At my college in the theatre department. I've been randomly squeeing all day, I'm so excited. It'll be my first "real" play since 2010 after I graduated high school.

What kind of character?
I don't know much about it, since I don't have the script yet, but it's set in New York in the 1930s, and follows a boarding house with a bunch of young aspiring actresses living in it. My character is supposedly the "southern belle." xD

I've only been auditioning for the mainstage theatre productions this school year.. I've made every callback, but this is the first show I've been actually cast in.![]()
I've been doing some minor stuff (the directing classes cast 10 minute plays at the end of each semester), and I've been in pretty much everything I've auditioned for, but I've always been cast in the role of "the bitch," or at least had very cynical characters who smoke and cuss. xD This'll be the first 'sweet' character I've played since high school. T'will be fun.

My friend was at a play once. I was invited to see it. It was a pretty funny play. A girl wearing a kimonu, a guy dressed like a girl, my friend was a police officer, and various other characters. They are pretty good at singing. One of the songs they made is named 526,600 minutes. They are very good actors. And good chorus singers too.
