It's ridiculous. I'm cutting out 10 or so off the end because it's just repeats of the same one, if it still doesn't work I'll cut them out of the animation and see if it doesn't make it too choppy.

Try this one first, it's probably still too big. When you upload what does it say the file limit is?

When Sora was rotating everyones avatars, we found out the file limit for mine was about half of what was allowed for most other people so I had to get Contra to manually up the file size from how pitifully low it was.
