At the forefront of the ninja frontier two separate and powerful ninja familes held precedence above the rest. Both the Senju and Uchiha, two clans that were continuously locked in conflict during the early beginnings of the shinobi villages Their clashes became ever more frequent and the attempts to reconcile on the Senju Clan’s part never worked. Hashirama Senju led the Senju against the Uchiha and it's leader, Madara Uchiha. In attempts to secure his claim of Konoha, Madara Uchiha would stop at nothing to win. The two powerful ninja battled, using so much skill and chakra that a massive valley was formed in the conflict. It would later be called The Valley of the End. When Madara emerged the victor from this cataclysmic battle, he immediately began his tyrannical reign over Konohagakure.
The rule of the Uchiha was at an extreme, their dominance over clans made it so that none could stand against their rule at all. Even though there were ninja of great skill left in the world, the forces of the Uchiha clan effectively made it so that all attempts to overthrow the tyranny of Madara were thwarted. One such attempt had been planned for months and when it finally came to fruition, Tobirama Senju, the leader of what resistance there was, ended up being intercepted and slain.
It turned out that an act of treachery was the cause of this. In a fit of rage after both Senju brothers had been killed, Hiruzen Sarutobi sought to take on Madara himself. He was of course also slaughtered by the likes of Madara and as an example to those whom decided to be heroic and share the same fate, Madara had Tobirama and Hiruzen’s severed heads put on display and preserved for the future generations to see.
Thereafter, the rule of the Uchiha Clan increased dramatically and as such Madara proceeded to reshape the ninja world as he saw fit. Konoha simply wasn’t enough for the Uchiha, so the clan took over each village one by one and had their own assume the roles of leadership over each separate village. None would dare stand against them...
For many years the Uchiha ruled most of the land, diminishing hope until one finally rose up. This man's name was Yahiko and he had brought together vastly powerful shinobi into a resistance known as Akatsuki. A young genius wih a mind so peerless, Yahiko was able to liberate Kumogakure whilst making a base within Amegakure. Whirlpool was administered as the home to train the resistance. This resistance stands strong against the Uchiha with hopes to one day rid this world of Madara's evil.

10. Jounin are a no go. Genin and Chunnin only. There will be only 1 jounin and he's for plot reasons. If another jounin need be created then I will ask.

Combat System and alternate info
I shouldn’t assume that all of you here are experienced in role play battle, because more often than not a lot of people aren’t. However, the basics such as GM, and pp have already been mentioned above in the first set of rules, but this is merely am addition to make battles that might happen a bit more realistic, as seeing a fight where every three seconds an attack gets mysteriously dodged can be lavishly annoying. Don’t bulls hit this IS Naruto you WILL be hit sooner than later. You won't always be able to block or dodge EVERY SINGLE ATTACK.
Reguarding Taijutsu, the physical aspects of the attack patterns do not apply. With taijutsu yes there are some instances of power-play as well as timed movement of both characters. Deal with physical blows and damage on your own. Do not abuse the power-play and keep it at a minimum. If it's beyond that I will pass judgment of power play beyond that degree. With this said, mild pp is completely allowed, go ahead kick somebody in the face and send them flying. On and on, this doesn't apply to other forms of attack however you can’t use the fireball justsu and claim it hits……
The speed at which jutsu can be performed must is limited to two consecutive jutsu at any given time. Whether your genin or s-rank missing-nin, it is not possible to do more than two consecutive jutsu without at least a moment to catch wind for a third jutsu. Do not violate this principle and as you know Elements have their weakness, Fire > Wind > Lightning > Earth > Water > Fire etc. When fighting an opponent with an elemental advantage, don’t act as if it is something so easy to brush off.
I will say that this is to give a general feel of how much land we are going to traverse. This is meant to feel like an adventure-style RPG so, we need land to adventure.

