Appearance
Primal if you see it right in Lang. He’s certainly not something you see everyday, standing at 5’3, His slim body is a mirror of what girls call beauty in a boy, a lithe frame with fine dusted underlying muscle that accents a slender tapering abdomen rippled with clearly visible abdominal muscle, broadening shoulders leading to elegant arms that end in small hands. His body is covered in smooth and silky quarter inch white fur that while soft is also a flexible armor on the outside of the body. On the ankles and forearms however the fur is about 2 inches long and more of a silver color like on the slightly pointed ears he has.
Between the shoulder blades is a long mane of fur that trails all the way down the back and stops slightly above the hips and curls, giving perfect view of Lang’s furred backside that just might make other guys jealous cause they don’t have an ass like that; the comparison of hot buns fresh out of the bakery comes to mind. Of course he IS only 13, so you are a nasty perv if you are staring, unless you’re in his age group. Above the tight furry gluts, Langekou has a long tail with one of his weapons; a sharp sickle blade at the end that can be moved in the sense that he thinks about it. Anyway, moving back up to the face, the fur is short and flat revealing that the really noticeable hair on the face is a small goatee and those damn whiskers, not too long though. This is the area where one can see that Lang's skin complexion isn't like that of his twin sister Ororo's at all. Instead of being pale as snow, Langekou has a mild cocoa skin hue. Lang's eyes are quite unique. Looking into them can give people thoughts of the legendary rinnegan that his sister, Ororo possesses but it isn't exactly the same.
He doesn’t wear a lot of clothes because his furry demeanor doesn’t have a real feel for it, but he does choose to wear a short embroidered vest that stops at the waist made of some substance that some people think he created by growing it and then sewing it as well. Regardless it is a florescent shade with red and soft pink flower shapes on it. The jacket has a high collar that fans out behind Lang’s head and though he wears it open then zipper looks like a thin vine of sorts. There is a substantially obvious flower growing on the back of the vest that gives off a lovely fragrance as well. A growing boy can’t be TOO careless about covering certain things up, so a painstakingly perfect placement of sakura petals, mint leaves and thorns seem to have grown directly over any would be exposed extremities that aren’t prudent to be out in the open. The plants can be moved at will of course. Lang tops off his ninja apparel with a nice pair of sandals; Lang’s having rivets of thin vines on each one and a tiny daisy of the back. This kid really goes IN with the flowers.
Personality
Langekou Mithosui isn’t too loud, but isn’t actually one who just sits back and never says anything either. He’s a fun kid to be around if he has the time to just sit and relax. Sometimes he talks in really complicated and even more annoying riddles that drive people off the deep end, but it’s in his nature to speak as such. Lang is very compassionate toward most people that he meets and he would sport an overly lively attitude if it wasn't already tamed by his coy nature. He is often a lot more humble than people would expect him to be and more than that he is a charitable individual that cares for others before himself. Usually Lang is doing all that he can to actively produce the future.
Village
Langekou used to live in The Village Hidden in the Clouds but now as part of the resistance he takes residence in the Whirpool Village Sanctuary.

Masshiro Chi no totsuzenhen'i
(Pure White Blood Mutation)
At birth, Langekou went through a rapid blood mutation just as his twin sister Koete did. While she obtained black blood, his was that of white blood. For starters, the rate at which Langekou's blood regenerates makes it so that the idea of him bleeding to death should be laughable. His body acts as a conductor of this pure white blood which at will Lang can draw through his pores, and even fur to use and convert it into chakratic force via projection of the actual blood from his body. This task however is extremely difficult, nearly nearing bringing Lang to the verge of collapse after only a few seconds.
Even so, the blood has another functioning aspect that through training and development could mold Langekou into an important figure in the shinobi world. Lang's blood is special, its makeup contains a type of chakra that has attained a physical form within the cells. Though these cellular growths would be recognized as radioactive, Lang's blood literally becomes a catalyst to be controlled with the mind itself. There is a cycle of blood being converted to chakra that is used to influence the three stages of the forces of nature. As the blood is the catalyst used to produce the action; Lang psionically uses his blood to influence many aspects of nature. They can be organized into three different forces of nature each more potent than the last. The control and availability of each force is displayed by the Eye’s of the Catalyst that Langekou possesses.

