    The After Math(Toothless and Heartless)

    Name: Claira
    Age: 18
    Appearance:

Other: No one has ever really heard her sing or play music because she has a really bad case of stage fright. When the band split up, she became a song writer for other musicans, though it was secretly and under a different name.

Claira sighed as she walked into the huge mansion after the maid opened the door for her. She wasn't so sure about this new job Greg had for her, but she trusted him, so she had come. The only information she had gotten when she had signed the contract for him was that she was going to be writing songs for one of his new stars. She didn't mind that. She always wrote songs for Greg's clients. What had seemed weird to her was that he wanted a contract. But still, she knew Greg knew best, so she signed it anyway. And now here she was, at some mansion she didn't even know to supposedly meet this new client.

She moved over to the living room and sat on the couch, waiting for Greg or the client to show up.

Other: It was no secret he had some issues with his anger. There was no counting the number of fights he had gotten into since he was a child- where most people would seeth silently he became physical or at least viciously verbal. Nothing had really changed and despite the fame he held for some time with the others he had a hard time holding a job down. Once they split up he constantly flipped professions because their was always some jackass that came along and pissed him off in every career. He couldn't even work at Burger King because the customer wanted it 'his way' and was asking way too much from him when he was only getting paid minimum wage. He issues, that was all their was to it.

A call for some sort of solo contract was a blessing in disguise. It seemed no manager could tolerate his attitude very long and that was visversa but he knew Greg wouldn't let him down- he couldn't say it about too many people but the guy always pulled through. If he said there was a job for him then it was the truth. So he packed up his guitar and eventually found his way to the mansion, stopping for chinese on the way. Because... well, that plane right had been SO long that he had been close to chewing his own arm off by the time it landed. Peanuts just hadn't cut it.
    -
Obviously the taxi driver wasn't too happy about him bringing food in but Dorian wasn't paying him any mind. Waving the man off with a careless mumble of: "Yeah, yeah whatever." once they had reached his destination and he stepped out of the cab. After leaving some money he approached the front gates slurping up the rest of the noddles. Of course the first person he crossed pathes with was a maid since she let him in and he gave her a short look "you still working here." It should have been a question but a came out as a comment as if he wouldn't have believed any different but at the same time wasn't impressed by this fact. He stuffed the empty take out box into her hands despite her flustered appearance. Surely Greg informed her he'd be coming and by now this should be expected from him, even if it had been awhile.
    -
He continued for the living room, wiping his mouth clean on the back of his arm and pausing as he walked through the doors and spotted the girl on the couch. They grew up together so if Greg thought he wouldn't regonize her than he was sorely mistaken. "What the Hell?" It wasn't much of a greeting but he wasn't too happy, there better be a good explination for this.
If the end is so much better, why don't we just live forever?

Claira would know that voice anywhere. It was a voice she knew from years on the street together. It was a voice that made her heart hurt, remembering all the hurtful things he had said to her in the past. They had been through so much together and yet he had put her down like she was nothing. Especially after the 'incident'. She shook her head, not wanting to think about that right now. She turned, brushing her brown hair back so that her green eyes met his eyes, "Dorian? What are you doing here?" She finally let her surprise sink in. She had thought she was only here to meet the client she would be writing songs for. She just didn't under it. Thoughts seeped into her head. What had Greg done? He had known that she would be trusting of him to not really read the contract she signed. After all, he was her manager, it was his job to read over that stuff for her when she was selling off the songs she wrote.

Had he really....there was no way....right? He had tricked them in some way, had he? But, Then she got her answer, because in walked Mariana, the old drum player. As always she had a lollipop in her mouth, which fell to the floor at the sight of her two former band mates, "You've got to be kidding me right?" She didn't seem too upset, just in shock. She was never one for getting angry at least. She was mostly too hyper to be angry. She looked at the others, "I have a feeling we've been drooped." She sighed, then went to sit by the younger and more shy girl, "And now we wait for Mr. Know it All and Greg."

Claira didn't like the idea of this. She was still hurt by everything that had happened before. Because she had stage fright and had never sung or played instruments in front of them, they had called her talent-less and had said she wasn't even really part of the band. That she was just the stupid little song writer. She leaned back frowning deeply, her eyes on the floor, refusing to look up.
(So my idea is that growing up, she and Dorian were rally close, because even though he had a temper, her shy and mild personality fit perfect with his. But, When they got older and started the band, Claira started crushing on him. And when she finally got the nerve up to tell him(when the band was already having problems and tension was high) he blew her off and called he stupid, ugly, and maybe a few other hurtful things. Maybe even the press saw this happen or something as well making it worse. What do you think?)