Hitomi is an honorable kunoichi who takes pride in her abilities, giving her an air of confidence. She is diligent and often straightforward, dislikes wasting time and focuses on what's ahead. She always hides her fears and bitter feelings behind an unbreakable facade, and rarely speaks her true feelings on any topic. Despite this she is kind and gentle in everything she does, whether it be consoling a friend or fighting the enemy. She finds it hard to trust others, but when she does she will give them her utmost loyalty and friendship. She comes off as overly serious, but she tends to carry a pack of Tarot Cards and likes to read people's fortunes, something she views as silly.
She tends to get gets excited anytime she gets the chance to explain the basics of jutsu to anyone, and is also a bookworm to the extreme. She can get somewhat talkative, though has a habit of trailing off and simply pondering the rest of the explanation. Despite being a feminist, she is a hopeless romantic, often reading romance novels and fairy tales about princesses and knights in shining armor, and, like any girl her age, and worries about her image a little more than she worries about her jutsu. She follows orders obediently, but is surprisingly stubborn. She speaks when spoken to, makes sure to always have her best manners to both opponents and comrades, and makes sure to take care of everyone the best she can--even though she tends to be younger than most.
History:
---The Hyuga clan is well known throughout the lands as one of Konoha's most prestigious clans. Their Byakugan is regarded as a treasure, and as such, marrying outside of the clan is often looked down upon. Such is the story of Hoshi Hyuga, who fell in love with the priestess Reika from Oni no Kuni. Their love was a very secretive one, with much distance between them, and many things hidden. As the priestess of her land, she could not leave, and as a member of the Hyuga clan he could not leave Konoha behind either. And yet they each traveled to one another, eventually birthing a daughter.
Unfortunately, Hitomi's existence put the couple into jeopardy--she was born with her father's Byakugan, and soon she was discovered by both Oni no Kuni and the Hyuga Clan. Reika was banished from her land, but was also rejected by her lover's clan. Knowing that she had doomed her daughter to a life of servitude and grief, she took her own life, as she could not bear the shame she had brought to her people. To accept Hitomi into the clan, Hoshi begged the elders to at least have her stay and be protected. Hoshi, who was originally in the Main House, was stripped of his privileges and branded as a Branch member, and Hitomi's heritage was hidden and never brought up again. She was to be a Branch member who would protect the Main family and nothing more.
The lessons her mother had taught her about her priestess abilities were never forgotten; her mother's bell is always on her, as a keepsake. She praticed in secret, on missions, any chance she could, really. Ironically the shinobi training she received improved her abilities and her talent as a ninja seemed to shine; due to her mother's abilities passed down to her and the Byakugan, her precision with chakra control was astounding and surpassed all her classmates in the academy as well as that of genin level and some saying even reaching jonin (though that bit was purely opinion).
Hitomi was a seemingly cheerful child despite the circumstances, even paying the highest respects to all of the clan, but often times, when no one was around, she held bitter feelings towards the elders and blamed them for her mother's death and her father's disgrace. She swore she would find a way, somehow to restore their honor. But she buries these feelings, as she didn't want to be corrupted by them, and instead focused on her jutsu. Over time she dabbled in medical ninjutsu, and eventually revealed the abilities of her bell, though none would have ever thought it was from the priestess and instead it was hailed as her own. The Gentle Fist style came naturally, and she felt herself grow stronger every day. With more confidence, and now her priestess abilities public and no longer needing to be hidden, she fully began to exploit and explore them fully by reading books and scrolls she would find.
When word of a resistance was heard, the elders discussed what course of action to take. Thinking this was their chance, Hitomi urged her father to come with her. Sadly, he did not want to make a decision without the Main family's approval. Hitomi decided right then and there that she was on her own. She announced her leave and departed; to her own surprise, no one followed. No one chased her down, but no one followed, either, and she had hoped her father would have changed her mind. Nonetheless, she found the group and offered her Byakugan to aid their cause. The Uchiha had to be taken down.
Senbon
--Metal needles with a point at both ends. They often serve a medical purpose, being used to strike acupuncture points. They have little killing power, but can be thrown with great accuracy. A user with proper medical knowledge can effectively use Senbon in battle to incapacitate or even kill their target. An added benefit of throwing these at the enemy is that these are smaller than a kunai or a shuriken, making it harder to see and dodge. Military Rations Pill
--Special pills that replenish one's stamina and chakra and nourish the body. It's made up of powerful stimulants and nutrients, said to allow the user to keep fighting for three days and three nights without rest. Mystic Safety Bell
--A bell imbued with mystical chakra that was passed down from her mother. The bell has special qualities that haven't been fully explored quite yet. It does not make a sound when rung, curiously enough.

