Born in Hawaii to a District Attorney and a scientist. He was always expected to do great things, they had no idea the truism of that. When he was on a high school field trip to Kilauea, two other people got in a fight over a girl and he got knocked down into the cooling lava.

He fought and struggled to pull himself out of the thick black ropes with no one to help him and shook off the Pāhoehoe as everyone stared at him in complete horror. He was naked and bald as a newborn babe but unharmed. He was a mutant and immune to lava!

The next day, two representatives of the Xavier mansion came to collect him. His parents, both being people of higher education, knew he would be safer in the academy and could tell everyone he earned a schollarship on the mainland until things were forgotten. Once he got used to the colder weather, he learned he could manipulate the earth under his feet, sand is easier than soil is easier than rock but he has been known to literally tear up asphalt for a ramp for fun.

Personality:
Arrogant, flamboyant and merciless. Layla has a major sadistic streak, often torturing her enemies. She is extremely loyal to Magneto and will do her best to please him. She is cynical and enjoys taunting her teammates as much as her adversaries.

History:
Layla was raised in England but at the age of 13, when her mutations began to manifest themselves, she was located by a human terrorist organization to remotely launch America's nuclear arsenal at Genosha, however before their plans were fulfilled, Magneto and his mutants came to save her. In the frey, Layla's arm was cut off at the shoulder. The mutants took Layla back to Genosha with them, where she became Sparkplug, Magneto's primary weapons manufacturer and one of his most deadly agents.

Lizzy has a great sense of honour and debt. She is relatively care-free, choosing to focus on the task at hand rather than look into the future however, this makes her unpredictable and spontaneous, especially in combat.
Bio:
When Lizzy appeared at the X-mansion, it was a surprise to everyone. Very few knew of Psylocke's child and those who did thought she was safely back in the Braddock Manor with her Aunt and Uncle. However, when Elizabeth's father was killed in action, her powers manifested themselves and caused a country-wide blackout.

With Psylocke currently away with the Exiles, Brian and Meggan decided that she must be trained and sent her to Professor Xavier and she has attended the school for four years, learning to control and use her powers. Within the last year,she has become an honourary X-Man and has been on many missions where her technological expertise is helpful.

Layla desperately tries to see the best in things. She has a constant cheery, if slightly wry and cynical demeanour and is always making jokes, mocking her teammates and taunting her adversaries. However, this is just a coping strategy. Layla is determined and ready.She is loyal and will sacrifice herself if it's absolutely necessary.

History:

Personality: He's the type of guy who doesn't get insulted by insults but will insult the person back. He has never gotten close to anyone for reasons explained in bio. If he ever did make a long term friend he would probably fight for them to the point of being incapacitated.
Bio:
Stills was abandoned at Xaviers as a young lad. His parents, two poor, jobless people could not support another mouth to feed never mind their own. He grew up conversing with other kids even though he knew after his first year that they would not be there forever. Unlike him they would move on from Xaviers but Stills had nowhere to go. He stayed at Xaviers for many years trying to perfect his sound manipulation power but more importantly, his power to make words come out of thin air in different fonts. He learned to play a few instruments in his time which helped his sound manipulation power manifest itself into a more powerful version.
