Well lookie here. I haven't got to the chance to update the OP but, NO MORE CHUNNIN! I need to say this. I shall say who's all accepted in a few and put people in the Roster. The only person who has a chunnin coming is

SoleAccord, drop one of these characters to Genin. Either or. I don't care who. Whoever hits Genin....drop a few of the higher jutsu. At least 2 for Shinji including the S-Rank if he's dropped to Genin.

Now on to review these too.

Name - Shinji Yamada (Yuki)

Age - 15

Gender - Boy

Appearance - Shinji stands at a height of 5’7 with medium-length black hair and smooth pale white skin. Appearing androgynous, at this point in time it may be difficult for others to see him as a male judging by the quiet way he speaks and the feminine facial appearance he has, his soft dark brown eyes and face leading you on to believe that he could in fact be a female. His body is slender and lacks any great muscle mass like some more physical peers may possess, selling the idea of him being a woman further.

For clothing he wears a plain teal long-sleeve turtleneck with a thin black flak jacket atop that oddly resembles the design by Konoha with pockets along the front. He wears black pants with no pockets other than the typical ones. A forehead protector of Kirigakure is kept on his forehead. Footwear are standard ninja sandals of a black scheme. Considered a generally cheerful person, there is often a gentle smile on his face when speaking to those he knows well.

Personality - Shinji is a very soft-spoken individual who is rarely overcome with feelings of aggression. Loyalty is a huge part of his personality, as Shinji hates the idea of betrayal. As such, he is naturally turned off by rebellious thoughts and finds the act of betrayal only necessary when one is unjustly treated or tricked. Even so, he does frown when circumstances relating to defection and lies occur before him. As a shinobi he is fond of bettering himself not only by his own desire, but because he wishes to be of value to his village.

Shinji holds a natural fascination towards jutsu and the various clans across the world, desiring not to rob them of Kekkei Genkai or learn their secrets, but merely find out what they could achieve with the talents they have. Considering the times he had to grow up in, he is both frightened of Kekkei Genkai, but also blessed by possessing his own. To him, it seemed only natural to want to know more of these unique bloodline abilities.

Socially, Shinji is not going to be the loudest individual you ever speak with, and may not have much of a desire to always speak at all. So many words are wasted on pointless things that he finds that even the shortest of sentences are often the ones that store much more information. He isn’t anti-social but prefers it if the subject of talking had some kind of a goal behind it; knowing someone better, finding out more about a person, a place, or an object of some kind. Above every quirk he does his best to be polite to those who wish to speak with him.

Lastly, Shinji tries to see things from a tactical approach much of the time and will consider his options before running headlong into a battle. This goes even outside of combat, where if approached the responses he comes up with are thought about carefully. The boy is very loving of life and those who want nothing more than to live happily without costing others their own happiness.

Chakra Nature - Water/Wind

Hyoton - Ice Release: Is the advanced nature Kekkei Genkai of the Yuki clan, and allows the users to combine wind and water -based chakra to create ice which they can manipulate through willpower alone.

The ice generated is both cold and hard to the touch, its durability not to be taken lightly as well as its resistance to other forms of heat. So long as there is a source of water or any amount of moisture is in the air, the ice built is easy to maintain and manipulate without any form of struggle whatsoever. Shinji may create all sorts of shapes and sizes with this and with the lowest cost to chakra due to him merely needing to compress the moisture in the air together enough to freeze it. With his control, he may also break down his freezing of both moisture and water, reverting it to simply water again or vapor in the air.

Wielding this Kekkei Genkai would allow the wielder to be able to survive in temperatures even below freezing, as their proficiency with this bloodline ability demands they can withstand even their own frigid attacks and defenses. It would do no good for someone with this ability to be unable to handle extreme temperatures.