A form of hand-to-hand combat used by members of the Hyūga clan. It inflicts internal damage through attacking the body's Chakra Pathway System, subsequently injuring organs which are closely intertwined with the area of the network which has been struck. To do this, the user surgically injects a certain amount of their own chakra into the opponent's chakra pathway system, causing damage to surrounding organs due to their proximity to the chakra circulatory system. Even the slightest tap can cause severe internal damage, hence the name "gentle" fist. It is noted that Hitomi's medic prowess comes from the use of both her Kekkei Genkai.
A secret taijutsu that is orally handed down only within the main house of the Hyūga, this technique utilises the chakra control gained through Gentle Fist training to release a huge amount of chakra from all the chakra points on the user's body. It is also a defensive manoeuvre to compensate for the Byakugan's blind spot as the released chakra blocks any possible attack on the user. After releasing chakra from every tenketsu in their body, the user then spins rapidly to parry the attack, both creating a rotating shield of chakra around themselves and tossing away any nearby attackers. The user can also actively control the size and power of the sphere to suit the situation.

Son of Io the inventor (even reed richards had a son, somehow) with a kunoichi of the Fuma clan, his fate was assured to follow in his footsteps. He served in the Kohona academy under an uchiha Chunin leader, quietly performing his practices in the day to day until the great upheaval. His life got turned around in only a few weeks, including the lost of his puppy love. She was an uchiha and he had hoped they would be together when they got older, he was dead wrong. When the akautski attacked she got trapped under a building, as he reached for her the supports failed and crushed his arm with her. Do this day he has phantom limb moments where he can feel her hand hold his like a ghost. A stark improvement on a previous design. One simply loads a scroll of prepared ammunition, in this case it is specifically barbed senbon with an explosive tag wrapped around the needle. When the tag is detonated, it launches the ripping needle at high speeds into the enemy if comparable speed and power to that of a longbow in a convenient handheld package. While it can be dodged, the first time seeing such a strange device and the loud bang caused by the tag will often startle the unaware enemy, anyone observing his weapon first will have a much better chance at survival.
The needlers are made from a special metal that can be infused through "chakra flow" with elemental chakra or Yin–Yang chakra to produce added effects. Its most basic shape is simply two hollow tubes of different sizes connected in an 'L' shape, one tube is sized to hold the scroll of ammunition and the second tube holds the summoned senbon. The lack of a connecting chamber or trigger is based upon the unique occurrence of summoned items appearing up to a few inches away from the seal itself so a single solid tube can take the pressure of the explosive tag without cracking. One simply concentrates on summoning the senbon to automatically load the chamber and a second concentration to activate the tag to launch the senbon.
Because of the explosive tag, these senbon can never be poisoned due to the heat that would burn off the poison when launched.
In melee, he wields two katanas of a unique design intended for both vicious cuts twice as lethal as others as well as the specific technique of weapon catch or disarming opponents weapons.
Puppet arm: A replacement for his crushed limb. At the moment it is nothing more than a plain use arm and hand made of wood and steel. Over time he has great plans to have several arms each for its own function and abilities.

