Dinosaur shifters

What the title says, You have the ability to shift to any type of dinosaur you wish. All dinosaurs will have a human form. Some change whenever they desire and some can't and will only change due to certain emotions or possibly something that has nothing to do with emotions.

Not sure how I'll start this, but I will be thinking on that so bare with me. Open to suggestions.