“How should I know?” Dorian grumbled more than a little displeased but at the moment subdued, because the surprise had momentarily stumped his anger. He was somewhere between wanting to flip the coffee table or storm out and he was about to do the second when ‘gummi girl’ showed up with that damn lollipop in her mouth. Turning around had just made him notice her sooner. “Does this look like a joke to you…” Then she had the indecency to not even seem mad about being tricked, like everyone else was in on this but him. Just pretending it was unexpected.

While the two had sat down he refused to the same because he felt this irritation would become pent up and destructive energy. He began pacing- long strides over a short distance, pausing and repeating until he heard a small chuckle that announced the arrival of their final member. “If it isn’t the buddies of my old band, it’s a surprise seeing you all here like this. I’d gotten the impression that Greg had some sort of contract for me but this- this is something else.” Somehow this bastard managed to sound smug about it all and that always made his blood boil. “Can’t say I’m too surprised though. It was the same for you three, was it not?”

(I think it would be good to add more tension between them all. Maybe it might even make Dorian jealous if other guys start to notice her and she won't even barely look at him, putting even more tension)
"Greg told me he had a drumming gig for some opening number on a national tour of a new band. Already signed a contract and everything. Guess I should have read it first." Ariana, or just Ari for short, leaned back, "No getting out of it now, so why fight it?"
Claira frowned, wishing more then ever she could just get out of this mess. She couldn't stand to be around her old band mates. It wasn't because she hated them though. That was far from the truth of things. She really cared about all three of them, probably more then she even cared about herself. They had grown up on the streets together. They were the only family she had really known, since her own family had abandoned her when she was five. She hated to see that they were all so hateful toward each other, even though in reality all they really had was each other.

By this time, Greg walked in just a moment after the bass player had and he smiled at the four unhappy band members, "Well, seems I missed the reunion."
"Oh shut up Greg." Ari stated cooly, taking her lollipop out of her mouth to speak, "Just tell us why we are all here so we can go home."
"Ah, well Ariana, its not that simple." He was used to taking their usual banter. He had known them, and almost raised them, since Claira had been ten, "You all have each signed a contract." He sat down, "I've missed seeing you all, I really have. You were all like my own kids. And as a 'Father' I'm third of seeing you all so spiteful toward each other. So, here's the deal. You all are going to be living in this mansion together for three months. Food is free. You don't have to play any music together. You each have your own floors where your bedrooms are at. You are only aloud in your rooms for eight hours of sleep and two hours of alone time each day on your own desperate floors. All the other time must be on the first floor. This will be taped because this is a reality show that will be airing soon. Its not live, so anything I feel doesn't need to be shown, I will cut out. There are camera in each room in the mansion except for in the bathrooms and bedrooms. The only camera we have are the one that are visable. There are no hidden ones." He guestered to the farmers in the ceilings, "Ariana, your room is on the second floor." He looked at the bass player,"Your room is on the third floor." Then he looked at Dorian and Claira, "Dorina, you've got the forth floor, and Claira you have the top floor." Now, if there aren't any questions, you all take about an hour to do as you wish ans then we are all going out to eat together for dinner."

(lol, no need for excuses. You just like bad/dangerous boys don‘t you?)
Try looking at the bright side…
Hadn’t that been what those anger management classes suggested he do? Now that he was tensing up with this disbelief, he needed something to ease it before it translated into rage. His gaze darted to Claira (he was a creature of habit after all), and he scoffed himself for it because he had already kicked her to the curb. He hadn’t a clue why he even looked. Now he shifted so his back was to her, removing the temptation- all tight muscles and taunt skin beneath the fabric of his shirt. He was a rubber band that was wound up to a snapping point. Or close to it and it was a dangerous ordeal.
    -
“Signed a contract?” The bass player, Thomas mumbled under his breath before laughing faintly. “Guess I really should have read the fine print.” Not to say he was the only one thinking that, though at the point the deal had been offered Dorian was about ready to jump on any wagon and hadn‘t cared less about who he had to work with. He regretted that decision now though. He hated that decision now. So the moment they had been dismissed he left the room, hefting the strap of his guitar’s case up on his shoulder and stalking out in a manner that suggested he didn’t want anyone approaching him right now- regardless of their intentions. Only an idiot would ignore it.

(Maybe XD just depends really on the character themselves though)
Once they were dismissed, Claira stood, and while she was gathering her laptop and purse, glanced over at the other members of their former band. Ari was picking up her own things and was heading toward the stairs. She didn't know what Tommy was thinking, because he didn't seem happy about it, but he didn't really seem all that surprised about all this either. She looked over at Dorian and a lip was in her throat. Just looking at her made her ashamed of herself for ever thinking she would have had a chance with him those two years ago. Pushing that thought aside, She shook her head and took note of how tense he was and how he was the first one to head up to his room. Claira sighed and let the others go first before she quietly made her way to the top floor. Apperently, no one was aloud on the other's floors unless invited, Which was good for privicy. If you took away the camera in everywhere except for the bedrooms that is.

