This city was buitl in 1830 and rapidly became polluted due to the industrial revolution. Now this historic city is being used to hold the gifted humans of the world so they can be studied by scientist. Iside the city are guards that help prevent riots in the small community. The local towns people want thier freedom but they cant escape for the city is encased in a bullet proof glass bubble. Sceintist often come to town to survey but they receive a rude greeting, often violent from the towns people thats where the guards come in. Sometimes locals are selected to be further tested and the scientist takes them to run the test then they return.
