It looks like some weird Psychonauts comic....
I'm just wondering how many people would be interested in an RP based off of the webcomic Gunnerkrigg Court.
If you haven't read the comic, I'd definitely suggest it.
"Gunnerkrigg Court is an institution located somewhere in the United Kingdom. It resembles an urban-industrial complex, and it is at least the size of a small city. Among other things, it serves as an average-sized boarding school, but the Court's true nature and primary purpose are unknown.
...
The school is organised into four houses, Queslett, Thornhill, Chester, and Foley. It is not known whether entry into any of the houses is based on bizarre, judgmental criteria as one might see in popular culture, or if admittance is based on far more mundane factors." It should be noted that Chester is said to be full of very strange people, and Foley is made entirely of people who used to be residents of the magical forest across the river. All the students supposedly have less than normal abilities, and I've taken to believing that Chester is where they put those whose abilities are more self-evident.

Having played Psychonauts ages ago I can say: it is vaguely similar. Very vaguely.
The classes at the Court are actually pretty much normal. Science, math etc. The students are there for a study of their abilities(presumably). The exceptions are those in Foley and Chester houses. I don't know what's up with Chester house, it hasn't been explored much. But the students of Foley House were all either fairies or woodland creatures at one point, but they passed some "test" to become humans. The purpose of their education is to fit in in the real world.
Sounds interesting.
If there was no Bloodshed in this broken world there would be no need for revolution; for Vendetta.
Hmm, if it is explained more in OOC i'll apply. Interested.

I will give a much more detailed explanation of things if I do make an OOC.
I would, however, greatly prefer that players have read, or are currently reading the comic. I don't like to play in a premade world where the other players have little to no experience with it. No matter how much information I put in the OOC, I'll never be able to get across the entirety of the world. Eventually someone will make a mistake and it will be my fault for forgetting to mention something.
The comic is still ongoing, but it's not too long at the moment, and it really is very good. If you don't like reading it, you won't want to be a part of this anyway.
EDIT: To be clear, I'm not saying that you need to read the comic to join. I'm saying that if you enjoy reading the comic, then I would love to have you.

I'd be interested. Quite.
Well, being that I clicked the link to see what you were talking about and now I'm about to lock myself in my room and spend a few hours reading it, I think I can be counted as interested.
I 've only looked at the first handful of pages, and thus far I find it adorably entertaining XD gives me a few odd ideas of my own actually, but i'd likely wait till OOC to see what goes on as far as 'holding' interest ^.^
