The plot of this RP is pretty simple. You've decided to join Team Rocket, and you're about to head for the entrance exam. Once in you'll follow the orders of your Executive, and you will choose a partner. Each pair is expected to be a cooperative unit. Later on depending on how well you perform you will be given promotions and new Pokémon.
Team Rocket's starters are: Pidgey - Nidorino/a - Spearow - Caterpie - Weedle - Grimer - Zubat - Rattata - Ekans - Koffing - Bellsprout - Meowth - Gastly
Later on you'll get stronger/rarer Pokémon like Tyranitar or Eevee!
Battles will be anime style and you can give creative orders to your pokemon. Want to steal a bank? Use Onix to make a hole in the wall, Magnemite to stun the guards, Weepinbell to store the money as a sack (lol) and Koffing to make a smoke curtain as you flee!
As you play you will be getting promotions depending on how well you perform. Maybe some of you stay as grunts while others become executives. You'd have to follow their orders!

Sounds interesting, however I don't think Houndour should be a starter because it can be a really tank-ass Pokemon. And the other starters fairly weak at the beginning but Houndour's a brick wall. xD

Actualy battles will be anime-like, but I've removed it anyway because it's kind of uncommon for a grunt.