I find it disrespectful to call someone a noob just because they're new to the Guild, especially since I myself am new. It would be more respectful to call someone a Newb or Newbie because that is the true word for the meaning "someone who is new to a task, website, or forum". And also it is also wrong to consider yourself better than others because you have a high post-count and have been on the Guild for a few years. I find it disrespectful to call someone a noob just because they're new to the Guild, especially since I myself am new. It would be more respectful to call someone a Newb or Newbie because that is the true word for the meaning "someone who is new to a task, website, or forum". Such a lovely girl to behold, Ororo Mithosui is the kind of girl that people look at and instantly draw breath. Beauty seems to be a serious cliche in a lot of kunoichi but Ororo doesn’t require the sultry type of looks, or revealing clothing that other girls wear at all.
Her fine skin is alabaster white and by far there isn’t a single blemish on her skin, but this is only because Ororo has spent quite a bit of time making sure that she doesn’t allow herself to slack because her brother never does. Ororo has hair that cascades down her shoulders in curly waves of soft blues, purples, and pinks and such hair compliments her eyes, which are two different colors.

Ororo is the kind of girl that isn’t always really open with herself or others. She normally is subdued in most actions but this doesn’t make her a quiet person. People tell her that such a dream is foolish but even a small glimmer of hope keeps her eyes looking toward something maybe she can help with someday. Her outlook on each given situation can be ever changing, but that is to be expected. Ororo IS a girl going through puberty.

Ororo possesses the dojutsu known as the Rinnegan which allows her to manipulate each of the original six chakratic natures to utilize and learn jutsu at a pace that is simply impossible for others. The developmental process of this eye trait also gives Ororo control over the basis of the six paths, and also the seventh path as well. Her Rinnegan has a unique appearance as it doesn't look like the eyes of other users in the past, with both the left eye and right eye being different.
Use of the eyes include the read and also the ability to see any kind of chakra and decipher its makeup via the eyes. In a more complete sense, Ororo can track, filter and interpret what is around in its entirety and use chakra as such to formulate and cause her body to react proportionately according to what is needed in a given situation. Due to the control of the Rinnegan’s bond with the natures of chakra; fundamentally she is able to manipulate chakra and fuse natures together on whim but such a setup is taxing on her small body.
Though a powerful and dangerous kekkei genkai, the main abilities don’t stem from the eyes themselves but jutsu that only a wielder of the Rinnegan can possess The force of all six paths is of course where Ororo’s powers lie.
Kuroi Chi no totsuzenhen'i
(Black Blood Mutation)
Those of the Mithosui Clan sometimes develop blood mutations at birth, which change their anatomy and the inner works of their bodies as compared to normal human beings. When Ororo was born, her blood was black. Never before had this blood been seen before inside the clan until then. As she grew older and began using her other blessed gift of the Rinnegan, Ororo discovered that her blood could be used as an amplifier to gravity itself.
In sync with her body as the Deva Path, she is able to increase the power of any technique within her arsenal that specifically uses the forces of her Rinnegan to affect gravity. Her blood influences gravity via chakra as well which have been produced into techniques that Ororo developed. Currently she is able to slightly influence gravity in an area of up to 30 feet. Pushing herself beyond this limit is extremely taxing.
Deva Path
This is in essence Ororo herself as she has activated this jutsu via the Rinnegan from within, thus making her own body the source point for this first path. This is potentially the most dangerous of all the paths as specifics of chakra give Ororo the ability to conjure and control gravitation forces with herself as the Deva path. Her own body in conjecture has increased and augments greatly heightened speed and physical strength. Multiple other abilities are housed via the Deva path such as potent mind warping power on oneself to ascend into an astral form and also the control of said chakra to amplify the sense of chakra which as such dampens the use of genjutsu on Ororo.
Animal Path
This is the second path which is also housed inside the teddy bear as it is much less straining on Ororo. The less bodies she actually has in a physical body relieves strain upon her body. Such abilities of the Animal Path include it being able to summon a multitude if animals infused with the Rinnegan onto the battlefield and elsewhere without the use of hand seals or a blood sacrifice. Ororo also uses this path to summon the other paths that aren’t included inside her or the Asura path. More specifically these would be the third and sixth paths.
Preta Path
This is the third path of the Rinnegan which embodies the sustained ability to absorb and rend chakratic energy useless via channeling it inside this paths body and as such also create a field of inverted chakra around itself to nullify attacks that might come from multiple angles. While this path is quite defensive, the Preta Path is also dangerous in its offenses as its simple touch can drain away chakra from that which it touches. The Naraka Path is actually the body of Ororo's deceased uncle.
Human Path
After experimentation and working with the logic of the Rinnegan and intense research, Ororo used herself as the source point for the fourth path. It gives her more physical ability to increase her strength and the raw durability she is able to muster through its embodiment. Within her grasp is the technique to read minds with somebody simply by touching their spine or the head in any spot. Using more focused force with this technique can literally tear a soul out of a foe’s body. Ororo also notes that using herself as the human path has increased her own physicality and as such she heals a lot faster than other people and gives her an increased manipulation of the chakra used for jutsu, simultaneously lessening the strain on her muscles to accomplish ridiculous assaults.
Asura Path
The fifth path that is an offensive power enigma. This path takes the shape of a teddy-like rag doll that normally is seen very close to Ororo. Though quite small, its physical power is immense and it can leap from foe to foe and maul them with no difficulty. What’s more, at will this bear doll can extend from its sides multiple arms and odd weaponry to attack with and even open itself up to reveal from the inside a vortex of chakra that apparently summons weapons. It can even release a physical burst that can frankly break things hit by it. This path is potent in its own defense, as it takes quite a bit to even cause harm to it at all. Ororo calls the bear Gordon and often it acts as if it has a mind of its own.
Naraka Path
The sixth path of Ororo that is used for summoning the outer path. The path’s alternate ability to have the Outer Path consume a target with its tongue and heal it from within, after some time releasing said target fully healed and unharmed.

