In 2999 the JLA disbanded after finally bringing peace to the world. They believed that their presence above the world only brought discomfort and unease to the world. That was the opposite of what they wanted so it was the only option.
However, when Januaray came and the year 3000 hit a Terrorist made and used a deadly Virus. The terrorist sent it all around the world infecting millions of people. The realization showed the JLA that they could not simply stop. So, of course, the JLA were forced back into action to hunt down and bring the madman to justice.

Living Solar Battery – Superman's powers rely on his cells' ability to absorb and metabolize solar energy from local stars. His Kryptonian body is a living solar battery that absorbs solar energies and converts them for fuel for his powers. His cells also store yellow sun energy so he can use his powers under objects, at night, in dark places, and in space. The more yellow sun rays Superman absorbs the stronger he gets so if he sun dips he would have unlimited power.
Superhuman Strength – Enhanced strength much greater than that of a human and even most superhumans is one of Superman's signature powers and has often been described as chief among his other abilities. His strength exceeds 5.972 sextillion metric tons. Explanations include being adapted to the heavier gravity of Krypton, and his muscles using the power of the solar energy which fuels all his abilities. Superman's stamina has also been shown as limitless (whilst he remains in yellow sunlight).
Invulnerability – Immunity to almost all forms of harm and ailments, including extreme force and extremely high temperatures. Effectiveness has ranged from his skin being piercable by nothing less than a "bursting shell" to being completely unharmed by a star going supernova.
Healing Factor – Superman is shown to possess remarkable recuperative powers that allow him to quickly heal from wounds and makes him immune to all forms of human or Earthly diseases, illnesses, viruses and toxins. Superman heals faster when he is closer to the sun and he absorbing more sun rays
Flight – The ability to naturally defy and operate independently of gravity and propel himself through the air at will.
Superhuman Speed – Another one of Superman's signature abilities is his superhuman speed, allowing him to move, react, run, and fly extraordinarily fast. Superman's running speed has oftentimes been shown to be on par with that of The Flash's.
X-Ray Vision – The ability to see through solid objects, usually with the exception of lead.
Heat Vision – Ability to emit solar energy from his eyes. Usually resembles bright red or orange laser-like beams, which may be invisible at low temperatures but extremely bright at high ones. The effective range of his beams are hundreds of feet it can also reach hundreds of miles wide instantly disintegrating a person. In addition varying the beam width, height, and intensity, Superman has demonstrated a high degree of skill and accuracy in manipulating his beam able to use this power with surgical precision and at microscopic levels.
Superhuman Breath – Ability to inhale and exhale huge volumes of air with great force, capable of extinguishing large fires and moving heavy objects such as cars. Also allows Superman to hold his breath for extended periods in airless environments. The release (exhalation) of highly compressed air through a valve (such as pursed lips) causes it to drop radically in temperature. This is known as the Joule–Thomson effect, and when Superman does this, it is usually referred to as Freeze Breath, and can cool objects to sub-zero temperatures and freeze air moisture solid.
Superhuman Hearing – Can hear far more sounds with far more detail and at far greater distances than normally humanly possible, including sounds on frequencies undetectable by humans such as dog whistles. Superman is able to mentally screen out most of these sounds to be able to function normally, even in a noisy environment, and can focus in on specific things, like a person's voice or heartbeat, even if they are in another part of the city. He can even hear sounds on other planets, which makes it likely that his hearing is fundamentally different than that of a human, as sound cannot travel through the vacuum of space. Like humans and most animals, he is skilled at automatically noticing his own name out of the jumble of several overheard conversations, making him adept at quickly responding to calls of distress all over the city.
Superhuman Vision – His senses grant him the ability to see farther and with greater accuracy and detail than humanly possible. Sometimes includes the ability to see EM frequencies invisible to humans, such as radio transmissions, infrared light, the bioelectric aura which surrounds all living things, even in pitch-black darkness. Offshoots of this power include Telescopic Vision, which allows him to "zoom in" on far away objects, sometimes hundreds of miles away, and Microscopic Vision, which allows him to zoom in on objects that would normally be too small to see, like those on a cellular or molecular level.
Superhuman Olfaction – A heightened and highly accurate sense of smell comparable to some animals such as dogs. Can be used to detect things like the chemicals in a bomb hidden somewhere in a crowded room.
Eidetic Memory – Superman is occasionally shown to have flawless, total recall of everything he has ever seen, read or heard. In turn, he is often depicted as being fluent in many of Earth's languages and cultures.
History: Superman's story begins in a cloning lab. He was cloned using the original Superman's DNA. The cloning process started him off as a baby to be raised and cultivated into the ultimate weapon. However, the scientists working on him stole him and took him away unable to turn their creation... No... Their child into a weapon. They lived in secrecy for years teaching him. Eventually the time came when he was old enough and finally ready to go to school. The only problem was he was bullied. One day he couldn't take it and launched one of his attackers into a wall nearly killing him. He was 17 at the time. He was still scolded and ran away. That's when something terrible happened. His parents tried aimlessly to reach him, but it when he finally answered he heard a huge crash. He rushed home to find his father pin up against the wall and his mothering cowering in fear. The attacker was a man in a huge exoskeleton. Michael lashed out and slamming the man out of the house. His rage seemed endless and just as he prepared to strike the final blow his mother stopped him. She wouldn't allow him to kill. Instead he fled with his mother rushing his father to a hospital. A few years later he went off to live on his own. He made a name for himself as Superman and at the age of 22 joined the Justice League. By 24 he and the league were able to finally bring about peace. They disbanded. But now... About a year later they are being forced to reform and return to action.

