I'm trying to get into working out. I have changed by diet drastically and it's becoming very natural for me now. I don't even crave the bad foods I eat anymore and my family is supportive with actually reading labels before buying them so I have something to eat other than the normal crap they buy. I want to take that next step and actually start working out, but I can't get motivated. I want to run but I tell myself that my knees can't take it and I'm liable to fall and all of those dumb excuses.
Any tips from you people who love exercise?