Currently the display of Langekou’s eyes show that his catalytic control of the planetary is the highest, while his control of weather is second strongest and finally that of the sun. While the intriguing look of the eyes themselves is great, Lang does have augmented vision. He is able to read plant based organic matter and inorganic matter with little difficulty. Though his actual vision is extended about three yards in whatever direction Lang moves the eyes, plants at nearly any distance he can reach with his influence can be viewed at a near molecular level. The same goes for inorganic materials.
Langekou also seems to have thermal vision of living organisms and plants, and also is fully able to switch his sight to that of a thermo-scopic view, which is great for feats like night vision. This thermal vision can still develop a lot but has already extended itself further onto vision of the electromagnetic spectrum with enough push from Lang. Strain on the eyes or use of the eyes to manipulate light, may cause them to begin bleeding.
Wakusei no Shokbai
(Planetary Catalyst)
Through the use of Langeki's blood he is able to influence nature in a sense that he is bonded with plants and their essences. He can manipulate plants with relative ease and influence their growth, shape and size, even using his knowledge of botany to further influence plant life and cause fusions between plant species. Lang is known to seemingly grow plants from thin air. In actuality he keeps a large stash of seeds on his person that can be used to regulate and start growth from one plant type to another. He can also touch plants and ascertain information of them through residual chakra particles and absorb ambient chakra from plants, just as he is able to manipulate plants via his chakra/blood. Langekou’s body is also used as a catalyst literally grow plants directly out of himself and influence them in the same mannerisms as other plant life.
As a shinobi that is bonded to that of the earth itself, Lang manifests the psionic abilily to control and manipulate chemical elements by rearranging their matter and using his blood to alter the chemical base and elemental makeup to turn them into other elements and compounds. Lang admits openly that his type of manipulative ability is heavily draining and takes a lot more focus to perform at this point in time. Instead he eases the labor of using this part of being a planetary catalyst by combining plant structures with already existing compounds as to cause plants that while still living, could be covered in metal and other types of such inorganic matter.
Tenki no Shokubai
(Weather Catalyst)
Langekou is enabled the ability to manipulate the weather with his thoughts in a localized area. The use of his blood as a catalyst acts to focus and cause natural weather conditions and occurrences where Lang is present. No form of weather is outside of Langekou's grasp, and these include existing forms of precipitation, temperature, atmospheric pressure within his localized area and even electromagnetic forms of ambiance such as lightning strikes. It should be noted that Langeku's ability to form true lightning isn't available as of yet, so he fathoms chakra to induce the lightning element instead. When he becomes over stressed, Lang often influences the weather by accident and one might find a miniature rain cloud over his head. It also takes a tremendous amount of chakra and focus to change the weather over a large area and even more strain to cause any type of meteorological mayhem.
Lang redirects chakra flow and stems it beneath him like that of climbing a tree using chakra, or walking on water. Instead of those two easily accomplished feats; Lang air walks, or without speculation, flies. He pushes chakra outward from his body in every direction and then stabilizes himself with chakra rising from the ground and out of his feet. Precise control in this mannerism allows flight, but extreme speeds and very high distances are much more difficult as much more control is needed. This ability is made even more stable via his production of wind currents to support his own weight and other people's.
Taiyō no Shokubai
(Sun Catalyst)
At any given time, Langekou is linked via his blood to the sun, and as such has a chakratic ability to produce a form of energy that is a mix of chakratic blood, photons and radiation. This form of energy in itself is very powerful and can simultaneously burn without fire from the extent of heat it gives off. This light chakra base is very dangerous and has a tendency to rapidly compress and then decompress the particles insie it. This alone gives Lang the ability to cause the chakra to violently detonate. Reactions from the photon particles also give Lang the direction of light itself but the nature of photons are difficult to control without immense focus. Langekou grows tired more easily when using the third influence of his Pure White blood, so he doesn't use it too regularly, and if so, makes sure to only produce it in very small releases.
Wakusei-Koa
(Planetary Core)
A drop of blood suspends itself mid air and Lang focuses on it and cause chakra to expand around it and giving it rotation. The possibilities of Langekou then adding a layer of metal or stone, pretty much anything Lang has knowledge of, certainly the more complex the more difficult. Another layer of chakra makes the technique even more dense and the chakra inverts, giving the jutsu sucking and tearing power and completely molding its form to be used by Lang. The grinding and tearing force upon an opponents flesh can be painful, besides the heavy nature of the jutsu, it can be expelled away so the intended target not only gets slammed with a lump of chakra matter and possibly a dense sphere of iron, the Wakusei-Koa also bursts apart in a miniature cloud of sharp thorns or spines.

