Name: Vando Ules
Age:35
Race: Dunmer
Description: Vado is a tall, thin Dunmer, with medium length black hair. The dark red eyes that are atypical with most Dunmer and a small curled goatee. Medium grey skin with a slight blue tone too it, has tattoo's common in his family on his back of the family tree.
Not completely unable to fight, but his physique isn't that of a warrior, just a work worn man. Never worked well with other people and is often awkward in groups and sometimes blunt. Despite living in Vvardenfell his whole life, he's never been one for the slave trade or the keeping of slaves.
Background: Vando has lived in the Vvardenfell province his entire life, and lived in Balmora for most of his life there due to his families ties with House Hlaalu. Has studied much about the Dwemers, spending most of his time in and out of Dwemer ruins with excavation teams and other tombs and caves related to Dwemer, has learned much of their language and ways of life through study of the ruins and various books. Knows much of the history of Tamriel and then some. Studied the in the school of Illusion mainly for lighting his way in ruins and dealing with the occasional specter or the like. Trained in the basic use of most short bladed weapons doesn't wear any armor because he tends to stay away from fights of any sort, has touched on enchating in his studies, Despite not working well with other, he went to a speech school when he was young, considers it pointless.
Equipment(I'll allow one enchanted item so long as it's not overpowered, also go with fairly basic gear.):Wears common clothing, with the occasional apron or such during excavations of ruins, he does however wear netch leather gloves and boots, carries a silver knife at all times to deal with any undead or otherwise, often has books on him and assortments of useful scrolls. Found an amulet that can detect undead within 50ft of it's location in a dwemer ruin, still hasn't thought of a name for it but carries it on him at all times.
Vando has been in long contact with Ano and has been told of the events ensuing, he only knows so much of the prophecy and has been instructed to not tell any one else that it is a prophecy, just a job that required specific help.

standard issue to guardsmen of the Black Marsh. The obsidian resin armor is equal to that of steel and just as heavy.
Standard issue, tall and heavy. Not very nimble but holds great poise.
a cruel gift given to him that he cannot take off. Allowing him to bound any weapon in exchange for his lifeforce, not magic.