Shinra Tensei
A technique used to obtain a grasp on gravitational forces to reject or repel objects of both the physical and chakratic nature away from Ororo when she uses it. The potency of this technique is savvy to how much chakra and energy from herself that Ororo uses and at best Shinra Tensei can be deemed a cataclysmic destruction technique in itself. The more power Ororo uses when performing this jutsu however the longer she has to recover to use it again. Currently the time frame is at about 45 seconds but can be a lot more depending on how Shinra Tensei is used. With her training, Ororo is able to manifest this jutsu in many ways.

An inverse technique to Shinra Tensei in the aspect that instead of repelling objects it instead attracts them. By using such a jutsu and controlling the direction of the pull, Ororo can smash foes into objects or even diffuse jutsu that are being formed by others. Moreso the same time limit applies to this technique as with its opposite. To use this technique on a much larger scale requires Ororo to charge it 60% of the time that she wont be able to use it afterward.

During the ages of 7-9 the two Mithosui siblings used their kekkei genkai to fathom shape transformation, Ororo developed this technique whilst Langeki created the Rasenkoa. It is the great manipulation of chakra that is an abundance and maximum usage of shape transformation. It makes the use of spinning a large amount of chakra into a sphere that near instantly becomes self sustaining. The power of this technique from the spinning chakra causes a gyrating and grinding force that can potentially obliterate enemies. Ororo has almost mastered it and can form it into large sizes while maintaining the shape with raw physical nature inside chakra. The expulsion of the jutsu can also be used to track ninja when thrown, causing even greater damage.

This technique is a twist on the Rasengan, where Ororo creates the technique even faster than she usually does, forcing the chakra to expand inside the spiraling helix of the technique. Such force within a space that small becomes less stable than normal and as Ororo finishes the technique, it turns bright pink, rather than the normal blue color of chakra. When she throws it at an opponent or thrusts it into them with the grinding force, the sphere always ruptures and causes a physical explosion on the opponents body, sending them back injured, often more than 50 feet away.

Ororo casts this genjutsu by forming a vision over her own body, making it look as if she starts to grow and transform into a terrifying winged creature. The emission of chakra from this genjutsu throws the victim in a state of panic as the beast dives in with its head and rips a chunk out of their abdomen. The genjutsu shatters to reveal that the foe is perfectly fine but when they move, the same area of abdomen bleeds and then another chunk falls out, washing the victim over with a swell of chakra that ends the technique, leaving pain in the same area which had been affected.

