Hey everyone, Caldwell's Academy of Magical Talents has just recently started opening other schools: Voidbound University, Denea's School for the Healing Arts, and Demonspawn

With Demonspawn, the one playing its headmaster had to drop out due to being too busy to keep up with a fast paced RP. Currently the school only has the head mistress who took over and one student. So basically, it's in need of some more students and teachers. I'm pretty sure Denea's school needs some teachers and students too, that is if your interested in that.

If you aren't interested in a demon school then there are the other schools you can join (I think the original Caldwell's is full though, you had have to ask Aisling about that). I have a link to an Interest Check posted last week above if you want to check that out as well as the OOC and IC to the RP. The FAQs thread will give more info about the schools. (Denea's hasn't really posted anything there yet though. chukklehed is in charge of Denea's for those interested)

Please note that this RP has been fast paced! I have seen a couple times when it was a little slow, however. Like most the time, things don't usually pick up until the evening sometime.

It is one of many schools in a magical world. Each of which specializes in their own thing.

There's Caldwell's that specializes in grey magic and Auras. Grey magic meaning a little of everything except not really exceptional at anything.

Voidbound: necromancy and void magic. ((Holeypaladin would probably be best to ask about what Void magic is.))

Denea's School of Healing Arts: Basically non-violent magic.

The Arcane Astral Academy: I don't exactly know if this is fully open yet but they create arcane magic users who use their magic for good. (Kuroku is who you should ask for info on this)

For Demonspawn it's basically magic for destruction and demonology.


But anyway, here's how Demonspawn came to be:
Demonspawn. The very name causes even the mightiest of wizards to cringe in disgust or fear. It was founded by a demon who thirst for power was so powerful, he managed to defeat the current demon king at the time. He found a way to the other world and built the Academy. He served as head master at the time, however he would never show himself and preferred to delegate. He was raising an army. Though he knew very well that humans alone were never going to be able to stop the current king. He taught them of the demon world and how to exploit it for power. He did not mind what they called upon... however, he would never allow them to control him. Some became great students and warriors. As a reward, he turned them into demons to serve as his personal guard. After a millennium or so, he was ready to assault the king. His royal guard by his side. They entered the demon realm and overthrew the king. He was told to serve the new king, Böse Herrscher. The previous denied. Though he had no choice. He was dismembered and rebuilt into the demon kings personal weapon

However it is a law that the demon king is unable to leave the demon world, however, one student made contact with him. Now he serves as his vessel. His next mission... The magical world. This student happened to be Daemon Mehrunes but he soon went off somewhere and disappeared on his school so now the school has a new Head Mistress.

How do we join a school? Is there a certain forum for joining and asking questions? I would really like to join in Voidbound University!

Just post a character on the OOC thread. (You can ask questions there as well ) And whoever is in charge of whichever school you're interested in will accept you.
