    Okay, I had a crazy idea I had at a party I was forced to attend, (that's kinda how it came about) what if Barbara was kidnapped while Susan and Castello are fighting penguin and saving the slaves? Don't have to use it, I just have an over active imagination sometimes.

    i just noticed the fact that this Penguin is quite Crass... i assume you are going off of Burton's Penguin.

    Penguin is supposed to represent High Society, he is supposed to be a very upper-class villain, i find it hard to believe he would be using such foul (pun intended) language.

    I'm basing him somewhat on the Arkham City Penguin. Cockney accent, crude language, etc. Thought that Penguin was much more intimidating.
