Hey guys, I thought I would see if a Pokémon Gameboy DS lounge would work. lol I play the Pokémon DS games, a lot... lol I am 25 years old but have always liked the games and the whole Pokémon thing, I guess you could say I am an old school fan. I own Pearl, Heat Gold, Black, White, Black 2 and White 2. as well as Pokémon Conquest but I have not tried playing it yet.
Anyway I thought this could be a place where people can discuss EV training , trading, battling, exchange friend coda and talk about Wi-Fi events... etc...

I am just now trying to master EV training. If anyone is really good at it may be you could help me out.
I preffer Haunter over Gengar, and I usually don't trade pokemon...

EV stands for the Effort Values of you Pokémon. every time your Pokémon levels up it gains stats in HP, attack, defense, sp, attack, sp defense and speed. well if you EV train your Pokémon you are making sure you make each stat be as high as you want or maxed out. like Metagross is good to have maxed out Defense or something, so on...look up EV training on Google. If your Pokémon are EV trained basically you cant loose unless the opposing Pokémon are EV trained better. There are certain wild Pokémon you can fight to max out stats.

I caught a wild shiny Litwick that I evolved into Chandelure, shiny Chandelure totally looks kinda like a pumpkin.
As for shinys I have the Chandelure and a Donaphan that I evolved, I cought it wild as a shiny phanpy. A shiny Magmar poped out in my game at the Safari zone.... it ran away...DOH DOH DOH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
