Pauper to King, a roleplaying game

You play a pauper in a time of war when an opportunity finds you, whether you live in the dark ages or in a distant future. That opportunity open the door to become a proper citizen and even, much later down your line, a king. That's right, this is a legacy you are about to create, a legacy that will change your country forever. You start in a run-down hidey hole with very few possessions and even fewer knowledge on the eve of your adulthood, what would you do, who would you meet?

I'm seeking a player for this game of mine where every post will be in a set or rounds that makes an event, that event inter-spaced in time until your character's death were, hopefully, he or she will have a child that will take their place. The world will be as large as you want it to be and are able to explore and will be realistic within the best of my abilities, and yours, I hope.

Please don't choose modern for the era, that's all I ask, you can go historical, alt-historical or even futuristic, but please no modern days!

    I would prefer a human-only world.

I expect you to use spell-check and post at least a hundred words, I will do the same.

We will iron things out before beginning so be prepared for some intense brainstorming in a OOC thread!

Yes! I am interested! Human only works for me. I would be enjoy whatever futuristic world you can come up with if that is an option. What'dya say?
