I don't know if this is an anime crowd at all, as I'm fairly new to the site, but I wanted to see if anyone would be interested in participating in a High Casual RP set in the "Darker than Black" universe, as seen in the series with the same name, the idea being that the PCs are a small task force in the employ of the Syndicate.