Personality: He has a calm and quiet looking nature that is very unsettling to most people reported by a senor agent, Murray is also smart plotting tactical planer and very charismatic man having almost millions fighting for him.

History: He was born in the United States and lived a fairly normal life. In his late teenage years, he started developing strange powers and was eventually hired on as a temp at the JLA. Eventually the JLA was disbanded after an apparent "calm" was placed over the world. But when the world started to fall again, he was one of the first ones called to return to the JLA.
Personality: He is quiet and very observing. Much like his abilities, he is cunning and unique and difficult to predict or read. Generally, he is kind but rarely has room for stupidity. Ivan is much more likely to risk his own life for a friend or teammate than let them do such for him. The Shield is a born leader, though he has yet to realize it.
Skills: Unrelated to his powers, he is quite the intellect. He is both a master linguist and polyglot. On the side, he practices Tai Chi, reads, and writes.
Weapons: He can use a sword or bo staff, but instead he tends to rely on his powers

History: Originally from England, Lilith has had her powers since youth. However, they didn't truly manifest until she was 14. She became a genius overnight, suddenly able to understand complex machinery and technology. She soon learnt how to control machines from afar, starting with light bulbs but moving on to computers and even cars. At first, her abilities were doubted, dismissed as cheating and illusions but the next year, she was abducted by a criminal organisation to hack into the Pentagon. Their plans were cut short as, while still tied up in their base, she hacked into their own system and contacted the Justice League. Since then, she has been a semi-permanent member of the New Teen Titans, juggling school work with superheroing. She eventually left the team due to a dispute with their leader, Cardinal. She then began working solo back in Britain. However, when the Justice League reformed, Lilith jumped at the chance to be a member.
Personality: Lilith is fun-loving and reckless. Her immaturity is sometimes frowned upon by her teammates but she doesn't seem to care. She can be arrogant at times and enjoys taunting her adversaries. Lilith has a spontaneous streak and a crooked, slightly cynical outlook, making her unpredictable both in and out of combat. She enjoys 20th century rock music and punk fashion. She does not like Cardinal.
Skills: Lilith is a physicist and inventor. She has also trained in a variety of martial arts while with the League, particularly eskrima
Weapons: A variety of gadgets designed and made by Lilith. The most notable of these are her dual escrima sticks packed with tricks including an electrical field to zap enemies and homing abilities when thrown. She also wears a pair of goggles fitted with infrared vision and a direct link to her own computer system as well as the JL and Waynetech systems.
Weaknesses:She has a normal physique meaning she can be injured as much as any human. She also has normal strength, speed and endurance meaning she's not as tough as other members. Added to that, she is quite reckless, often acting without thought.

Appearance: Avis' Cardinal costume is made of a version of the Nomex fire-resistant, triple-weave Kevlar-lined material. It is an excellent protection against damage, and it's also electrically insulated. Instead of a black cape for stealth, the suit is light sensitive, darkening when there is more light in the area. The current costume is a stylized red bird across his chest with red extending to across it's entirety. The costume is tailored specifically to his unique style of crime-fighting. As such, it has fewer body-armor inlays than Batman's, anticipating a decreased need for shock-absorption and an increased capacity for motion ("Move more, get hit less."). A caveat of this configuration can be exploited by capable fighters who are both fast and strong, such as Superman. Should Avis need to engage an enemy who is capable of exploiting this weakness, he has supplemental body-armor overlays which he can attach to his gauntlets, his mask, his shoulders, and boots. The suit is also capable of sustained flight by utilizing the Xenothium power cell used to power it's gauntlets to power similar repulsion beam generators located within its boots. **