Kekkei Genkai Jutsu -

Ice Release: Frigid Grasp - When in some form contact is created when this jutsu is active, the core temperature of the user drops below freezing and transfers over to the target, resulting in the inner body and chakra system being attacked. The muscles, tendons, blood vessels, and nerves all freeze resulting in restricted movement and uncontrollable shivering. The skin will become hard and the control of the body is crippled indefinitely, the brain signaling the body to move now delayed by the chilling cold. The chakra circulatory system is not permanently harmed, but with the freezing temperature there is also a layer of chakra traveling through the target’s circulatory system and causing the same effect the body is experiencing.

This will delay the molding of chakra to perform jutsu but won’t last forever, just long enough to gain an advantage. However, in some cases if the exposure to this technique is focused purely on ones circulatory system, the delay of chakra flowing through the body is longer and with enough chakra intruding into the opponent’s system, will freeze it for a great extended period of time. The core drop may also cause a shock great enough to wake the user out of genjutsu as if they were thrown into a frozen lake, and can be on a timed release if the user can recognize incoming genjutsu but has little time to act on it. No-rank Offensive/Defensive jutsu.

Ice Release: Ice Clone Technique - The user may form clones purely out of ice generated from themselves or another source, but instead of illusions they work as shadow clones without being shadow clones. They take the exact image of the user and have a small fraction of their power, and are only capable of using ice related techniques. Despite being made of ice, they are not heavy, but are somewhat fragile and may break easily with a decent enough blow dealt to them. However, they are persistent and may be able to assist the original even if limbs are lost. They do not always disperse forcefully as most shadow clones do.

They may be used as distractions and obstacles for one to overcome but most of all they are used as a tool for deception and trickery. Since they are not used to their full potential, they are duplications created with small reserves of chakra. However, if the user wished, they may split their chakra in halves to help conceal themselves from a sensor or if they plan on using them for a greater role in combat.

Lastly, these Ice Clones may operate in a fashion similar to the Demonic Mirroring Ice Crystals technique in the sense that the user may quickly replace himself with one and hide in plain sight among the others. This makes it a great technique to escape with and deceive others, as the image of the user is projected into each of them. Timing is everything. C-rank Supplementary technique.

Ice Release: Hiding in Ice Technique - Very much similar to the Water Release and Earth Release: Hiding in Water/Rock techniques, the user may very simply hide within ice generated. Due to the combination of Water and Wind to create the Ice Release Kekkei Genkai, the user is also capable of the Hiding in Water technique as well as Mist just the same if time was dedicated into utilizing both water and ice in harmony with one another. While blended into a chosen element the user is otherwise undetected and untraceable as their chakra is concealed by the matter they hid themselves in.

This jutsu is dangerous in the hands of a ninja true to the art of deception, and they may even use all Ice jutsu in their possession. They cannot however resort to standard jutsu until at least the top half of the body is exposed. This jutsu requires no hand seals and is controlled entirely by will. C-rank Defensive technique.

Ice Release: Frozen Gravestone - If contact is made towards an object or person, Shinji may freeze them from the surface and often root the person to the spot with ice swiftly coating their bodies. The ice is thick and strong, chakra infused to help tighten it all together and prevent movement from being made. It can travel through most ninja weaponry and freeze targets from a distance but ultimately it is much too sudden to deal with unless you hold knowledge of the jutsu beforehand to react to it.

Originally developed by Shinji, he has frequently tested it against Fire Release techniques and notes that it can be melted with enough heat spanning across the body at once to counteract the constantly regenerating ice on the body, but it must be harsh and quick enough before it can regain the moisture lost and freeze over the person again. As long as at least one part of their body or clothing is frozen in some form, this ice will travel along the body, making this a very dangerous technique. B-rank Defensive technique.

Ice Release: Certain-kill Ice Spears - Simply put, a defensive technique to help guard the users life. Strong and sharp spears of ice will erupt around the user and even across the users own body creating a thick defense to bypass, skewering anyone and anything caught in the attack. This technique is usually awakened by those in the Yuki clan when their lives are in danger, but it may also be taught before that situation ever occurs. The spears may generate further spears on top of each other and scatter about, increasing the lethality of this technique. C-rank Defensive technique.

