It definitely isn't, but having a LDR is just inviting a needlessly difficult situation. I don't think the hassle is worth it.

LDRs are essentially just something to do. Something to take up your time. You can't expect them to satisfy all of your urges but at least they can satisfy a few. There's no answer to whether or not they are good or bad. It's all about you and what you're looking for at the time.

I used to look for them, but now I don't.
