This will be where the first CS will rest, and it will be glorious. Probably.
Obligatory story-time
Once upon a time in a world exactly like your own, there was a group of Internet roleplayers, much like the ones browsing this thread, who had recently begun on a campaign set in a classic fantasy world on a friendly play-by-post roleplaying site, much like the one you’re an active member of. The apparent, cliché goal of this roleplay was to overthrow the evil king’s regime, who ignored the voices of his people. None too much impressed by the storyline, the Players complained to their Game Master, urging him to spice it up a bit. Coincidentally very alike the king in the campaign, their Game Master decided to ignore his Players’ complaints. Yet being good-natured roleplayers, they grudgingly went along anyway. When all their characters had been submitted, tweaked and approved, the In-Character thread was put up. After their first evening of posting, all but the GM went to bed feeling none too optimistic about the campaign. Tired from the day’s disappointments, they quickly fell asleep. Yet instead of finding their dreams, they found themselves inside the very same fantasy world in which they had so recently begun their clichéd campaign.
Plot
Coincidentally you find yourself in the exact same situation as the people in the story depicted above. You will roleplay roleplayers trapped in the fantasy world of a campaign you had just started. The GM you all dislike has also been sucked in, taking on the role as the evil king. As experienced roleplayers you will reason that the only way to return to your real lives is by finishing the campaign. However, (spoiler incoming) the plot deepens as the evil GM decides he likes his position as king in his own fantasy world way too much for you to ruin his fun, so you become natural enemies, and he will try stopping you from achieving your goal. And since it was he who made the campaign in the first place, he’s much more familiar with it than you are, and as king he holds most of the cards.
Characters
You all retain the base personality and all memories of your real selves, but suddenly having gained the appearances and Skills of the characters you made for the very same roleplay. All information you wrote on your original character sheet for the campaign would apply to your character, excepting personality and memory, which would be from your real life, not from the prescribed personality and bio of your character. I will take on the role of the evil Game Master as well as neutrally controlling the environment as this roleplay’s GM.
For character creation, simply copy-paste the below character sheet, fill her out and post her down below. But remember, this is an application, so there’s not a guarantee of approval. I will either approve them, or make you change a thing or two or question an issue of logic before doing so, but if your CS is utterly poor and lacking I’ll simply decline the application. When all applications have been either approved or declined and a sufficient amount of time has passed, I will close applications and start the IC-thread.
Leveling
The leveling system of my design is a highly informal one. Being trapped in the fantasy world, you don’t have access to your character sheets, and don’t really interact with a GM. Therefore it would be difficult to record experience points and such. No, what I will do is to simply inform you in the OOC-thread when you’ve gained a new Level, and you can then come up with a new Skill which would fit for your Class. If you have access to Magic, you can choose either to come up with a new Skill or a new Spell.
Running the Game
As GM I will control the environment, which includes steering NPCs and foes you may meet and describing the world around you. I’m here to lay the world at your feet and try to make it fun for everyone. In essence, I will run it as a simpler version of DnD. It’s not that strict though. You can include NPCs of your own creation in your posts and control the environment to an extent without having to rely on a reply for me, given that it’s within the realms of reason. Examples: You can include giving a begging kid a coin, conversing with the barkeep, hunt down a boar, but you can not have twenty zombies running down the road or having an earthquake occur. These are extreme examples of both the right way and the wrong way to do it. Anything in-between can work and I’ll allow most stuff, but there’s a fine line between making the game run smoother and taking over the GM’s role completely. If you’re unsure of whether you can make a thing happen or not without taking over my job, just ask me in PM or in the OOC-thread.

Spoiler
Have any questions? Is there an issue I forgot to adress in this post? Is there anything of import you would like to know more about? Did I forget something? Or is my logic simply and awfully flawed? If so, please don’t hesitate to call your nearest supplier of dairy products. Or if you prefer, PM me or voice it down below.

Hmm... I was waiting for some other people to post a CS before I posted mine, but it seems that won't do since no one else is posting...
So this will be the post where my Cs goes, once I have it done