Ororo learned this jutsu from Lang and was able to mold chakra between her cupped hands using her knowledge of the shape transformation via chakra. By drawing this chakra into her hands in a spherical shape, it builds into a mass that can be pushed outward and it explodes into a beam of energy that moves as compacted but separate particles. The force of this jutsu easily makes it dangrous technique within Ororo's hands.

This jutsu can be performed by pouring a large amount of chakra into a small space and meshing gravity with it to form a pitch black sphere of pulsating energy no larger than golf all. This is then thrown skyward where it begins a large scale attraction process that which rips asunder the earth and what is around it to collect unto a single point in the sky above. The more matter that goes into this ball, the larger it obviously becomes. This technique by itself can be used to incapacitate many strong foes by drawing them in and crushing them, or likewise to make a large sphere of whatever was drawn to it and then drop it upon the earth causing horrific devastation. Ororo has only used this technique a single time and the drain on her was so great that she slept for three days afterward.

An enormous sword that Ororo fights with as if it were a stick or something really small. Nobody sees her carrying it around because she just randomly pulls it out of nowhere and wields it directly from there. The sword has a sharp edge that gleams with a pink aura though it's small. The majority of this weapon normally has black chakra swarming all around it. Not only is the blade dense and holds chakra inside it, it can stand against other blades quite easily and is prone to be used defensively as well; even though the sword seems to be cracked and damaged. Other than basic enhanced durability and the chakratic enhancement of easy movement, this blade isn't a super weapon or anything of the sort, so long as Ororo doesn't activate its chakra purge ability; explained in that word alone.
Shigaisen Tenga-ryu
(Ultraviolet Tenga-ryu)
A fighting style that is based solely on the exertion of chakratic pressure during each intended strike to disable the equilibrium of foes gravitational standing when they are hit. In conjunction with the Rinnegan during this taijutsu style, Ororo unleashes blows back to back which stacks up the strain on the areas she strikes and fills them with Shigaisen Enerugī; a chakratic substance that holds physical energy or kinetic force inside small glowing purple particles.
The more times a person is hit and pressurized muscle or tissue is filled with this substance, Ororo can cause it to implode, or explode, causing severe damage to the inside of the flesh and disabling nerve function and slowing down muscle reactions to a crawl. This style is also very unpredictable as the strikes come from a series of rolls, or flips and acrobatic feats that make study of the technique alarmingly complex as during movement the Shigaisen Enerugī vibrates from Ororo's body itself so that tracking methods only capture the inertia that she has charged up and cover her movement from being traced property Only normal eyes can actually see her, and even then its still basically a lost cause.
The most dangerous form of this style is called finger strikes as Ororo can channel Yang in a compact manner directly into her finger tips and build up vast amounts of inertia and physical force within these small areas and then release it all at once in devastating strikes that cause high impact collisions upon others and frankly can easily shatter stone, pierce metal and break bones.
When used with her sword, the Shigaisen Enerugī phases in and out of her blade and between the particles that make it up, giving the weapon even more potent force when cutting or swinging. This lapse in force with or without the blade allows for movement during strikes that are guided by paths of gravitational force that form along Ororo's body during her attacks and continue to expand as long as she moves.
Hoshi no Shunshin
(Astral Body Flicker)
This is simply a high movement speed technique. Like her brother she is able to move at daunting speeds but in her case it stems from the mind. A simple shift can be done where she moves in a flit of distorted vision, or with much more chakra her own desire to be moved can form her elsewhere out of self manifested astral projection. When this occurs, Ororo is drained of a lot of chakra.
Kuroi chi no chakra Tamashī
(Black Blood Chakra Soul)
After being killed in a terrible accident and revived, Ororo retained her large source of chakra from beforehand but manipulation of both her soul and the body’s inner working by having the black blood mutation caused a corrosive affliction from within her. This changed the flow and nature of the chakra itself with her body and has to started corrode away her inner chakra system and established a pool within the soul itself. The chakra works the same but those sapping chakra from her in some way or those trying to seal away her chakra will likely fail. She also can use her blood as a corrosive substance should it touch an enemies flesh.

