He's only an idiot because he was caught, and if he had negative intentions, those too. I carry a knife(more like six) everywhere, even when I was in highschool. Granted, they were boot knives, some were hidden in a hollow I carved out in the soles of my shoes, and I even had a few belt knives(belt buckles and what not). But I carried mine because I like to and didn't plan on using them in any malicious way. I also didn't flaunt them about like a moron.
Only suspended? My brother got expelled from high school for bringing a knife to school. Whee zero tolerance policies.