Ice Release: Indomitable Will - The users body will tighten up and reduce itself to a very cold temperature. Similar to Frigid Grasp, this technique is only meant to help endure attacks rather than inflict damage. Chakra is coating the body, allowing for the cells to become harder and resistant. Even the chakra circulatory system is now braced by an ice-cold defense to help prevent lasting injury, and the commands from the brain are also covered. The skin is now compact and cold enough to resist attacks that are sharp like swords and hot like fire, adopting properties similar to the Demonic Ice Mirrors.

This technique is meant to be used in order to help the user continue to carry out their will with incredible resolve, resolve enough to continue even after attacks both physical and mental, even internal. No-rank Defensive technique.

Demonic Mirroring Ice Crystals: Shiver - The abominable and tremendous ability, passed down only within the Yuki Clan. The "Kekkei Genkai: Demonic Mirroring Ice Crystals" is a technique wrapped up in many mysteries. It was said that no method in existence can defeat this technique. In an instant, multiple mirrors of ice are created around the enemy, reflecting nothing but Shinji. The opponent is trapped in a dome of twenty-one floating mirrors made out of ice. Twelve remain at ground level, eight float above the first twelve and angled toward the ground, and the final mirror is above the rest and facing the ground. Once Shinji has entered the mirrors, it's possible for him to move between the mirrors at the speed of light. It's near impossible to follow attacks send out from this incredible movement. As every mirror shows his reflection, one could say it's impossible to see all of Shinji’s attacks. Even if the opponent tries to attack the real body, Shinji will have already moved to another mirror. Without eyes like the Sharingan, it will be impossible to keep track of him.

If the mirror the user is in is broken, he can leap out of one of the fragments and continue his attack or move to another mirror. The technique requires a large amount of chakra to maintain, so Shinji’s movement becomes progressively slower the longer he maintains the mirrors.

The user can also form individual mirrors, not restricted to the twenty-one-mirror formation. He can create them high in the sky allowing him to take out airborne targets. The cold which emanates from the mirrors is also enough to cause snow to fall. Though they are made from ice, the mirrors are resistant to techniques related to both fire and blunt force.

Shinji has worked on this technique to add an additional freezing effect from the mirrors and his own aura as he passes through the mirrors and attacks, causing damage to the body much what his Frigid Grasp is capable of. This not only helps his target become weaker, but it also helps them become defenseless sooner, helping him maintain what chakra he has left and energy. He may also shatter them to use the shards for another purpose. S-rank Offensive Technique.

Water Release: Water Encampment Wall - This defensive technique creates a wall of water around the user. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defense without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. The wall's strength and resistance change following the quantity of chakra poured down into the water, so a skilful shinobi will be able to build a sturdy one. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source. B-rank Defensive technique.

Water Release: Thousand Flying Water Needles of Death - A basic technique which gathers either a nearby water source or moisture in the air to create needles of water, sharp to the touch and lethal if even only one is generated. This technique normally only surrounds the target’s sides but never above them, and Shinji has corrected that weakness in the technique. It isn’t impossible for him to freeze the needles before being launched to add to the damage potential and penetration, utilizing it as an Ice Release technique as well. Though it says thousand, Shinji can increase this number with relative ease. B-rank Offensive Technique.

Water Clone Technique - A clone generated from water that has 1/10th of the users power. Best used near a body of water for limited chakra cost. C-rank Supplementary.

Body Flicker Technique - The Body Flicker Technique is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short to long distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily vitalize the body and move at extreme speeds. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance and elevation between the user and the intended destination.

Wind Release: Shearing Palm- This technique was originally developed by Shinji as a way of keeping an opponent at bay without need of releasing a large amount of water. Similar to the Air Palm of the Hyuga clan and many other physical techniques, this requires the thrust of ones palm towards an enemy. Immediately sharp blades of wind will emerge from it and spread outward like a cone, shredding anything specifically targeted. These blades will stop when either the distance traversed is too great for it to maintain its shape, or when contact is made with an object, person, or another jutsu.