Her floor had all sort of instruments, blank sheet music, and such. Each floor must have been built to meet each of their personalities because this was obviously for her music writing. She set her laptop down, Called her own maid briefly to bring over her things, then spent the rest of her time working on a song she had started before coming to the mansion, playing chords on the piano and pausing to write things down, though made sure she didn't give anything away and that the cameras couldn't see her paper. After all, She was still a 'secret song writer' having been writing songs and selling them to make a living ever since the band broke up. And she had been doing well with it, being well off now. Almost as well off as she had been when writing songs for their band.

There was a intercom on her floor, and she could only imagine that there was one on the others floors, because Greg came on the intercom, telling them it was time to come downstairs, That they were going out to eat now. She sighed and stood up from the piano and came downstairs, trying to seem as invisable as possible when the others arrived as well.

(Ah, you just like a tsundere then?)
Even if Dorian had been the first to leave the room he wasn’t really rushing off to do anything. Rather he was just separating himself from what had made him angry in the first place- it would have been much easier to do if he could leave the mansion all together but getting away from those three did relieve some of the tension. Were they really expected to feel at home here?
    -
He dropped his guitar near the door and proceeded across the bedroom to fall back onto the bed. With the fame they use to hold and the occasional filming of people that had nothing better to do than stalk him… being watched at all times wasn’t going to be a bother. That didn’t mean he wanted to be a part of it right now. It was a long trip and he knew he could afford to cool his temper- a short nap was in order.
    -
Because he was set on this though getting woken by the intercom was a piss fest. He shoved his hand at his hair and shook of the daze of slumber- grunting as he got himself off the bed. It wasn’t like he had gotten undressed or taken off his shoes so he was set to go back downstairs but now he just felt rather groggy. Grumpy from a disturbed slumber as he headed towards the dining hall.
    -
“Hey, Dor. Wait up.” And their bass player was making an ill choice in speaking to him. If their floors had been set up differently he might not have had to cross paths with him. “Come on bud, what’s with that cold shoulder? Least you could do is try and be a good sport. Bad enough we have to share a home with Claira the useless.” Dorian thought he had been tolerating of this attitude but the fact he just placed his fist in Thomas’ gut said otherwise. It wasn’t like it was without warning- he had fumed over, shaken with rage and then struck.
    -
But fortunately it was gone once he had caused the bass player to double over so he settled for a simple grumble of ‘asshole’ as he continued onward. Even if he wasn’t raging he was still a little too mad to help him back up but he wasn‘t kicking him when he was down so that had to count for something. Sure he had called Claira useless and ugly (along with a couple other demeaning things) but that didn’t mean anyone else had the right to do that same.

(Sometimes. It really depends on the person playing the character and the characters background.)
Claira sighed as she stood downstairs waiting for the others. Ari was the second to show up, though she was quietly sucking away at another lollipop. One thing about her hadn't changed for sure. She was still a sugar addict. They stood silently for a moment, before Claira took a chance and quietly spoke, "So...Ari....what have you been up to?"
"It's Ariana to you." She stated calmly. Okay, well, obviously there were still some sour spots between the two girls, "I've been drumming at this really great night club. Been making a lot of money too. And what have you been doing? Being useless I assume."
Claira frowned. Yeah, things hadn't changed at all. She sighed and leaned back, "Yeah, I guess." By this Tim, the boys had made it down and Greg smiled at them all, "Good, Everyone's here. Let's get into the limo."
Claira waited until the others had left out and walked out last, her laptop in her hands, planning on working on lyrics during dinner so she wouldn't have to talk to any of them and/or bother them.

(Ah, alrighty then. I never know how any of my characters will turn out until I start writing though.)
There was silence between them but that should have been expected. Even in a limo there was a limit to how much one could be entertained. Was being caged into the small space throughout the duration of this ride suppose to help them warm up to one another? Because he could only see them going at each others throats in a moment here. Not that he was looking to start a fight- slumped back with his arms over his chest and his gaze on the ceiling.
    -
Thomas had taken to rolling the window up and down though causing him to furrow his brows in response as he did his best to ignore it. He lasted a total of 170 seconds which was almost a full minute. “QUIT IT!” It was such a small thing too but it stopped the bass player who rose his hands in a show of surrender. Then Dorian grunted and simmered down once more.