Tenki-Koa
(Weather Core)
A wisp of blood rapidly spins around and condenses into a tiny particle of chakra the pulses and continues to pull chakra into itself. It doesn't take long for this chakra to start humming and expand to about the size of a baseball. There is a helix of blure-green misty chakra surrounding the core of pure white chakra that holds the forces of nature within. When released upon an enemy the jutsu first has a tearing force that is exerted while in contact yet simultaneously it is some type of weather embodiment. For instance a foe could find their arm being sucked into and ripped against an emanating cold on the flesh, or was being seared on intense heat. As the jutsu start's to dissipate, Langekou psionically causes the nature of the disbanding energy to shift and produces another burst of weather phenomena.

Taiyō-Senkoa
(Sun Core beam)
Using the skill of shape transformation and the influence of his blood, Langekou allows a larger than normal spray of his pure white blood to spill into his hands and start to take shape. As it shapes into a pulsing sphere of chakra and radioactive energy, Lang draws the chakra between his cupped hands. The mass of chakra grows until Lang releases it toward a foe, causing the chakra to flare outward into a horizontal beam of destructive force. Though beam appears solid foes can be caught inside the beam where heat and exploding particles burst and tear at the flesh. The intense flow of chakratic particles is not easily defended against and exposure to the radioactive energy within the beam can cause a mild form of skin necrosis.

Mimi gaishō no Jutsu
(Ear Trauma Technique)
This is a simple yet painful idea for a jutsu that Langekou created after studying the human body and his own blood limit features. It combines the use of manipulating both wind and localized air pressure to attack the inner ear. A sharp burst of air first streams arund and slams into the air causing pain but then immediately after the pressure inside of the ear itself changes which causes immense pain to disorientate a foe as the jutsu is finished.

Shokubai Bunshin
(Catalyst Replication)
A cloning technique that was developed by the Mithosui clan. By taking a mixture of chakra, solar essences, plant matter and earthen material; these are melded into a bunshin of the creator. The appearance varies on the outside, but the basics of the clones are that of information gathering, fighting and the likeness of a normal bunshin. Hitting them physically can work, but the attacker can take damage if one hits an area where only chakratic solar matter is located or likewise they hit metal or stone. The clones can also attack with any plant or earthly elemental matter that is embedded inside them, and also blow apart with a detonating blast of solar energy. The more chakra used, the more bunshin can be created at a single time.

Shouryuuken
(Rising Dragon Fist)
This is a strike in accordance with the Tenga-ryu where Langekou gathers force in his legs and rockets upward while rapidly spinning his body around at a high speed. Even though he is spinning his uppercut connects as if he jumped straight up and struck the opponent normally. The shadow aura of a dragon can be witnessed when he uses this attack and whirls around from his tail blade. One would assume that the punch would knock a foe into the air but in fact they normally collapse to the ground. The force of this punch is very effective and the release of spirit force supports both leg and arm muscles at once.

