Character Info
Races:
Humans- Variable height and weight with variable skin, eye, and hair color. As riders they are generally slower than other races, but their strength is know to range greatly from the weakest of the races, to only being surpassed by Urgals. They are know to have the strongest bonds with their Dragons, and thus are better aerial fighters.
Elves- Generally taller and thinner than human with fair skin and varying eye and hair color. Older elves can change their appearance via magic, but most do not. They are known for their speed and preference for magic(they may have two preferred magic types), but are only strong at wielding single handed weapons, and bows. Not as strong as Dwarves and Urgals. Have the second strongest bonds with their Dragons.
Half-Elves- These are the children of human and elves, who are built more like humans thought they carry the pointed ears and physical beauty of their elvish half. They still have fair skin, though it may be darker than pure elves, and variable hair and skin color. Their strength and speed are, as you would expect, in between their pure roots, being faster than humans, lesser than elves, but stronger than elves by a slight amount. Their connection to magic is strong but, again, not as strong as pure elves. As a result of their human half they have typically strong bonds with their Dragons that rival human's.
Dwarves- Short and stout in stature, with light skin, and varying eye and skin color. They are able to match the strength of Urgals as the strongest of the races, but are naturally slower. They are slightly less inclined toward magic than humans, and prefer two handed weapons, though they can be skill with all. Have the third strongest bonds with their Dragons. (Note-> They have seven toes.)
Urgals(NO KULL)- Urgals are roughly humanoid in appearance, with grayish skin, bowed legs, and thick arms. They have yellow piggish eyes, claws on their hands in place of nails, and a pair of long twisted horns protruding from above their ears. They match Dwarves as the strongest of the races, and elves as the fastest, but their magic is often pitiful (they may not have any preferred magic types). They have the weakest bonds with their dragons.

Factions:
The Order of the Dragon Rider- "The Order" for short. This is the ancient faction of Dragon Rider which was revived by Eragon and Saphira. Their goal is to protect the land, and keep everything in balance. The Order is run by the Head Dragon Rider, and a counsel of Elder Riders. At the current age there are only two Elder Riders, due to the recent revival of Riders. Below them are the Master Dragon Rider. Those who have shown their valor and skill consistently. Then the rankings of the average Dragon Rider, and finally below them are the Apprentice Riders. Those who are still learning the ways of the Order.
The Elitist Dragon Riders- Elitists are those that have branched off of the Order, under the belief that Riders should rule Alagaesia. Some Elitists even believe Galbatorix was the Hero of history, and Eragon was his assassin. These Elitists are under command of one of Eragon's first pupils. Their rankings are ordered as the Order, except for having Elders.
The Wild Dragon Vassals- These are the Riders that believe dragons should rule Alagaesia, and have offered themselves in the service of the Alpha. Their rankings are also ordered similarly, except there are no Elders or Head rider.