Shinji may also combine this technique with ice senbon, not only adding more lethality to this shotgun-like technique, but allowing him to increase the rate of speed of the senbon and allow for deeper, serious wounds to emerge. The gust released is powerful, and the blades are hidden within that gust, difficult for only the naked eye to ever see. B-rank Offensive technique.

Forbidden Jutsu:

One Thousand Winters Scatter - A combination of frightening realities and illusions, Shinji has made this his true ultimate technique. A plethora of chakra infused mist will radiant from his body and scatter across the battlefield taking him out of sight, the ground freezing over and making way for pure ice to coat it. The Crystal Ice Mirrors will take shape all around the target, but the mist will likely be too thick and heavy for the target to even notice until it is too late. The air grows cold and as it is breathed, begins to infiltrate the body and begin to cause a frostbite effect against the tissue and blood vessels, slowing down operation of the body, signals from the brain, and once again ones use of chakra altogether via the attack within the system. Even without breathing it in, it wouldn’t change the fact that in reality the air all around is bitter to the skin. This genjutsu is seen, felt, and breathed in, making it all seem frighteningly real.

The core temperature will drop fast, and Shinji follows up by proceeding to attack through the mist as the body proceeds to lock up, going for vital areas to further restrict movement by the limbs. Snow will gradually pick up as he dances around his target and inflicts serious damage on the outside, while his bitter cold inflicts damage on the internal systems within the target. By the end of a single minute the target will likely be mutilated beyond recognition if he goes all out against them.

The entire time, the visual that the target sees is nothing more than a snowstorm and them being at the center of it, with nothing but the elements themselves going against their will to survive. Being thrown around as a rag doll whilst inside and losing all feeling in the body, this technique will often bring the victim much suffering before it is over. As the body lay bleeding and useless, and the mind submits to the cold oblivion and all goes back, Shinji will appear just outside the mirrors and they will shatter, small fragments scattering to the wind only to collide against what’s left of the target’s body and in some cases mummify the target in a cocoon of ice, clinging to them.

Whether due to loss of blood, lack of core temperature necessary to function, or the mind causing them to believe they did in fact perish in that winter, they will often die or end up close to death after this technique attacks the foe both physically and psychologically, placing them in a situation where there is little defense in both mind and body. After this technique is used, the mist scatters leaving Shinji heavily exhausted and often without chakra depending on the extremes both the genjutsu deliver as well as reality. S-Rank Offensive Technique.

Weapons - all basic ninja tools, yet an abundance on hidden senbon.

Skills:

One-Handed Hand Seals - Shinji’s speed with hand seals is never to be taken lightly, nor how efficiently they can be performed. Adding to this, he can also do them with one hand and prepare jutsu one after the other to stack on top of each other for devastating effect. Double the speed, double the utility, double the fearsomeness. Doing them during the middle of a serious engagement is also not beyond him in the slightest, and he could do it without being noticed unless the ninja in question has awareness allowing him/her to see what will likely be unseen.

Moisture Harvest - Shinji can use the moisture in the air to help fuel his Suiton and Hyoton jutsus to lower the cost of chakra for most techniques significantly. Naturally in areas with humid and high temperatures this becomes increasingly difficult. Gathering it together can help him in preparing jutsu faster and much more subtle-like, and little is taken away from the strength. This ability has helped him to gain slight fame for his ease in preparing water ninjutsu without bodies of water near.

History -

Shinji was born into the Yuki clan between two shinobi, one specifically renown for his deadliness in the battlefield. Takeo Yuki, a Kirigakure shinobi who many were thankful for not joining the last war, was one of the last people expected to ever settle down and have a family. It did happen, and although he did question if such attachments were a good idea he didn’t regret his choices once Shinji decided to walk the path of the ninja.

