The date has been changed far too many times! I'm currently busy squealing and bouncing around.

They just started assembling the set, actually. They've been tweeting pictures of it coming together.

YES! It'll be a nice way to end the year. I just hope the series doesn't end. I know Bow was put in, but I've been hoping Moffat will switch things around like he's been wont to do.

I'm fairly sure this will be the end of the series. They've had a good run, they won't want to ruin it by overstaying their welcome (as this show is sort of Gatiss' and Mofatt's baby), and the main actors are getting far too busy to likely commit to another season (because it's almost like filming 3 movies a year -- each episode is the length of a movie). Looking at the clues they chose to give, I'm pretty sure it's leaning that way, too.. I love the show and I'd love to see more, but I'd rather it go out on a high note, instead of potentially going down in quality over time..

If they do actually end it where they think it makes the most sense rather than milking every possible drop of money out of it, my respect for Gatiss and Mofatt will go way up. I hate it when people drive things all the way down into the ground before letting go of it.
