Are the rules of the eye colours also extended to Normals?

EDIT: If so, how do you determine the eye colour? If the Sun Sign is Leo, does that mean the eye colour is Orange?

I think the issue is the plot. A plot regarding a single gang of literal children in a single city is a bit small-scale for what appears to be an epic fantasy setting.

Hm...I see your point. I guess I was going for something small-scale in a large-scale RP as to not overwhelm people to the concept too much. Mostly, I wanted to try a new theme, since I have several other RPs within this idea. Otherwise, I know I have too much information for most anyone, really. I find it hard that such a thing is a turn-off. I know the quantity of information is a turn-off, but I didn't the plot was an issue.
