"Alright, Eli; I'm Walter." Walter nodded as he introduced himself briefly, observing the bunch. He could remember there being much more men present on the boat, but as of now it seemed that only him and the other man survived, unless the body of the boy nearest to him decided to come back from the dead. He scanned the beach for any more possible survivors, but all he saw were parts of what used to be the boat they were in the previous night. "From what I can remember, there was some storm..."

    ~MEIYA~
Meiya gazed over at the open, endless blue sea in front of her as sat on the sand, cross-legged. How did this happen to me? What did I do to deserve this? She took in a few deep breaths, getting a clutch on reality and 'the now'. Okay, this isn't some Hollywood production or cheesy story plot. I'm here, right now, stranded on an island. Things won't magically happen, I need to make them happen. This is here, right now, and I am here. Satisfied with her mini self-pep-talk, she stood up unsteadily, and hobbled over to where her bloodied shirt lie, taking in to the ocean to wash out. It would be kind of helpful to have a shirt...

Amelia opened her eyes slightly, her mouth was dry and age felt an odd sting in het back, oh yeah, bug price if metal, she pushed herself up to a shaky sitting position, she felt her back, it was a gross texture with the blood water salt and sand all covering her shirt, she gritted her teeth sand rise to a stand, she wanted to clean herself off but age didn't want to get salt In her wound, age would need to see how deep age could go, she was deep in thought when a glint in the sand caught her eye, she hobbled over careful not to hurt herself more, she picked ul the discarded piece of glass that had reflected the sun, it was perfect timing she uses the mirror and had to twist her neck awkwardly but she was able to find the cut, "ew...all that red...I look like a moddern art project..." She dropped the reflective item and sighed, what now does she go in? Why not, can't get much worse...she took a nervous forward and flinched at the watter as it came to meat.her, she Georgetown her teeth and marches in, she didn't atop until she was neck deep, she kept repeating the same thing, " ow...ow...ow...ow.." the sea salt stinging her wound, she got out once all the ickyness had been washed off and she shook like a dog , "need to dry off..." A gust of wind blew and she sneezed, she shivered and ran to the brush, she needed cover, "frio frio frio frio frio..." She muttered to herself with her arms wrapped around her for warmth, she needed to hang up her clothes but she didn't have anything else at the moment, she went back to the matter at hand, "frio frio frio frio...."

    *Wanted one-thank you!

"If this isn't a dream and this is all real, I suggest that we gather berries, grasses, coconuts, and other sources of food that we can find. I'm sure we're all hungry, and we'd better stock up on food before we begin to slowly starve. Who's with me?" Savannah suggested. She certainly knew that she herself was hungry.

    ~MEIYA~
Meiya made her way to the shoreline, kneeling down in the water-dampened sand, the knees of her jeans clinging with grains of it. She forced her shirt under the water, soaking all the half-dried blood out. When the water was dyed with her blood was she satisfied. Pulling her long sleeved shirt (which was now completely waterlogged) out of the sea, she wrung out as much of the water as possible back into the ocean. Meiya stood up and brushed sand off of her jeans, shaking out her shirt as if you were trying to get the wrinkles out of freshly laundered clothes. Spotting a tall tree branch poking out from the forest, she went over and hung the shirt on it, letting sunlight naturally bake it dry. So for now I guess I just hide in the jungle, until my shirt dries, and I can put it on so I don't totally embarrass myself, she thought, pulling up the front of her bra a little. Seeing a bush littered with tiny fruit not too far off, she began in the direction of it, her stomach grumbling in happiness.

Richard brushed the remaining stains off his forearm to quicken the cleansing. Finally rubbing his hands in the saltwater, he stood upright with a grunt. He flung his hands in front of him, then wiped them along the sides of his waterproof pants.

The loss of a layer of clothing did little good against the occasional breeze. Richard shivered, then paced inland, towards the group. He saw the wounded girl go for some vegetation, and another looking for help in gathering food. As he walked towards the girl(s) desiring aid, he looked over at the only other male, seemingly older than the females as well, conversing with someone. We're doing pretty well, considering... he thought, hopeful they could survive this.

Richard, lost in his thoughts, walked straight into the girl. He grabbed her arm in surprise, then released it as soon as he realized what happened. "Whoa! Hey, sorry... So, about the food?" he stammered.

Amelia looked back into the brush, she saw a few people heading towards what appeared to be fruit, her stomach grumbled and she stood up to get some food as well, she saw the girl with only a bra on and stopped, she looked down at her chest and patted her hand on it, she pouted her lip at the comparison of...ANYWAYS, she started walking towards the fruit as well, she didn't want to use up all the food at once, she stopped and thought for a second, she could probably go a day without eating...she sighed and turned to walk back, her loudly grumbling stomach interrupted her though, "well maybe a little..." she said turning to walk to the food

Savannnah jumped when she was suddenly grabbed out of nowhere. With a shock, she turned to see Richard, who was asking of her ideas. "Well, I'm not saying we should go into the woods, but I think we should perhaps hunt down the perimeter of the woods for berries, coconuts, all that stuff...but, we'd need a basket. Do you think there is somewhere we could get one?"

Savannah was about to slap her in the face for making such a remark. What? Do I expect him to know of some "basket store" on a remote island that can help us? Savannah shook her head, disapproving herself.

"Yeah, let me just..." he said, reaching into his right pants pocket, then pulling out the musty gray innards, "Oh, wait."

Really? he thought, flabbergasted at her question. "Why don't we just use our hands, or..." he looked around, then lifted up his shirt to form a loose hoop. Assuming he'd made his point, he released his grip on his shirt, letting it drop.