Ororo is at times easily put off by people treating her differently because she possesses the Rinnegan, she has made best friends with her stuffed teddy bear because of this...

Appearance:
He's about five foot flat, his body is pretty standard being only a kid but he's got some what of an athletic physic. His hair is a white and silky texture, he's got three bangs, two on the side of his eyebrows and one that drifts in between his eyes and nose. His eyes are a reckless hazel colour, with a clear distinction that a pupil sits in the middle. Its spiked, looking from the back of his head it spikes to the left and is short meaning it stops right before touching his shoulders.
His attire consist of a fishnet undershirt, over this is a solid black sleeveless shirt. His headband is on his neck, the konoha leaf symbol. Over this is a sleeveless white clad, going about as far as his pockets with flames riding up the back. There are two arm warmers that ride both the left and right arm, white with black outlines. His pants are black with a white band around his right upper thigh fastening his shuriken holder. On his back are twin bags carrying more ninja tools.
Personality:
Soichi can be best described as a motivated young man that is both adamant and hard-working. He has an abundance of exuberance and energy in his personality, however this can be downplayed severely with how aloof he allow himself to be with his family's expectations of him becoming a prized assassin class shinobi. His track record is one of near perfection, because he's persistent and pessimistic making him a very angsty perfectionist. His biggest problem is being motivated by others, sometimes he wants to throw a hat at people that waste time talking about him instead of using that time to do something more meaningful than reprimand him. In the face of a defeat where he isn't killed, he's blacked out at least one time, inciting he'd kill his opponent without mercy.
History: Originating from the Daizen Clan that was once revered in Kumogakure, moving and then settling behind the walls of Amegakure. Revered as assassins of the lightning and harbingers of the cry before death, one thousand birds, chidori. First inspired by the head of the clan, Raijuken Daizen.
Soichi Daizen, the third generation of the Daizen clan. His father and mother Mukaro and Shiki Daizen. Coming of age, he began to learn and understand the ways of the clan. He had to think and act like an assassin and with this came what he disliked about his own lineage. 'Trust no one, no matter who they are, even your own blood'. He struggles with this even to this day.
How he was raised, categories of ability down to ninjutsu, taijutsu, genjutsu, and senjutsu. While he had natural skill, he was morally against utilizing it for darker task. Scolded he was by his father, he was the only defiant one in his family yet he always made them proud by his academy scores, and display of ability his only real problem was taking the path of an assassin seriously.
A blade with a hallowed inside, single edged and broad in horizontally in size. About the size of another arm if he extends his all the way. Its lightweight, and sheathed in a fitting space. This weapon possesses specific traits when it comes to combusting something from the hollow space. Specifically water. Ceruleaus is a weapon acting as a conduit for water natured chakra, and can manipulate present chakra into water nature as long as chakra goes through it water can be formed, kneaded, and unleashed by the user acting as an extension to the blade itself. The blade is also capable of generating steam, and the temperature of which can vary between hot and cold in given situation.
Pryolysis ~
The twin blade to Ceruleaus in shape, but contrast in nature. A blade with similar shape to its brother blade, but the hallowed inside is complemented with a straight line of holes that run four in number from guard to the blade's edge. This weapon is capable of creating heat from its holes, creating fire nature. Pyrolysis is a weapon acting as a conduit for fire natured chakra, and can manipulate chakra present into fire nature as long as chakra goes through it, fire can be formed, kneaded, and unleashed by the user acting as an extension of the blade itself. More importantly, the heat generated can also be formed into smoke, after this point Soichi will use a gas-mask to avoid carbon-monoxide poisoning.
Ethernal ~
A butter knife? No, its a chakra blade no longer than the grip that holds it. It looks like a dagger with a guard installed. The properties of this weapons are simple, it can extend and manipulate its form. Its only real trick is just extending itself forward, it can be launched from the tip like nothing and keep going for about thirty meters last time he checked how long he could hold it. Ethernal is now known as "The Ethereal Blade" Able to turn into and take the form of various weapons.
Reverb. Given to its ability to turn into a twin pair of chained scythes. Undergoing twin techniques, the first is only explained as "Chakratic Reverb; Caution Zone". Where the chains jettison about the area and form whats a labyrinth of chains locking himself and one opponent int a steel jungle of chains. The second is "Chakratic Reverb; Star Shield". Where the chains fly foward and form a massive star with chakra laced to channel through them and repel a jutsu even larger than the user. Its infused with raw chakra and deteriorates jutsu more predominantly than the polarity wall.
Zetsuei. The chakra blade groes ever shorter and forms itself into a kunai knife wielded by his finger. The chakra runs through the blade and then himself and he uses it to attack at high-speeds and create the eye's physical illusion of dopplegangers moving all at the same time. His signature move is, "Black Zetsuei; Dark Rain" sending his body to shift so fast he expunges himself in several angles all moving in on an enemy. The second part of this physical move is, "Black Zetsui; Complete Shadow" the body then uses one actual clone to fill in the spots of the projected path to distort where the next image is bound to appear. And in the blind spot where the eye can't follow the original or clone will attack and deal a very much physical blow.
Tsamae. The chakra blade then enters the form of a demon wind shuriken, yet this one is laced with seals. This is the second type of DWS, and proposes an epic flux with it. His abilities with the weapon work as one and he forms some tricky maneuvers. The first being, "Kaze Tsame; Tsukiyoha." it is where he whips the chakra blade's form Tsame to fly then seperate into two identical ninja stars. Their flight path is determined by the user's conscious chakra manipulation. Able to tear straight through earth when infused with pure chakra it breaks it down as it slices right through it. His second technique would follow this, leaving them to hover directly in front of an enemy to follow his attack. "Kaze Tsame; Tsukiame." The first flies through the type two's open hole to grasp, then pushes a burst of pure and wind chakra into a concussive force that tears away at lightning based defense.
Death Scythe Shuriken ~
A basic and yet more advanced shuriken that has four blades, curved to spin like a windmill. It's trajectory isn't as easy to alter or distort like a regular shuriken, it does much more damage than a normal shuriken at the sametime.
Soldier Pills ~
A shinobi tool utilized to give a ninja the strength to fight for three days and nights straight when it comes to just fighting with chakra in taijutsu. It gives them ample chakra to use for ninjutsu and is quite resilient in the long run.
Scrolls ~
He carries a good number, the hold within them ample ninja tools, and his weapons listed above. He also uses seals taped to his wrists to summon his weapons when scross come in excess.