Kirigakure would become gradually concerned about those with Kekkei Genkai knowing how dangerous they were, especially considering the tragedy the Kaguya clan had suffered by intending to fulfill their lust for battle. They died bloodthirsty and foolishly in Takeo’s eyes, so to seek better protection among his own clan Takeo had ensured loyalty to Kirigakure so long as Kirigakure did not intend to try and wipe them out.

Although skeptical, Kirigakure recognized the value and dangers of the clan’s with Kekkei Genkai and accepted Takeo’s offer, leaving the Yuki clan to be kept safe. Shinji had grown up with much love between his parents and family, and was instructed by his father the way the ninja walked from an early age. Striving to become a hero in the eyes of so many as he was, Shinji intends to become as strong as he is able for his friends and family both.

With the Uchiha taking over, his father had allowed him to walk out of his door, his village, and join those willing to fight them. Having his own duties to his own village, Takeo remained behind, allowing Shinji to do all he can to free the world.

Miscellaneous -

- Despite his clan’s last name not being fairly known, the Kekkei Genkai and Ice Mirror technique are signature and helps bolster Kirigakure’s military strength and renown. To leave his foes unsuspecting and to better keep himself off of any radar, Shinji had created a false last name. While it may seem useless, it was originally an idea his father came up with in order to be left alone during travels. Growing up, Shinji could become a future threat ..and even in times of peace, one must consider the safety of their own village.

- As stated previously, Shinji is very feminine in facial appearance and is often mistaken for a female by peers and sometimes even adults. In Kirigakure, fellow girls in his age group found him cute, and some surprisingly handsome. A ‘beautiful boy’ they called him. Shinji at this point in time isn’t bothered by this kind of mistake and has become used to it. Often enough he won’t even bother correcting somebody.

- It’s a habit to train for at least a couple hours a day if possible to better perfect his jutsu and awareness levels, as well as his handsign speed. Shinji takes his training seriously.

- Tends to ignore people who are both loud and misguided, as well as just plain idiotic.

- Often asked to seek a nickname for himself, much like the “Yellow Flash” of the Hidden Leaf, and “Konoha’s Green Beast.”. Shinji has yet to take that seriously.

One Handed Hand Seals - No or more so they won't be as fast as you say they are. As fast as you do normal handseals.

Moisture Harvest - Okay...I don't mind it but, I could have sworn concentrating water molecules from the air took up more chakra to do. I could be wrong. I could not be.

One Thousand Winters Scatter - Wait...so this is a Genjutsu that does both kinds of damage? Because no genjutsu kills outright. Not even Tsukuyomi and that's the strongest.

Water Release: Thousand Flying Water Needles of Death - Yeah...thousand.....hell no. Drop the number. Not to mention it what, hits every area around you? Correct? If so, that above weakness you mentioned....that outta stay or else you just hit everything around you.

Ice Release: Frozen Gravestone - So it constantly regenerates? Umm.......how about not. I don't care about it until it regenerates regardless of how much is left over.

Personality - Kenshi is a mature young man who finds a plan very valuable, rarely making a move without one. This only occurs in impending combat situations, of course. Off the battlefield he is responsible and kind, but rare are the opportunities where you see him smile. This doesn’t make him a dark person, and in fact, he is capable of being happy without smiling to prove it. Despite how intimidating he can be to talk to initially, he enjoys a good conversation and likes to ask questions, to find out more about comrades and others alike. He is very interested in clan history, and the kekkei genkai surrounding them as well, not for knowing secrets, but for the mere idea of having that knowledge.

His maturity extends on the battlefield as well, allowing him to see the situation for what it is and not run headlong into things without a damn good reason. His pride doesn’t override the need for reducing casualties and his anger is rarely sparked to the point where he acts recklessly, but it is still possible. This is what makes him a capable leader on missions, and what has helped him, besides his strength, reach the position he is in today. He is confident in his own abilities, but may still find retreat a viable option.

