Four Nations Academy{OOC}

Welcome, welcome! This is the Four Nations Academy, a school originally founded by Avatar Aang. Here we encourage your bending skills to blossom. Our four masters, one for each element, will teach you many different skills and techniques. We welcome all ages, benders, elements, levels and people. Each element will have their own living quarter. The school is essentially, a square. In the top left quarter we have the Wind Dorms. The top right quarter, the Aqua Dorms. The bottom left quarter, Lava Dorms. And lastly, the bottom right quarter, the Rock Dorms. In the middle we have our mutual training space which also serves as a dueling ground. We actually endorse dueling, as long as no one is harming the other opponent. Also, in each dorm space there is an element specific training ground. Space is limited, so enroll today!

Do NOT make your character extremely overpowered, the point of them coming to the Academy is so they will become a better bender. If your character has a sub-bending ability such as seismic sense or healing, include it in the bending type. Not all characters will be allowed to have a sub-bending ability.

Name: Amber

Personality: Amber is in reality a nice, caring and loving girl. But due to all the things she has gone through in her life she has developed a personality that keeps people from knowing the real her. This personality barrier is a strong, fighting girl who seems to really have no emotions at all. The only people that know the real her are her closest friends and the people that she cares for.

Skills and Equipment: Firebending and Lightning Bending along with hand to hand combat. Amber is also very skilled in acrobatics and uses it to fight.

Bio: Amber was born into a small family in a small village of fire nation citizens. She was sent to normal school until an unfortunate event happened while at school at the age of 5. When playing with some friends with dolls some mean bullies came over and stomped on the dolls. Then one of he bullies grabbed Amber's red hair, which since it was red it made her a freak, and made fun of it. The anger that they caused her to have became to much and her hand became a fist of fire and when she tried to punch one of the jerk guys she punched the tree setting it on fire and in result she burnt down the school. When the rest of the town found out that she was a bender that talked her parent's into sending her to a bending school. They decided to go with that idea and even though it upset her to go but she later knew what her parent's did were for the best. After 10 years at the bending school she had finally learned to control her fire and since she was the top student they taught her Lightning Bending. She mastered fire bending and had almost mastered Lightning Bending by the time she left. When she got home to her village people looked at her in fear and although her parents were exited to have her home she hated it. When she had gone back to normal school she was ridiculed and bullied due to her being the only bender in their village and bullied about the fact that her hair looks like the element she blends which is weird in the fire nation since all fire nation citizens have brown and black hair. She went home one day with bruises on her face and arms. That night she told her parents she was leaving and that she needed to find her own path from this point on.

Bio: Zella is an adventurous girl who loves to have fun, that showed at an early age. As soon as she learned the basics of bending she would spend days out in the temples with her friends, playing all sorts of games and exploring some of the ruins. She could never sit still. Her childhood was spent in a loving two parent home with three elder brothers to protect her. Being the only girl meant that she was spoiled rotten, which means she hates not getting her way. Her childish demeanor is reflected with her immature way of handling things. She never bothered to sit and learn more after being taught the basics so her parents sent her to the academy in hopes she could learn more than just how to ride on a ball of spinning air. She hopes to be as good as avatar Aang one day. Bending rocks!

Bio: Reina is a generally quiet girl who takes things seriously. As a child she was bullied constantly for her size and stuttering problems which made her just stay silent. She was an only child to two skilled water benders. Her parents were always busy, leaving the small girl alone most of time. She was always a daddy's girl, her father being the one who taught her everything she knew. When she was 11, her father passed away do to an illness which made the already quiet little girl become even more anti social. Her shell has become basically unbreakable by now and she considers herself a wall flower who flinches at every word spoken to her.

Bio: Rokin's father was a great general for the Earth Kingdom, and Rokin was expected to take his place. There was only one problem: Rokin wasn't able to control his bending very well. There were days during training in the elite bending schools they enrolled him in when he would send boulders around in every direction, and days when he had trouble lifting a pebble. Soon enough they began to give up on him, and they stopped sending him to these schools. Rokin wouldn't give up, though, he tried to train himself to control his bending.

These self taught lessons assisted him only in learning how to hold himself back, but he craved real teaching, a teacher who could help him one on one. He took a job at a melon cart(References for the win) to get the money he would need to enroll himself, for his parents had stopped paying for all these lessons that didn't seem to help him any. When he turned sixteen, his boss had decided to give him the last of the money he needed for enrollment. Overjoyed, Rokin set off and joined the Academy, hoping to make his father proud.