This seal is a well kept secret and is embedded into the backs of every Daizen's ninja. It is a defense mechanism activated when their pure blood is driven hot by a situation. This seal has no adverse affects upon the user other than the compensation for its protection. A sample of blood is drawn by a single drop to ignite the intersection of the seal. When the seal is ignited it ensures the recipient is masked in a veil to ward off prying eyes, it discloses their flow of chakra from the outside and creates a veil to protect them from being pried upon by other variations of powerful eyesight. Naturally the veil will disclose the accessibility of being able to see their chakra points and chakra that is exerted for activity, giving them some manner of protection. The seal is meant to be a defense mechanism against their enemies with powerful eyes.

Name of Technique: Kon'i 魂威, Soul Menace Type of Jutsu: NinTaijutsu Rank: B-rank Range: Close-Range (Long-Range in Water) Nature Type: Lightning Handseals: Ram, Boar, Rat Description: A style of taijutsu that is a bit of extension from open-palmed combat, it's commonality is most similar to Yang and Ryuugen style baguazhang. Upon deliberately striking the enemey they're able to momentarily stun the joints struck. When hitting pressure points, electrical impulses sent by the lightning nature of chakra will make a pass along the nervous system. Essentially to disrupt the signals being made between the brain and the nerve endings, causing the nerve's to scramble and making body movement difficult as the signals won't respond in the say way as if normal. The affected will find themselves using their fingers to control their legs and their neck to control their torso's ability to turn itself. Weakness: Master level medical ninja should be able to get out of the nerve trap faster than normal shinobi.