Appearance - Kenshi has noticeably long, dark brown hair, typical of males in the Hyuga clan. He allows his hair to frame his face. He has fair skin and his eyes have a slight tint of grey to them. He wears traditional Hyuga robes: a white shirt with loose sleeves, closed on the right shoulder, with a fastener running down the right part of the chest, matching pants, with a dark navy grey apron tied around his waist and shinobi sandals. The headband of Konoha is kept on his forehead. Being an average height of 5’8 and with a slender build, Kenshi wouldn’t appear too intimidating were it not for the way he carries himself.

Within his eyes lies the feel of intelligence and growth, resulting in releasing a very proud and impressive aura when his time is dedicated to worthwhile discussion. A neutral look will often be on his face, masking his true feelings unless he intentionally reveals them. Kenshi can be considered very handsome by most standards and could be quite the charmer if he had tried, but alas he dedicates much time to improving his physical build and leaving a thin yet strong muscle mass across his body.

Armaments -

Hyuga Healing Ointment - A medical agent used to hasten the healing process of minor cuts and burns. This agent is unique to the Hyuga clan and is not very useful with deadly serious wounds. However, it does provide momentary relieve and a cooling effect on the area it is applied to. It is a transparent gel that is held in a small brown container.

Flash Bombs - A small sphere that contains a large blast, the resulting flash can blind foes and give time to make an escape, formulate a plan, and the like. Kenshi has three of these on his possession.

Military Ration Pills - Military Rations Pills are special pills that replenish one's chakra and nourish the body. It's made up of powerful stimulants and nutrients, said to allow the user to keep fighting for three days and three nights without rest.

Element - Pure, Wind, Lightning.

Kekkei Genkai:
Byakugan - When the Byakugan is activated, the clan member gains an extra-sensory perception, which gives them penetrating sight and telescopic vision. This allows them to see the internal chakra circulation system in other beings. This vision also grants the member a near 360* view of their surroundings. The higher the skill of the clan member, the further the distance from which they can sense incoming attacks. Unfortunately the vision does have a weakness, a small blindspot that extends outwards from their upper back.

The clan uses this ability in conjunction with their own chakra creating the Juuken (Gentle Fist) fighting style. By focusing the chakra to their finger tips, they can press the tenketsu or chakra pressure points of their opponents body. When the finger nears the tenketsu the chakra is forced out, collapsing the targeted tenketsu for a period of time. The tenketsu serve as the connectors and exit points for the chakra pathways. So when they are stopped by the Hyuga clan member, the ninja greatly loses his or her ability to utilize their chakra for jutsu.

Eight Trigrams One Hundred and Twenty Eight Palms - When an opponent is within the clan members divination field of attack, they can quickly begin their assault. The technique allows the clan member to use the Byakugan eye to see the inner chakra coils system. Using the Jyuuken style, they can force their chakra through their hands into the tenketsu of the opponent's body through rapid strikes. This damage forcibly closes tenketsu, stopping the chakra flow of the opponent. This then limits their opponents ability to use jutsu. Kenshi however has been able to double the original number of sixty four and can deal double the damage an average clan member can perform. This was his first achievement, but it won’t be his last. This number is still capable of growing.

Eight Trigrams Precision Air Palm - Extending chakra from the body, the user will thrust their palm at the target. This will send out an invisible wave of chakra that can knock the opponent back. Kenshi is able to concentrate the strike into a more compact form, making the blow sharper and stronger, enough to cause severe damage to vital organs. Despite how compact he can make this chakra, the blow is still just as strong as a normal air palm, if not stronger.

Eight Trigrams Destructive Rotation - If an attack is near, the clan member will release a large of amount of chakra from their tenketsu. The member then begins to spin like a top, creating a whirling vortex that can nullify almost any attack. The amount of chakra released is completely under Kenshi’s control, so the chakra can be thin to repel weaker attacks, or very dense to stop much stronger attacks. With the ability to freely flare his chakra from his tenketsu, he can generate it for a short time without spinning. The area of effect with the destructive rotation depends on how much the user exerts from his own tenketsu, and can expand in a large area around the wielder.