Tokage no chūgaeri
(Lizard Somersault)
This combination makes use of a swift tripping tail blade sweep that Lang times to propel himself off a foes body using a kick. His leg thrusts down at a diagonal four times, each kick gaining more force as spirit energy shapes Langekou’s form. The final kick ends with him flipping down to use a frontal somersault kick to the head or torso area. Upon impact with the ground or other surface area, it normally breaks from the exertion of Langekou’s final kick.

Kishō zōn no Jutsu
(Meteorological Zone Technique)
Langekou allows his form to become drenched in blood and raises his hands to the sky, performing the dragon seal 8 times before using the ox seal. He psionically exerts even more chakra to compel and bend nature to his will and causes the weather arund him within a field of about 100 yards to amplify and change according to how he sees fit. This is both a dangerous and powerful jutsu as Langekou can create a blizzard within the jutsu's area confines or much like the Tenki-Koa technique can vary between other atmospheric disturbances such as a thunderstorm, or a hurricane. Not only can Lang create the weather, he is als able to freely guide any typeo f moisture of precipitation and other effects f the weather phenomena he manifests using this technique. After using such a jutsu the strain on Langekou to produce other jutsu is extreme. Langekou shouldn't use this technique more than three times in a single day.

Ororo

Ororo is named in likeness of Langekou's sister. The blade itself is made of Langekou's pure white blood that has been forged over titanium and osmium. Rather than be a complete blade as per its original appearance, the blade can actually move apart at varying segments to be used as a whip blade. Thick strands of vines fused with an abundance of osmium alloy are used as wires to stretch and lengthen the blade when Langekou chooses. More particularly; plant matter that is also compressed into Ororo can be used to generate different plants and plant materials.
Sukaifōru
(Sky Fall)

