    A warning system?

This other site had a warning system. Below the members avatar. So if any of the members got out of line. Or broke any of the rules(not much here) But things like heated converstations. Or stuff like that. they would get a warn level from Green(None) yellow(Strike 1) Orange(Strike 2) to red(Final strike) I know we might not need it. BUT...

It isn't so much a "system" but we do have warnings, when members do something bad but the mods don't think it's bad enough that they want to slap them with a ban yet.

Beyond that there's also the infraction system, which is like... well it's a bit hard to explain in a sentence or two. But it's like you get a temp ban, and those temp bans come with infraction points that stick around way longer than the bans themselves. And the more infractions you have the longer your temp bans are until you get a perma.

No offense, but did you look into the banning system here before posting this? I assure you the mods don't let members run around rampant nor are there only permas as far as bans go. I think you'll see that the mods have their banning system well under control.

No offense taken. I did read it. I just thought it would be a idea. The other site did something different befor adding the system. It seemed to worked more easy for them. Just an idea.

Yup, RPG already has a system in place. Here's a link to the thread that explains it, in case you haven't seen it. They usually do hand out a warning first if it's not a serious offense, but then comes the point system with incremental ban length up to and including a permanent ban.

Aside from that, a public display of someone's disciplinary standing wouldn't be the best of ideas. There are already some who look at being banned as a sort of street cred (mainly in the Forum Games/Spam section), giving a public display of those things would exacerbate this. On the flip side, it could also be somewhat shaming and negative for some people. I'm certain there are folks who would look at someone with 3 infraction points (I'd say that's roughly equivalent to first strike) trying to join their RP and reject them because of that. I'm actually all for a public listing of people who have been banned for what reasons, something like that would be a decent method of deterrence, but listing it in a person's information under their avatar is needless clutter with potential negative side effects.
