put the bird out of misery before Juliet screamed at him to stop. Her hands and eyes glowed a blinding white color and in a few seconds the bird's injuries repaired themselves right before the Lavenport family's eyes.
The robin got back up and flew off, leaving Juliet smiling brightly and her parents looking absolutely mortified. That was the last time she was outside in years. After that incident, her parents knew what their daughter was but refused to acknowledge it. Instead they locked her in her room and did not ever let her out of the manor for fear that she would be discovered and killed. Her father would go to the King's court and converse on how to weed out magic users all the while harboring one in his own home.
Juliet's life was devoid of social interaction outside of that with the staff and her tutors. Her activities changed however when she was 12. She was out in the family garden, as she always was whenever she had free time, when she noticed that one of her roses were about to die. She checked over her shoulder before leaning forward and placing her hands over the plant. Juliet used a rudimentary healing spell and quickly brought the rose back to a lively state. As soon as the spell was finished she heard a loud voice call over to her and she knew she had been caught.
She winced, expecting to be dragged out into the streets and burned at the stake like her parents warned her would happen if she ever used her gift again. The voice belonged to her family's body guard, Vincent, whom had served for her father when he was a child. Juliet wondered if he would behead her right then and there but instead he asked her if she could do what she did again.
Vincent was actually a member of the Order and was actually a Doler, being trained in weapon usage and magic. For the next 7 years he trained Juliet how to use her magic in secret, wanting the young woman to learn how to use her gift despite the hostility that it received in the country they lived in. When she turned 19 he noticed how depressed the girl was, living in total seclusion from the outside world. He recruited her into the Order and shipped her off to train with Caeron. Her parents were furious but Vincent stopped them from objecting to it by revealing that he knew about Juliet's gift and used it to blackmail them into allowing her leave.

Weapon:
Name of Weapon or Item: Caduceus
Description: A long thin golden staff with a bright amethyst orb at the top of it. It is very light weight and somewhat fragile, not meant for striking or blocking although it can be fortified through magical means and then used as a more traditional staff.
How good is he/she with it : As a focus, Juliet is incredibly proficient with it. Every time she channels her magical energy through it shines with a breath taking radiance that can fill up a darkened cave and amplifies her magic tenfold than if she had been using her bare hands.

Healing magic
Kind of healing magic/description: Juliet's healing magic is usually cast directly onto the target she wants to heal. She focuses on one person within 12 meters of her and then channels energy into them causing their natural regeneration to speed up at an extremely fast rate. Bones will set back into place and skin will knit itself back up. She can heal someone almost instantaneously although it would be very uncomfortable.
She can dull pain and rejuvenate others who are tired. With enough focus she can turn herself into a beacon of healing, causing everyone within 3 meters of her to constantly be given life energy.
Juliet can also project shields around her and her allies that can withstand a tremendous amount of force, however if her shields are shattered then it will knock her unconscious as they are a projection of her mind.
In addition to this she knows simple utility spells such as light producing spells and simple concussive blasts of energy.
How good is he/she with it :Spending almost all of her free time practicing magic, Juliet is quite adept at her healing magic. However she has never actually had to use it in a non-controlled setting. She has brought back animals from the near brink of death, but has never been able to reverse it.
Weakness : She has little to no way of defending herself on a one on one battle. She also cannot heal herself at the speed that she can heal others so any injuries she sustains are harsher than if someone else were to take them. It is easy for her to lose track of her own vitals, causing her to faint often if she heals too many people at once.

Blood link
Human character : N/A
Animal character :
Name: Hermes
Gender: Male
Age: 504
Appearance:
History: When Juliet was 15 she was out in the garden tending to the flowers when she noticed something rustling in a flower bed. She was shocked and hesitant to approach it at first before deciding she needed to see what it was. She moved the flowers aside and was shocked to see a sickly looking bird, it's feathers were falling out and it looked to be near death. She felt bad for the poor thing and took it into her room. She had a bird cage were her past four birds had lived in but after she kept setting them free her parents stopped buying her new ones.
Juliet placed the bird into the cage and for the next two weeks she did everything in her power to try and nurse the animal back to health so that it could be released back into the wild. No matter what she did the bird continued to get worse and worse and soon stopped eating. Finally one day Juliet watched as it gave its last breath. She couldn't help but start to cry as the small bird slowly stopped breathing.
A few seconds later the corpse burst into flames and burned away into a large pile of ash. Juliet was dumbstruck at what had just happened, wondering how the bird's body had caught on fire. However, her shock at the bird cremating itself was nothing compared to the shock she experienced when a naked baby chick's head emerged from the soot and started crying out for food. The bird Juliet had taken in was a phoenix near the end of its life cycle, she later learned.
After several months the phoenix, which she had named Hermes, was old enough to fly again and she set it free. However it simply returned a few hours later after it was finished scouring the area for food. No matter how many times Juliet let it free it would always return, having become extremely loyal to the girl. Two years later they formed a blood link, vowing never to leave one another.
Hermes is Juliet's best friend and Juliet his, he often accompanies her into battle as a distraction. It can produce powerful heat waves and short range flames, but nothing truly devastating as he is still a juvenile phoenix.
