Hello I am in the making of creating a rp taking place during the years following the easter uprising ( a subject that rpers rarely even entertain the thought of) now i am not 100 percent sure of the stuff such as will i let loyalist characters be made and etc but chance are probably in order to add soem spice from the usual boring npcs now i want to check who might be interested in this.

Also, in regards to the second half of your signature, Americans say they're Irish when they're not from Ireland because we're in immigrant culture. Saying you're (notice how it's "you're" and not "your") Irish doesn't mean that you are from Ireland, it means you have Irish blood and Irish-American heritage. Did it ever occur to you that in a conversation with another American (the people Americans have most of their conversations with), saying that you're "Irish-American" and the other person responding that they are "Polish-American and Italian-American" sound redundant and stupid when it's clear you're both American? And there forms the habit. And before you ask why we even care: Again, we're an immigrant culture. Part of the average American identity is that your ancestors came from somewhere else and had a struggle once they got here.

I normally clarify instead of rant, but people normally ask why Irish-Americans do that instead of calling us cunts.

Ahh my dear lukas calma agus éisteacht mo buachaill you seem to not have got my reference it was a quote from a stand up comedian Russel Peters he is quite funny and i decided to just put that in there for people who have had the pleasure of seeing one of his acts i really have no hate against our american cousins i actually respect them quite alot seeing their unending loyalty to the land of their origin.

Oh it fine Lukas totally understandable i get how some people could easily misinterpret my meanings (you would have to be atleast a decent fan of rusel peters in order to recognize the quote) and trust me there are irish who whole heartedly dislike our american cousins and a few radicals belive those who even though born in ireland but do not speak irish as their main language are not irish but un-pure and corrupted by the english while i get their heart is in a good place on how ireland should fall back to its core roots there is no sense in having a ireland free even when it is divided due to scoial beliefs and creeds