Eight Trigrams Magnetic Draw - Locking onto a foes tenketsu, Kenshi may create a sort of negative charge to a target’s positive one, effectively giving off an aura that would attract one’s chakra circulatory system to the one drawing them in towards them. This may also have the opposite effect, allowing the users chakra points to have a similar charge to a foes chakra circulatory system and thus repel them away from him. This effect can be applied to multiple people by scrambling his chakra enough to where it could represent two, or three different circulatory systems. It can attract a foe closer, or repel them farther, force depending. While powerful, it’s short range demands careful measuring of distance to avoid wasting movements.

Conductor - Chakra can be guided along Kenshi’s body by releasing it through his tenketsu and allowing the technique to flow around him, allowing him to direct most attacks back at the opponent at double the force. There poses some risk to him but, with care, he will come out with minimal damage done to his person. It does take a certain level of chakra to redirect a move back at another.

Chakra Siphon - With the Gentle Fist style, not only can Kenshi stop the molding of chakra, but he can also rob it. By maintaining contact with a vessel that holds chakra,( I.E A shinobi or a technique) Kenshi may drain them, or the technique, of the chakra held or used to mold the technique together. He may break it down into its purest form, before the chakra had a nature, and use that to replenish himself if necessary.

Short History - Born into the Primary Branch of Konoha's Hyuga Clan, great things were expected from Kenshi by his family. Conductor - So he can basically repel most jutsu? Also regardless, the amount of chakra of the jutsu is the same amount you would have to use to repel and that's depending on the jutsu used.

So is this story meant to be advanced by a cast made up of children? I know you can use NPCs but if a war is going to break out then shouldn't older ninja be Heavily involved? It just seems odd to me that only kids are allowed.

One-Thousand Water Needles of Death is canon and has been used before, and easily avoided by a genin-level opponent. All Sasuke did was jump high in the air to avoid it. Not sure why that's the worst of it when the S-ranks are much worse. All you have to do is know how to put chakra in your feet and jump like he did.

No one can have fast handseal speed if their primary fighting style is based around ninjutsu, and we have to do everything at the same rate? Seems canon.

One Thousand Winters attacks the mind and the body, but the attack on the mind makes the attack on the body appear much worse. Genjutsu makes things feel like its reality. Wouldn't be S-rank if it had no effect. Also, Yomi Numa is stronger than Tsukuyomi. If you don't want it in, I'll just make Mirrors the primary.

Moisture Harvest could further its ease, it's just a throwback to Tobirama's reputation. I only planned for it to be for the Water Release but if its a probleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeem~

1. Yes okay but, you say Shinji has conquered the weakness of the air factor. That's the main problem I have. Kinda takes away the weakness of jumping if you can do it in the air too.

1. The idea of him being able to control one thousand at once is difficult to believe, but once they're launched the jutsu is basically done. I think that as long as they go in a defined direction either inward or outward, that's it. If someone jumps I'm not going to have all those needles just change direction and go upward. I planned to have him touch upon the jutsu early on and think about how he could make it more useful than just using it and praying it hits, but I'm not going to have him immediately master it.

2. One-handed hand seals is a difficult feat that few perform, so in regard to that I had imagined the person capable of something so extraordinary could create seals in record time. If you really don't want them to be fast, then I'll just keep the one-handed seals being one-handed and not fast.

3. The goal behind genjutsu is to be as authentic, as 'real' as possible. It's a mix of genjutsu and reality, this is true, but it doesn't kill outright. You'll find yourself freezing to death slowly and agonizingly (in your head), but you're not dead unless he actually ..kills you physically. Mostly he's just beating on you while you're freaking out, thus the mutilation. It lasts like a minute, a very painful minute, whereas Tsukuyomi is 24 hours of pure hell. It's not stronger than Tsukuyomi, I said Yomi Numa was.

Removed Gravestone. Dropped Ice Mirrors to A-rank and the ninja rank drop makes it much more difficult to maintain over a long period of time. Keep in mind it was only S-rank because I was told to make ranks up even if the jutsu don't have any. As a replacement Indomitable Will is also removed.
