The sector Governor stared out his window wide eyed. The day had been getting worse with every hour. First a artifact had been found with great psychic conduit ability, then it was stolen. Shortly after that a planetary array had been attacked by some group of crazies. Now the sky was turning purple with energy arcing through the clouds.
He rubbed his chin and moved over to his assistant to send a message to the PDF but there was already a message coming through. A strangled mans voice came through. "Hive Sibellus is under attack! Almost all of the levels have been taken, we need help the forces of chaos are here oh by the emperor! No! Noooo"
The governor stared at the speaker and turned slowly away. "Send out a distress signal."

So this is a chaos based to, though i will not turn away those who want to play imperium. Tau are very unlikely, orks are more like, eldar maaaybe, but all in all it is more based on chaos vs imperial.
Me and hellbot will be co gming so yes he can approve characters.

I don't plan on playing a imperial... and umm... i don't think a imperial would hire a ork just saying
And some people say the President won't work with terrorist, but sometimes your enemies are the same people who you're suppose to be calling your allies. The Imperial isn't perfect, as you should be well aware of, but sometimes you can't dirty your hands to get rid of someone inconvenient, and doing things by the book tends to take too long to prevent further damage. But Ork? Doesn't matter who, so long as we can enjoy the moment, we'll kill anyone. Making a few extra teef isn't too bad either. And if an Ork kills a human, well, who's to blame? Ork's are Ork's. How or why doesn't matter when you know who. But maybe I won't be needed very much. Maybe I don't have a colony of Feral Orks waiting to kill something. Maybe I'm not just a scout for a larger WAAAGH. I'll be Cunningly Brutal if I gotz to be. The Chaos faction might see some use from orcs too, maybe just as cannon fodder, or something more complicated. It all depends on how the game flows, you know.

Bio: Karnage is one of those Orks who you can't trust, but you know can get the job done. A member of the Blood Axe clan, Karnage is part of the Ork Kommando units, one of the most cunning and devious Orks clans, so much that other Orks use it as justification for fighting him. Karnage is a veteran in many battles, but gained his glory by defeating a Commissar and his Terminator Squad, and then taking their things for himself. Thus he earned the name "DaKomissar". As one of the most cunningly brutal Kommando, he and a gang (I.e. a little over a thousand) Orks were sent to the Hive World Scintilla via Rok, but for what reasons, he's keeping quiet. He's defiantly building an army, but it's not his.