Such a weapon is heavier and much thicker than a katana, it was forged for Langekou by Daaku using a plethora of elemental bonds including, gems, crystals, and metals. It has a sharp jagged edge that can barely be seen up close on blade. The function of his sword is simple. It acts to hasten greatly the effect of Langekou’s Tenga-ryu style of battle. Primarily the collection of natural energy by the sword is constant while in use, increasing the force behind the sword with every swing. Secondarily the sword is used to draw out further natural energy that attaches itself to the blade and can be wrung off the sword as a crescent wave.
Ilia Keveka
A sickle blade that Langekou received as a present from his mother in Kumo a few years ago. It wasn’t originally special or enhanced in any way, but as his dad loved to work with chakra, and Lang practiced with the boundaries of his kekkei genkai, he worked to develop it into a much more brilliant work of weaponry and after training with Ororo, Langekou added to the properties of this weapon by increasing the flow of chakra throughout the blade and hampering the blade's ability to be damaged because the blade is literally attached to him. Plant growth and further mutation of the metal of the weapon into the boy has turned it into an organic metal construct and a complete format of chakra edges the blade.
Skills
Tenga-ryu
The Tenga-ryu is the fighting style that Daaku Raito developed at the early stages of the Uchiha coming to power. Its a style that incorporates a high level of both chakratic manipulation and concentration to accomplish, due to the expert forms of chakra fusion and the merge of spirit force to and from attacks. By relinquishing the body's natural lock on alternative forces as a ninja based on chakra, Daaku and his students use a source of power that comes directly from their inner beings, both their will and chakra at once that is infused with a spiritual base.
By empowering themselves with this force, the rates of their physical damage increases dramatically, augmenting each blow with a release of spiritual force that continues to grow as one trains in the Tenga-ryu art. Using his kekkei tota's ability to focus and draw upon nature itself, Lang increases the potency of his fighting style by using Ororo, Sky Fall and his bladed tail in battle. His immediate draw of spiritual force appears as wisps of hazy chakra on both his weapons and body while attacking. The great draw on natural forces augment Langekou further with a durability and stamina of three shinobi at once.
High Level Botany
As a member of the Mithosui Clan, the study of plants already comes natural to Lang as it is a part of his culture but he has taken it far beyond that of any child previously. His knowledge of plant biology and information regarding how different plants work and their chemistry is phenomenal. Langekou prides himself on this knowledge as it gives him quite the edge in any situation. The use of his plant manipulation continues to grow ever more dangerous as Lang learns more about plants and just how he can use them more effectively.
Chemist
As one that is a kekkei genkai dealing with the chemical elements and their makeup and fusion, Langekou has taken the time to read and research chemistry to know as much as he possibly can abut what elements are in the world and their specific uses and how to make them using compounds and other methods. Currently he doesn't know nearly as much as the knowledge he has in botany but is well versed in the knowledge of metals less complicated elements.
A miracle had occurred; a woman of the Mithosui clan named Koete had given birth to a set of twins that right after exiting the womb showed signs of greatness in their futures. Not only were the twins completely fraternal, the girl that was named Ororo had a pitch of black chakra and blood, while the boy was named Langekou. He had contrasting white chakra and blood. It was at first unknown just why her two children were born this way and yet no questions were asked about the children.
With the Uchiha rule so dominant over the lands a girl born with the Rinnegan of legend was immediately to be raised and trained for the resistance along side her brother whom also seemed to be promising. By the ages of four Ororo was already starting to influence gravity in her training with the Rinnegan and the use of Langekou's abilities to grow upon the wildlife in Kumo was increasing. He'd been a great help to the other clan members that sought to bless an area that seemed so desolate with natural life. It was decided by Yahiko himself would bring both children to the Whirlpool Village. Growing shinobi like this simply couldn't be passed over...
From the first stages of their training to become a strong ninja, or someday BE a strong ninja in many aspects, Lang used his knowledge and overall will to learn to develop his kekkei genkai into a manipulative construct to focus himself into what came to be known as the Flower Boy, one who beat his enemies if he needed to, and filed the scarred battlefield with a mass of flowers, even going about this daily endeavors smelling of flowers and making jives at his best friends, one in particular whom was growing to manipulate and control sand with chakra so that he might be able to do ANYTHING with it. Ororo had started to employ the use of her blood and chakra in a way that increased the flow of her abilities and lessened the need to have an abundance of bodies for the paths of her Rinnegan.
It was at the age of ten the twins, met a ninja by the name of Daaku Raito. Apparently this man had been keeping tabs on the children for some tab through numerous members of the Akatsuki, including the leader Yahiko. He began to train the two and introduced Lang to the ways of the Tenga-ryu, while Ororo was put on the path of increasing the effectiveness of her black blood t stimulate and effect gravity. In this first year Daaku worked both the children very hard and even gave Lang the task of forging two separate weapons. The first being Rokotsubara(Skull Rose) and the second, Ororo a blade that Langekou named directly after his sister. These weapons were used as chakra infusion devices to expand off the styles of battle that both Lang and his sister used respectively.
A miniature tragedy happened the next year, and Langekou's friend caught some disease and died shortly afterward. He'd been Ororo's only friend and Langekou's closest friend from the Whirlpool Village. The child had no parents and so it was decided that Ororo could use the boy's body for her Naraka Path. After this happened Daaku trained the children only for a short time longer before bidding them farewell and promising to return at some point.
Now both children aged 13 have been more relaxed but in the past several weeks have been gone from the village, training and being put to work on more difficult missions....
Miscellaneous
Langekou has an amazing singing voice just like his sister does. Its not unusual for Lang t be seem singing to plants or other people. His voice is both soothing and harmonious.
The single pet peeve that Lang has is when people touch his tail. He hates when others pull or tug on it.
