Alright, so, I had an idea for reviving and rewriting an old character of mine, and after several days of hospitalization, I have devised what I think is a fairly good plot.
It takes place in either a Space Western setting or a Post Apocalyptic setting, if the latter, then at least a hundred or two years after a nuclear war happened. In a desert-like world where humanity clusters in cities built around oasises and struggle to survive a drought that lasts for nine months each year, government is weak and criminals run wild. In desperate times like these, the government resorts to hiring bounty hunters to catch these criminals, dead or alive, so that order may be restored. But that is NOT where our story starts.
Yami is a young man with a cheery disposition and a naive outlook on life. He hates violence, preferring to laze around and sleep rather than get involved in trouble, though it always seems to follow him. But the most important thing one might want to know about Yami, is that he's dead. A spirit having fled from Hell, he was splashed by the river of rebirth on the way out and lost his memories, also forgetting to grab his body from where it lay. Now a materialized spirit, he wanders around, looking for the clues to his past. But Hell isn't happy about his desertion, and soon, he has not only human Bounty hunters on his tail, but the agents of the netherworld as well. Unable to die and stranded without a clue of who he was before he died, can he discover the truth? Maybe with your help.
You are a young woman, poor, low-class, and on your own in this hostile world. Hard working and diligent, you become curious in the mysterious stranger, and initially follow him around out of need, rather than companionship. Initially disbelieving his claims to be a spirit, your mind is soon changed after you witness him resurrect. What you do next is up to you.
Possibility of romance, nothing too graphic, don't fall too far in love, he's still dead. PM only.

A post per day(?) I understand people live in different parts of the world and have different schedules, so I will be flimsy on this one. But if you go a week without replying, you are dead to me. (JK! I'll just worry over you and maybe cry over my crushed dreams)
And finally, more of a request than a rule, I'd like to keep it cheery and up-beat. A happy, goofy gun-slinging adventure. Like Trigun or something. So nothing too overly depressing, like horrendous rape and massacres.
